Lovely big house with a huge hot tub, it was so comfortable and a beautiful area to be in. The bedrooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. Very reasonably priced so overall I'm very happy with our stay. I only mention the slight negatives as areas for improvement to make this place perfect. We found the kitchen cutlery drawer but I understand how a previous review mentioned there wasn't one, it's a modern drawer within a drawer. There was also a first aid kit provided and although we didn't need it, it was a nice touch. The people I spoke with when booking the place were lovely and very helpful.
The property is well used, the carpets are grubby and the kitchen had a funny smell which we could not locate. The beds were spotless though. The hot tub cover is bent/broken so because we were there in December and it was freezing out the hot tub was not hot enough. We still gave it a go though! We didn't use the fireplace as we had small children with us but it looked beautiful, the only thing is there was no way to light it if we did want to use it. We had a birthday and forgot matches for the candles, hunted high and low for a way to light them but couldn't find anything. The other thing I would have liked is some sort of welcome pack / guide, to give all the information for the house in one place plus info like the nearest take-aways or scenic walks.

Good location, large house with gorgeous hot tub.
A bit dusty, garden could do with a bit of maintenance.

The cottages were absolutely beautiful and we wish we could have stayed longer. The hot tub was so warm and relaxing. Will definitely be booking again. The staff giving us directions were brilliant. Thank you.
There was nothing we didn't like.

We actually stayed in the owner's other property Haul y Bore. The house was spacious, clean and an excellent base for 2 families with teenage children.
Most properties we stay in offer a complimentary welcome pack with a small selection of tea, coffee and sugar plus a few dishwasher tablets. This property would benefit from adding this.

It is my 2nd time in 2 months coming here and I have to say I'm in love with this place, with the tranquility this place offers. 😍 The hottub was spot on, water clean (kids loved it) , we too... Definitely recommend this place, found in us a long term guests. We where happy to find the Christmas tree decorated and this place did not disappoint 🙌 👏
P.S would be perfect if you had a bbq there ( they used too but from my understanding that was stolen from previous guest and cutlery too but no worries, we brought our own cutlery )other than that everything is perfect 🥰 HOPE to visit again soon
Hottub was clean with fresh water and set to 35,5 degrees 🙏
Bonus : Christmas tree was real and decorated 🙏🤗❤🎄

great location, great property! So simple upon arrival & was visited once right at the start to make sure all was okay. parking was fantastic, hot tub was lovely and warm. 3 bathrooms in property which was really great. Lovely fireplace & plenty of space to fit 8 adults in. extremely peaceful at night. internet and phone signal really great! the view is just spectacular! a really really lovely place to stay!
we found that the mattresses were a little springy, which made them a little uncomfortable, however easily rectified by using blanket on top of them, probably could do with looking at maybe. the oven wasn’t the best and did take a very long time to cook your usual breakfast/dinner, but not a massive problem. the lights on the hot tub didn’t seem to work, so had to use a torch. the fire pit outside was burnt through so we couldn’t use that, but again not a huge problem.

The size of the property was perfect for us, views were amazing. The hot tub was a bonus. Accommodation was well equipped, but no knives, forks or spoons. Would definitely go back again so relaxing.
Nothing about accommodation, booking.com need to put post code of propertyon there website instead of hotel you ring which is in aberystwyth.

The property is very nice and cosy. The log burner was a very nice addition!
The hot tub took 48 hours to warm up to temperature which was meant to be 38 degrees and it only got to 33 degrees. This is a massive loss as it is a main reason for booking this property! I am very disappointed with this. The postcode on the address also does not lead you to the correct property which is a struggle and there should be some help on this as this has been complained about previously. There is a lack of utensils and cleaning products in the kitchen. Most doors did not have locks on also. I have emailed the owner asking for information how I can complain and received nothing back. Only go if you don’t care for the hot tub, privacy, cleanliness, and spending money just for a bed and a view.

Huge potential, beautiful house
Kitchen not clean. One bed linen stained. Floor , fridge and cooker needed a clean. Only 5 forks, could do with one each!!

Lovely location, not far from lovely towns , great size for a group of people, hot tub was also a great size, loved the nature around in the evenings.
Cleaning wasn’t great (few issues)
Kitchen was not equipped for a big group- not enough cooking equipment and cutlery

The location of this accommodation is near enough to some nice beaches and other tourist activities.
It easily slept 8 people, and allows dogs (at an additional cost)
The hot tub is much larger than in the photo and would easily fit large groups. This was used each day during our stay.
Handy men working on water feature were able to give some great beach locations for us to visit.
Take away from the o local pub was great!
Initial check in was a little confusing as after our first call we were told to wait to get a call back to go through the check in process. When this call did not happen we called again and everything was sorted quite quickly. We had no issues of double booking or rudeness as described in other reviews of this accommodation.
This accommodation is in some real need if TLC. While it’s setting and rooms provide enough sleeping space for large groups, the cleanliness on arrival left much to be desired.
The kitchen it’s self needed a full clean including all cutlery and any other bits of the very limited kitchen equipment that we used.
We were initially not given enough tea towels of bowls, but after a quick phone call the owner dropped extras off for us.
The oven only had one shelf and there was no oven trays. This was also reported to the owner but nothing came of it.
We were also not given enough towels for each guest after phoning ahead to check to see if we needed to bring any.
Door frames are broken- which agin was reported to the owners with nails sticking out. This was not fixed during our stay even though we were told it would be the next day.
The house it’s self is in a lovely setting and it is a shame that the over all cleanliness just simply isn’t up to scratch, and that so much is damaged or missing.

The views were exceptional. The fireplace was lovely and the place has so much potential it just needs some TLC and a cleaner.
We were contacted on the day of travel to say the house had been allocated to somebody else which was very stressful as it was my son's wedding day. As you can imagine we were not happy so the owner said he would call us back in half an hour. When he called us back he said it was all sorted and we could stay after all. The garden was full of fag ends which wasn't nice as none of us smoke and we have a young child and 4 pets using the garden. The garden wasn't secure and the rooms were dated and tired. Dead insects being the order of the day. There were no towels in one of the bedrooms and not enough cups for all of us to have a drink at the same time. The wet room in the downstairs bedroom was damp and mouldy. In another bedroom we were left the unexpected treat of a pair of pants in the wardrobe. Black boxers if you were wondering. There was sand in the hot tub. Not too sure I would call this luxury. On the first night the owner came to apologise at 9pm and asked us for a decent review.

There is nothing to like about this place
DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!
We’re a Family of 8 (baby and 2 dogs) and on our last but one day the owner turned up to advise he had doubled booked the house and that we either needed to leave, stay in a small apartment for the night (30 mins away) or pay an extra £350 to stay in the current property for the additional night despite having already paid in full for the week!.. (no apology, no explanation as to why we had to pay more to stay or why we were the ones who had to leave)
the house is dirty, unfinished and the owner is unreasonable, rude and dismissive to talk too! I would advise everyone to steer clear and not stay here! The photos are nothing like the actual house and the stress the owner puts on you is not worth it when he’s completely unreasonable and difficult..
You have been warned!!! Stay here at your own risk and good luck!!

I thought it was excellent, is exactly what you’d expect from a farm house. Loads of room, clean bedding , towels etc
Kids absolutely loved the open space and rural setting. Only reason I put the outside space as not full marks Is because it’s a farm , owners have done everything that can to make it safe and comfortable people staying just need to take care.
Cutlery in kitchen (possibly stolen by previous guests as there was no metal cutlery).

palces was nice but the estate owner was very rude.
The post code on the website is wrong. I had the owner speak to me very rudely because we ended up at the wrong place, he then gave us a wrong postcode for a different place and this was even further away. When I asked for the correct address or possibly whatsapp location, he started screaming. If it wasnt for work and being there with the kids and having no other place to stay i would have gone somewhere else. This place was not cheap and I expect owners to know how to behave.

Bedrooms were very comfortable and everything was clean, tho hot tub was clean and very big
There was no cutlery in the house or lights around hot tub
