Bueno pero mejorable

Buena ubicación, desayuno bueno, cama cómoda y muy bueno que incluya refrigerador

No tuvimos agua caliente, en el baño encontrábamos cucarachas de vez en cuando y el baño olía a aguas negras

PÉSIMO SERVICIO EL DEL HOTEL KARTAGUS

Nada, resulta que el hotel Kartagus, no respeta las reservaciones realizadas a través de booking, me canceló mis reservaciones aduciendo que tenía fallas de mantenimiento, pero no, realmente existe un fenómeno en El Salvador, que hoy El Salvador es un destino seguro para el turismo, razón por la que en temporada alta la demanda de alojamientos se incrementa; en ese sentido, al llegar una persona sin reserva pero con la capacidad de pago, prefieren darle la habitación ya reservada a un mayor precio; al personal del hotel poco le importa si uno viaja con niños, que vea uno que resuelve, a mi me tocó que regresar a mi lugar de origen Guatemala, por suerte estoy a 6 horas de El Salvador…..y hasta el momento no me han realizado mi devolución, porque cabe destacar que el cobro de la reserva si lo realizaron, veremos si el hotel Kartagus se hace responsable y hace efectivo el reintegro de lo cobrado!!!!

Pas conforme à l'annonce booking, chambre avec vue sans fenêtre !

Hôtel avec eau chaude tous les jours (important car c'est très aléatoire au Salvador), et bon petit déjeuner. Grand lit confortable.

Annonce mensongère sur Booking. J'ai pris une chambre Deluxe avec vue qui n'avait pas... de fenêtre ! Parmi les autres équipements manquants : pas de four micro-onde comme indiqué, pas de minibar. Réponse du staff : les chambres ne sont pas toutes identiques, ce sont des équipements qu'on a dans certaines chambres mais pas toutes ! Dingue. Facture demandée à l'accueil. N'ont pas pu la faire dans les délais. Je les contacte par messagerie Booking au retour. Ok on l'envoie. Pas reçu. Relance. Ok on l'envoie. Pas reçu. Non non elle n'est pas dans les spams. Localisation assez lointaine pour aller à pied quelque part, pas où manger ou faire quelques courses. Je suis allé jusqu'au centro commercial Galerias plusieurs fois à pieds, même de nuit, mais faut bien compter 20 minutes. Pour aller en centre ville, prenez des Uber qui marchent très bien. Compter quelques euros pour le centre ville. Bref, un hôtel assez moyen pour le prix. Pour la même somme, vous pouvez sûrement trouver mieux situé et avec plus de confort. Je l'ai pris car réservé à la dernière minute et il n'y avait plus rien d'intéressant à San Benito.

Es un buen Hotel.

La habitacion y el baño tienen mucho espacio , me gusto mucho que hubiera un pequeño refrigerador un ropero hasta un sofa, muy comodo. Las sabanas y las toallas estaban limpias.

El desayuno es bueno tiene unas cuantas opciones para variar, lo que si tienen que mejorar es en el tiempo en servir el desayuno se tardan demasiado en llevar la comida a la mesa. Tambien hay mosquitos que se me meten a la habitacion , quizas fumigando se pueda controlar un poco.

Decent hotel but terrible employee at front desk.

The room was large, quiet, clean.

The front desk man lied to me when I checked out. He tried to pretend the credit card reader was broken when paying for our breakfasts. I told him I didn’t believe him. He had a hotel full of guests and all would expect to pay by CC. I think he was trying to skim the breakfast $$$. After a bit of argument, he admitted the CC machine worked but tried to charge me 7% CC fee when the day before it was 6%. I again insisted he change it to 6% and he did but he threatened to do something with my credit card number.

Stay here only if there is no other option

The staff was great they were very courteous and smiled. The room was very spacious. The bathroom was great

First it was very hard to find parking depending on the hour of the day. Second the hotel is close to a dancing club. So it was impossible to have a good sleep after 8 pm until 2 am.

Big rooms made for a very comfortable stay, staff were so friendly and very helpful! Felt like a safe location and it is cheap to Uber everywhere so had no problems

Very Friendly Staff but Very Low Budget Hotel I wouldn’t personally stay again

The staff was very friendly and and attentive with anything we needed. Location is good too.

Pictures were not what they appeared. The “ceramic” bathroom wall was actually an amplified photo made into a large wallpaper sticker and pasted on the wall. The outlet for the bathroom was missing. the bedsheets had stains on them. There weren’t any hand towels so we asked for one but they gave us a ripped up bath mat towel :/

Superb

Had a wonderful time. Bed was lovely and room was spacious and very comfortable. Property was big and accommodating. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Would love to stay here again!

pretty good value. they do laundry for cheap too

so spacious

there were no windows that open. that’s a bummer. also my shower leaked and made noise all night. my room was directly next to the main road and people drove by and honked all night and it was hard to sleep.
