The apartment was centrally located near many restaurants and the beach. Beautiful view from the balcony. Very clean and description was accurate. Owner was very responsive. The food & wine in Sesimbra was wonderful. If you plan to go to the beach, bring a beach blanket or chair. Important note - to get to the apartment there are at minimum 2 flights of stairs. To the beach 5 flights of stairs.

A lovely spot on the beach. Apartment is really nice with the added bonus of a parking space. Lots of restaurants less than 100mtrs from the property and the sea is relatively calm for children. Will definitely be back to Sesimbra.

Perfect location in Sesimbre.

Best location in Sesimbre, right on the beach and near the restaurants. Wonderful view of the ocean with the sound of the waves. House was very clean with everything you need. Paulo was very helpful getting us checked in and parking our car in the garage under the building. He also suggested some very good restaurants. The beach was clean and the water clear and calm - great for paddle boarding. The castle is a nice hike up the mountain. Hope to come back again.

Wir sind herzlich von Noémia und Paulo bei der Schlüsselübergabe empfangen worden. Zwei Wochen haben wir mit 4 Personen (2 Erwachsen und 2 Kinder) in der bezaubernden Wohnung verbracht. Die geräumigen Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Alle Räume haben wir sauber vorgefunden. Der tolle Blick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend. Alle Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der Tiefgaragenplatz war ein großer Vorteil, so mussten wir nicht jeden Tag einen Parkplatz suchen. Jederzeit war Noémia und ihr Mann für uns ansprechbar. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten und können sie daher auch mit ruhigen Gewissen gut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles Noémia und Paulo. The apartment is located on the beachfront with an amazing ocean view. The balcony is perfect for dining and watching the sunset. The location is perfect with just a few minutes walk to local bars, restaurants and shops. All necessary facilities are included in the apartment. Would 100% recommend choosing this apartment for your stay in Sesimbra whether you’re a couple, group or family.

Great appartment

Great appartment

I went there with my mother and my baby, and I have to say it was really perfect! Paulo arranged everything for us and provided all equipment for the baby. We enjoyed very much the perfect location and very comfortable flat. Paulo has also been very reactive when we had a problem in the flat he immediately came and fixed it. Also when we left he kindly offered to carry our suitcase to where the taxi picked us up. I highly recommend this place! Thank you again Paulo.

Perfect apartment for a holiday at the beach

We booked this apartment for 4 nights and despite the fact that we were 6 people, it was very spacious and comfortable. Both Pedro and Paulo were very friendly. We asked if they had a spare fan and in few hours they delivered brand new fans at the apartment. The view is amazing and we had everything we needed for a relaxed holiday. The parking space is certainly a plus.

Quero aqui sublinhar a fantástica localização do apartamento e as excelentes condições de higiene e acomodação do mesmo. O proprietário mostrou-se sempre muito disponível. Tudo isto contribuiu para umas férias relaxantes e reconfortantes, pelo que recomendaria este apartamento a qualquer amigo ou familiar.

Estuvimos 12 días en agosto: 4 personas, familia con 2 hijos. La localización del apartamento es perfecta, cruzas el paseo y estás en la playa que es limpia, superurbana y muy concurrida y bulliciosa en el mes de agosto. El apartamento se halla ubicado en primera línea de playa, en el extremo este (”nascente”) del bonito pueblo de Sesimbra, en el extremo contrario a los puertos pesquero y deportivo. El edificio al que pertenece es fácilmente detectable por ser el único de ladrillo visto rojo de esa zona. El apartamento es una quinta altura para la fachada sur que da a la playa y un segundo piso para la parte trasera de la casa dada la seria diferencia de alturas entre la calles. (Sesimbra está construida en una ladera de montaña que baja hasta la playa y por ello hay muchas cuestas y escaleras). El apartamento es perfecto y más atractivo de lo que sugieren las fotos: un amplio salón comedor con balcón y vistas a la playa, al pueblo y al sol durante todo el día. La cocina bien equipada, con electrodomésticos de alta gama y con menaje justo pero suficiente. Por poner alguna pega, el frigorífico es un poco pequeño pero nos pudimos arreglar y echamos de menos un microondas. El baño amplio, y los dormitorios espaciosos con colchones cómodos. Poco mobiliario pero suficiente, nuevo, sencillo, de IKEA . Paredes y suelos inmaculados, buena iluminación. Toallas, trapos y ropas de cama nuevas e irreprochables.(Zara home). Casa y muebles, por amplitud y sencillez, muy fáciles de mantener limpios. Muy importante: el apartamento dispone de plaza de garaje en el mismo edificio. El acceso y salida se realiza por la fachada que da al paseo y playa. Plaza amplia y de sencilla maniobra. Nada más llegar nos dimos cuenta del valor incalculable de poder contar con aparcamiento asegurado ya que aparcar en agosto en Sesimbra y circular por sus empinadas calles son , o habrían sido, experiencias desesperantes. La propietaria Noemia y su hijo Paulo nos atendieron perfectamente: puntuales, cumplidores atentos y colaboradores. Comportamiento impecable y sin las trampitas y picaresca que a menudo, lamentablemente, se produce en el mundo de los arrendamientos veraniegos. En resumen, a pesar de las “cositas” indicadas nos pareció a los cuatro miembros de la familia un apartamento perfecto, en un pueblo muy atractivo, con multitud de restaurantes- a precios razonables-, y con zonas cercanas muy interesantes para visitar.
