IN THE SHARED GARDEN THERE ARE 4 SHOWERS AND 4 TOILETS AND IN THE HOUSE 4 BATHROOMS.
The villa has 6 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus an outdoor shower, a large dining room for 14 people, a lounge with a fireplace, a library with two terraces, a private garden of 400 m2 and a 3,500 m2 garden shared with 12 families. In the shared garden there is a pediment and a ping-pong that you can use freely in the house you will find rackets and balls and 4 outdoor showers with hot water and 4 toilets. It also has a small forest with hammocks, punching bag and basketball basket. On the property you can park 3 cars. The house is delivered clean and without sheets or towels, which you can bring or rent: double sheets set: 15 euros, single sheets set: 8 euros, towels set: a medium and a large one: 4 euros and the final cleaning can be done by yourself or request the cleaning service at an additional cost of 216 euros. La Fosca beach located 45 meters from the house is among one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava. It is a beach of fine sand classified as Blue Flag by the EU. You will find shops, restaurants and bars 100 meters from the house. At 1km and a half you will find Palamós and 14km from Playa de Aro known for its many shops and nightlife.
Ideal environment for walks along the sea following the Camino de Ronda that joins the Fosca with Castell beach. And inside you will find a road called the petit train ideal for bicycles and linking Palamós with Palafrugell. House prepared with baby cots, children's playroom, children's channels.

Encore un très belle semaine dans cette magnifique maison. Nous sommes venus plusieurs fois et c'est toujours un réel plaisir. La maison est très bien, le jardin donne sur la plage et Camilla est vraiment très agréable. On y retourne l'année prochaine.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette maison pleine de charme aux volumes incroyables et entourés de très belles choses appartenant à la famille...Camilla est pleine d'attentions en veillant à ce qu'il ne manque rien,nous avons apprécié de n'avoir qu'à descendre le beau jardin pour être directement à la plage ainsi que les douches extérieures pour le retour ...nous étions 8 adultes et 5 enfants âgés de 2 à 13 ans.je garde de ce séjour que de bons souvenirs en cette maison magique. Merci encore camilla d en avoir préservé l'âme.

Wij hebben dit huis voor een herfstvakantie met onze familie gehuurd. Ons gezelschap bestond uit 7 volwassenen en 5 jonge kinderen. Het huis was heel compleet ingericht en er was veel ruimte in en om het huis. We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen. Als we een klein probleempje of vraag hadden dan belden of appten we Camila en zij loste dit dan vlot voor ons op! Een aanrader!

Das Haus ist perfekt für Familien mit kleinen Kindern (Spielplatz auf dem Grundstück, 1 Minute Fußweg zur sehr schönen Bucht, kinderfreundliche Einrichtung). Lediglich die Sauberkeit des Hauses fanden wir nicht optimal. Eine bessere Reinigung vor Übergabe an neue Gäste wäre wünschenswert!

Superbe maison de famille, très grande, à deux pas de la plage et un accueil par Camila des plus charmants ! Chambres très spacieuses l'une ayant vue sur la mer et l'une ayant le bruit des vagues ... Le tout dans un grand parc arboré ou on peut admirer quelques belle oeuvres d'art. La cuisine mériterait d'être rafraîchir, et deux chambres à l'étage aussi. Sinon,, C est du parfait !

Oud hotel omgebouwd tot vakantie villa. Er is wel onderhoud nodig aan de badkamers en de waterhuishouding in het algemeen. De locatie is prachtig, direct gelegen aan een promenade en het strand. Meer dan voldoende ruimte om het huis. Ligbedden zijn aan vervanging toe.

Med dets placering tæt ved havet, med en fantastisk have til fællesspisning, afslapning og med en fin legeplads til de mindste er huset det perfekte udgangspunkt for en dejlig sommerferie. Huset er hyggeligt indrettet, og er man en storfamilie på ferie er huset særdeles velegnet med gode værelser og toiletter. Udlejer Camilla er rar og imødekommende og kommunikerer på engelsk. The house is in a fabulous location, just across a very quiet road from the beach, which is also great! Clean, shallow water ideal for our family party of 17 which included 5 children under 7. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. Camilla was great, really helpful! The only suggestion for improvement would have been for perhaps some food basics on arrival as we arrived late on Saturday - such as milk and bread.

Fantastic holidays in a beautiful place

We spent our holidays in the artistic decorated house with our friends and family. There was more than enough place for our 13 people and the atmosphere in the house was like in an old italian movie. Especially the library and the balcony with the view to the sea (you can even see the ruin of "Castell de Sant Esteve" there. We left every night the balcony door open to listen to the sound of the sea. The beach in La Fosca was great and there were lot of good restaurants nearby and in Palamos. We had some windy days with lot of surfers on the beach but also calm days, which were perfect for a kajak trip. You must take a trip on the "Camí de Ronda". It's an awesome trail along the coast, where you can visit lot of beautfiul and quiet bays, beaches and places around the Costa Brava. The old town of Tossa de Mar is worth a trip and all in all there are so much beautiful places there, that we enjoyed our holidays a lot. It was just too short. Our host Camila introduces us a lot of places and left us a lot of brochures and lectures about the house, the sculptures near and inside the house (of the artist Cocomir) and the complete environment. When we needed her help, she was always there for us with a helping hand. So we like to thank her for the really fabulous holidays that we could spend in this house :)

Toll gelegenes charmantes Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 13 Freunden für 14 Tage im September in diesem schönen Haus und waren vor allem von der Lage begeistert. Von der oberen Etage hat man einen tollen Blick über die Cala La Fosca, besonders bei Sonnenaufgang. Der direkte Strandzugang über das Gartentor und die Außendusche waren ein großer Pluspunkt, da man jederzeit schnell mal ins Meer springen konnte. Die Küche ist gut für die Bedürfnisse von großen Gruppen ausgestattet (viele große Töpfe und Pfannen und ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck), einzig ein Handrührgerät haben wir vermisst. Es gibt ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten sowohl außen auf der Terrasse (wo wir meistens gegessen haben) als auch im Haus. Wir haben es genossen, dass bei den vielen Zimmern und Betten jeder sein eigenes Bett hatte. Der Schlafkomfort wurde allerdings sehr unterschiedlich beurteilt (je nach Zimmer sind die Matratzen unterschiedlich weich oder hart). Alle Zimmer waren gemütlich eingerichtet und boten genug Stauraum für Bekleidung und Gepäck. Besonders nett ist die Bibliothek mit Sitzecke, Fernseher und Bar, die wir allerdings kaum genutzt haben, da wir viel unterwegs waren und das Wetter meistens schön war. Das einzige, was uns etwas gestört hat, waren die hungrigen Mücken, die sich zwischen Sonnenuntergang und Sonnenaufgang auf uns stürzten. Da half auch Mückenspray nur bedingt. Zum Glück hatten wir Fliegengitter bzw. Mückengaze für die Fenster mitgenommen, so dass wir die Biester zumindest größtenteils aus den Schlafzimmern raushalten konnten. Die Vermieterin Camila war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Sie spricht super englisch, so dass die Verständigung gar kein Problem war. Auch die Kommunikation via Email im Vorfeld war schnell und unkompliziert. Empfehlenswerte Aktivitäten: Der Wanderweg an der Küste entlang Richtung Norden hat uns sehr gut gefallen, besonders vom Leuchtturm San Sebastian bei Palafrugell bis Tamariu. Ein Ausflug nach Barcelona lohnt sich auf jeden Fall und auch die Altstadt von Girona mit ihrer begehbaren Stadtmauer ist sehr sehenswert. Es gibt auch viele kleinere nette Städtchen im näheren Umkreis, z.B. Pals. Eine Bootstour entlang der Küste hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren 5 Familien mit Kindern. Das charmant eingerichtete Haus ist groß und mit allem nötigem ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und die Lage ist fantastisch. Sehr gut haben uns auch die Parkplätze auf dem ummauerten Grundstück gefallen. Wir würden gerne nochmal kommen. Viktor A.

The perfect villa for a large group of family or friends. Delightfully decorated and extremely clean. Fully equipped for large numbers, even 2 toasters and kettles. Very large private garden and beautiful beach on the doorstep with two very nice beach bars. All our family loved it from toddlers to oldies. Camilla was very helpful indeed. Would recommend. Good base for visiting the lovely coast and villages of the Costa Brava.

"This property was excellent for our purposes. We had a mixture of people from Grandmas, parents, teenagers and kids (youngest was 7) and the property gave us all we needed. The proximity to the beach was excellent, La Fosca itself was idyllic, small but close to Palamos if we needed anything more and the house was great. Clean, large and well appointed, and if we ever needed anything Camilla was quick to sort it out for us. Would recommend the property heartily."

"The house is a wonderful place to enjoy your holiday. We went there for the second time and it was a great pleasure to relax in the big garden or walk a few steps down to the beach and take a swim. The house is very nice and well equipped, the surroundings are amazing - for children, for sport aficionadas, for people, who wants to relax. We will return!"
