Conveniently located near the airport with helpful staff.

We had an early morning flight so it was very easy to walk to the airport (5 minutes). The staff were great! We used the laundry, which was so nice to have available.

The dinner choices at the restaurant.

Great location but...

The location is awesome, bar/restaurant was good, pleasant staff

Parking is weird and not very clean. The thickness of the dust creeped me out. It made feel as though the rest of the room was not thoroughly cleaned.

Clean, Comfortable, Safe!

Excellent, clean and safe facility. They have a restaurant in the lobby that serves great burgers. It is located right next to the terminal for the airport so it allows for that extra couple of minutes of sleep by not having to drive a distance to get there when you wake up.

I have nothing to complain about.

Ideal location, good value

Steps from the airport terminal, perfect location for an early flight! We parked in the inexpensive long-term parking, got dropped off at the airport and walked to the hotel. Next morning, with a super early flight, we just walked right back to the terminal.

If only breakfast was available earlier for those red eye flights.

The convenience to the airport makes this hotel my choice.

I had to leave very early and really appreciated the “grab and go” breakfast.

I will never stay at this property again. I booked my reservation through Booking, I was charged an additional $25 of what I was advised to pay through app at the property. Once I tried to get some assistance with a refund I’ve spoke to multiple reps with no assistance. Everyone keeps giving me the run around and it’s very frustrating. I do not recommend this location. We drove 6 hours and I would much rather stay elsewhere.

Superb

Nice room with a comfortable bed. Easy to get to at the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The prices were jacked up a little because of the events in town.

A great place to stay.

The staff are wonderful. The woman running the bar was super nice and made sure our food was ready. Best hamburger that I have ever eaten. It was so easy to get to from teh airport and then to the rental car.

So the facilities were good & clean, but I did not like the missing basic breakfast items.

I did like the check in process & the man on that checked us in was very nice! It was late Sat the 5th of Aug.

The breakfast would have been very good, but it was 7-10:30 & we went down at 9:45 & a lot of items were gone & some basic things could not br restocked which I did not like! They ran out of muffins, bread, types of oatmeal, chocolate milk & lots of items to add to oatmeal or yogurt like nuts! it was disappointing cuz I asked a staff member.

The location is great, walking distance to the airport, perfect for late arrivals or early departures. Room was clean, breakfast buffet was OK.

Rooms a bit outdated. Front desk staff was not friendly.

Wait time in line at reception desk was too long. There needs to be more than one person at the front desk, especially to answer calls while people are waiting in line.

Very good

We enjoyed our stay the first night. Because we were Traveling with a 2 week old infant and 3 year old toddler, when our flight was cancelled due to weather we again needed a place to stay. Unfortunately for us Fairfield Inns decided to benefit off others misfortune and jacked the price of the hotel stay 3 times. This is a disgusting practice and makes them no better than a common thief.

property was very clean! staff was kind & professional.

the mattress was too hard and the pillows to soft. the bathroom fan doesn’t turn off which can keep you up.
