Value for money and would happily stay again

Great location, nice pool and fab views from our room of the Petronas Towers, and from the pool/roof top bar. Lovely and clean, friendly and helpful staff; including security, reception and room service. A multiple of breakfast choices too. We read some reviews beforehand criticising the breakfast options, however, if you can’t find something to eat from the numerous options provided, then perhaps try self catering!

If there were any criticism’s then it would be to have to someone attending the coffee machine for breakfast, as there seemed to be something that needed emptying or filling each morning (but we’re just being picky). Another would be to have a list/brochure of tours that can be provided to guests. Upon asking and booking through reception staff, there was some confusion, and although this was resolved satisfactorily, a little bit more communication may help to reduce any confusion. Our final point would be rude guests, but probably very little can be done about this unfortunately without a policy. It really should be made clear that video calls on loud speaker from mobile phones are not acceptable within communal areas; ie pool, bar and restaurant areas. We’re not sure when it became ‘normal’ for inconsiderate idiots to want everyone else to overhear their personal and rather pathetic conversations. Surely this is what your personal bedroom space is for, or try using the mezzanine level above reception.

My room has no water heater, the parking was hell and dirty while the valet parking wasn’t even complimentary. The breakfast was mediocre.

Comfortable stay..

My experience at the Hilton Garden Inn-South in Kuala Lumpur was decent overall. The hotel maintains the high standards typical of the Hilton brand, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location is highly convenient, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions. In particular, the monorail station is just a 2-3 minute walk away, which makes getting around the city very easy. The rooftop of the hotel offers a magnificent view of both the Petronas Towers and the KL Tower, which is a wonderful bonus. For the given budget, the Hilton Garden Inn provides a comfortable stay with great value, especially considering its location and amenities.

one area that could use some improvement is the breakfast offerings. While the quality of the food was good, there were very limited options available for vegetarians. The service however was good, and the staff were courteous and professional.

Pleasant stay and amazing amenities

As it is following the standards of Hilton, there was no doubt on facilities. The staff were vey nice, even allow me to keep my luggage's there and go out before checkin

Breakfast varieties are very less, should have been include more continental / indian break fast menus. Pool timing should have extended at least until 8, And i couldn't visit the Gym. And i don't think Jacuzzi available (Should have been more relaxing facility, if there was along with pool)

En general todo, desayuno variado de cocina Malaya y parte europea, habitación y baño cómodo y amplio, con extras en la habitación, piscina con terraza y bar, lavandería, etc muy completo el hotel

La cena no era tipo buffer sino a elegir entre 8 platos y siempre era la misma...y no había mucha cosa de cocina Europea

VIEW FROM THE TOP OF THE HOTEL IF YOURE INTO IT

THINKING IT WAS A NEWER HOTEL THAN THE EXISTING ONE NEXT DOOR, SADLY IT WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT. ROOM WAS VERY TIGHT. WON'T STAY HERE AGAIN FOR SURE. BREAKFAST WAS LOUSY TOO. DID NOT MEET THE HILTON STANDARD.

Half worth it.

The location was good. It's near the centre of KL and you can get to every attraction easily. The hotel is clean thoroughly, and they clean the rooms everyday.

Firstly, the room service is quite not good, the hotel's restaurant closes at 9 pm so if you get hungry at night, you can't order anything. The laundry system is Incomprehensible. They can't get your clothes after 8 am and if that's not suitable for you, they have "self service" at the 6th floor and you can clean your clothes by yourself! Secondly, the towels were old and you can notice that easily. They should get new ones. Thirdly, the breakfast is good overall but it needs more options. I think the breakfast is designed for east asian people only with spices all over the place. Put more mediterranean food or even western.

If you want to have a good night of sleep, I wouldn't recommend

The room was clean and large enough. The bathroom was also a suitable size and very clean. I had a hairdryer stopped working and they replaced it within 10-15 min, staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good.

I stayed there four nights and two of them there was a concert nearby with banging music until midnight - not sure what the staff can do about it but I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you want to have a good night of sleep. The view is mediocre even when I paid extra for the room. The connection to the main part of the city is not the best, so if you stay there only for the few nights, I wouldn't recommend.

Decent stay in a reasonable good value for money hotel.

Its a central location with a nice view of KL Tower. Good value for money, clean, good air conditioning. Reasonable breakfast. Very nice staff, very helpful staff.

The meun in the rooftop restaurant is too limited - no vegetarian options. Breakfast was ok but could have more fruit options, more cereals such as muesli.

strategic location in kL but quite tight (of course, kL)

have to paid for valley parking service, but i am not even used the service since my husband drove by himself to parking by elevator because valley staff not brave enough to park my car via elevator hurmm

Overall a good stay! there could be some improvements

The room itself is clean and comfortable - this part is good value for money and the pool is nice. The staff were helpful albeit a little slow for instance when we asked for cutlery to be sent to the room - it took more than 20 minutes and we asked for an extra towel and after over 10 minutes were delivered a very old and frayed towel. The location was fairly near to some of the main attractions, however the road itself was a little chaotic (and quite smelly) and the Grab drivers struggled to find a place to stop to pick us up and/or drop us off as there is also a market adjacent to the hotel, closing off the road to drivers.

As mentioned the location mostly and staff could be a little more hasty, the service doesn't quite match up to the international Hilton standard.

Rummet ok förutom skarp kant till toaletten. Inget varmvatten förrän sagt till Ljudnivån vid frukosten var förfärlig , dåligt organisationen, väntade 15 min på ost , 10 min på kaffe

La habitación muy cómoda, tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia corta.

El desayuno si bien era completo, habían muchas cosas por mejorar. Por ejemplo, la fruta y algunos alimentos no se veían apetitosos y se tardaban un buen rato en reponerlos. En general al hotel le falta mucha mantención para ser un 4 estrellas, las paredes estaban sucias, algunos artefactos de la habitación estaban rotos, etc. Por último, los ascensores demoraban un montón, asumo que por la cantidad de gente que había en el hotel.

Good value for the price

Great view, rooftop bar had a great view and food was good

Lifts were quite slow, it took ages to get in and go up. Drinks at the roof top bar left us a bit unhappy, I ordered a Tequila sunrise but got something green with tequila instead
