Very clean updated rooms with very friendly staff.

Location while near freeway isn’t the best.

Comfortable stay with exceptionally kind and hard working staff!

Attention to details in the room. Clean and fresh even in the smoking friendly room!

The room was nice and spacious for having 2 beds.

It was clean and tidy but there were little hairs on the towels and in shower.

Location was koo but they wouldn't change my room and I'm not handicapped 😔

The bed was literally little and super squeaky and the room had lil roaches

Close to freeway

Water pressure in the shower sucked BIG TIME!!! Water pressure was hella slow! Took me 45 mins just to shower and make sure shampoo and everything was rinsed off! AAANNNDDDDD TOO STINGY ON TOWELS!!!

Disappointing.

Lovation

Facility was going through remodel, it wasn't ready for customer. Got stuck in room because door was jammed. Front desk had to come a force door open to allow me out of room. This happen twice, along with no water one day, no wi-fi.

Staff awesome, room clean, quiet, and very close to restaurants and shopping. Right next to the freeway to continue on your journey. Did not take advantage of the continental breakfast but that was ok enjoyed my stay would book again. Seems like they are remodeling rooms.

Customer service from the front lobby

The toilet bowl was not clean and showing some molds inside, the sorrounding was too loud and we were not able to sleep all night! The rooms was not spacious.

Room smelled of smoke although it was a non- smoking room. The smell made me nauseas

Clean, comfortable. Helpful staff.

Nowhere to store or hang clothes— no closet or dresser. Also, ALL rooms have private bathrooms—even thought the Booking.com website seems to suggest — and upgrade and bill for—a private bathroom.

Was clean, the staff were very helpful. Felt very safe there.

The beds were very uncomfortable, no bath mats available, bath tub needs some kind of hand rail to enter and exit (very slippery).

Disappointing

it was cleaned, but I booked for non smoking room and I got a smoke room. They told me it’s a non smoking place. It was a horrible experience and full of smoking smell everywhere.

The breakfast was not good. Actually nothing was in the breakfast.

One night was quite.

The traffic and the lawn was being done or cleaning or the concrete which last 3 hours which I had gotten back from driving 10 hrs and wanted to rest. Had to put pillows under my door to keep noise out.

Did not feel entirely safe due to location. I don’t necessarily like rooms opening to outside off busy street. Air condition was VERY noisy.

The worst in the 3 months we have been on vacation.

Breakfast? If coffee and a prepackaged cold pastry is considered breakfast that is sad. The room had 2 beds and a out 10 inches between the beds,no bed side table or lamps. The lamp on the table was burnt out or just didn't work ,the electrical outlets were so old they wouldn't even hold my plug to plug in my phone.

Couldn't check out soon enough.

Location was fine. Parking was fine and close to the room.

The answer to every request was "sorry, no, because we're remodeling." There was no breakfast, no place to hang clothes in the room, no dresser, the lamp did not work. When I asked if any of the rooms had a closet the response was "not for like 3 months from now". When I asked about breakfast I was treated like I should have already known about it. That is the reason that when I make a reservation I try to talk directly which I did in this case. None of the remodel status was disclosed in that process. Very dissatisfied.
