The room was clean and was very spacious. Breakfast was great. Had scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes and lots of other choices. It was a wonderful stay.

Breakfast offered a nice variety and was a great way to start off our day. The pool was warm and a perfect size for our kids. It was a quiet environment and the beds were comfortable. Staff was very welcoming and friendly!

Close to a highway, but appreciated our room was on 2nd floor facing trees and a field, the quiet side of the building.

Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly.

The mattress on our pull out couch was super uncomfortable. The mattress was so flat you could see the ripples of springs on the mattress. Also, the continental breakfast was delicious but the food ran out before 8:30am and there were still hungry hockey players that would have liked to eat breakfast. We asked if they could refill the food but were told that that was all the food we would be getting for the day.

The staff was wonderful. Extremely peasant and attentive.

Did the best they could with what they have. The rooms are showing their age. The rooms are a bit musty and the glade plug in's used in such a small space were a little overwhelming. But all in all it was a good value in a great location.

Easy Access to tourist attractions. Very nice town. We asked for first floor when we got there and the Supervisor accommodated us with no problems! Nice breakfast also!

Great location for Spring Green, nice people, breakfast included, pool, lots of outlets in room, super clean.

The breakfast was very good, plenty of seating, nice variety, very close to our visit to the house on the rock.

Room came with everything we needed, but we were surprised about the lack of bedding for the pull down sofa, and no bathroom plunger. Spacious room, we would stay again.

pool was dirty, our room, and especially outlet bathroom was dirty. there were black foot prints in our bathtub.

It would have been nice if booking.com would not have charged me for a room that I was unable to use due to family medical reasons

There was an obvious mistake in the booking. I called Booking.com and the staff tried to fix it but the hotel lied and said they were full that night. They would not consider a correction. Booking.com staff tried but to no avail. I will not be staying at the Best Western chain again...and will tell all my friends.

Breakfast was fine nothing special. Same thing everyday.

The room was really humid, like damp. We couldn't turn off the air conditioning because it was too out.

Good size room, well looked after. Breakfast was good, a nice lady took care of things.
