Sarah & Chris were the most hospitable of inn keepers, They truly made us feel at home. Breakfast was abundant and showed the care that goes into every aspect of their concern for their guests. The property is truly beautiful and kept clean and neat in every corner of the facility.
as for the location, it is a wonderful place to stay and use as a home base to tour the area before moving on to Providence.
It is hard to improve upon perfection. The inn keepers have thought of everything. They even changed the towels every day, which is not always the case these days. this place is a gem, and should not be missed. Worth every penny.

Beautifully decorated with great taste appropriate to the age and style of the house. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. Lovely home made breakfasts. My husband raved about the crisp bacon. A glass of wine and cheese board were waiting for us each evening.
The house was spotless and the grounds so beautiful with ancient trees and and river scenes.
It is only a few miles from Watch Hill but be prepared for tough parking.
We will definitely be return guests.
We have absolutely no complaints.

Our host prepared excellent dishes with many gluten free options for me. Room was comfy very clean, Hosts were helpful in recommending places to see and restaurants. would definitely return .

Inn was immaculately clean. Beautiful grounds to relax. Great himemade breakfast each morning. Luxurious comfortable linens on bed. Great location within walking or short drive to restaurants & local shops. Owners extremely friendly, accomodating & informative.
We had to ask for ice which we quickly got but would be nice to just have access to ice ourselves whenver we needed it.

The outside overlooks a river. The property has beautiful trees and plenty of spots to relax. The inside is decorated beautifully . Our room was very inviting and comfortable with a view of the River.

Inn is beautifully decorated with such attention to detail. Breakfast is wonderful! Innkeeper takes passion in making excellent fritta and muffins each morning. Great quality and delicious.
The only thing we did not like was the bed was a little soft for our liking. Next time we will request a room with a firmer bed and hopefully that is an option.

Gorgeous inn, great location and wonderful hosts! The grounds are so pretty and good for wandering or finding a quiet spot to read. Sarah and Chris make you feel very welcome! We will be back!
