Only i booked became it was near to my destination.

Bed sheets and towel were not clean, Very small room, you can’t say it apartment. Booking.com are advised to show room in the pictures as room is. It was so small room booking.com wrote its apartment. I will must consider other search engines next time as I was blindly trusted booking.com , now I will not

Terrible, do not stay there.

The property had a check in time that finished at 9pm. When asked to extend this time as we were informed that as a gesture of goodwill £50 would be charged!£100 was taken as a deposit against noise and extra guests, this was not clear on the Booking.com website. Still waiting for this and the £2 also taken to be refunded. The room and bathroom were desperately shabby although appeared relatively clean. The television did not work. The cutlery supplied was 1 spoon. The temperature of the shower was unable to be controlled alternating between boiling hot and freezing cold. There were piles of rubbish belonging to the property outside.

This was advertised as a luxury apartment . It is a room in a shared house . TV broke , Shower diabolical . Beyond basic .. Do not stay here !

Passable

The place is cheap. The customer service people are very nice.

The bed was awful: I am pretty sure they flipped the mattress on the wrong side, so I had the springs piercing my back all night long. The bathroom was incredibly tiny. The window was "shared" with the neighboring room and covered ith an opaque plastic piece. We could not see each other, but we could hear EVERYTHING. The toilet paper was left outside of the door, of the dirty moquette of the stairs, where every other guest walks. One of the windows had no tents, so there was no way to stop the light from entering.

I wouldn't stay there again if I need to travel to Central London

The communication with the hosts was excellent, and they were very responsive.

The location is ok but not good value for money. Too far from the centre and not much around The apartment had very limited space because of the big beds (which were comfortable). They provided us with one towel for 3 people and enough toilet paper to last for 2 days. We got the additional towels on the second day.

I wasn't given the room I booked. I also had a surprise demand for a deposit. Avoid these guys.

Bed was comfortable and the room was well equipped.

Where do I begin? First off, getting a surprise message on the day telling me to pay a £100 deposit which I had been unaware of. I also had to show my passport. As I only had a scan of my passport with me, I was told my booking was no longer available, but 'as a goodwill gesture' I'd be moved to a different accommodation nearby. Given I never met anyone, and only had to send a pic of my passport, I'm pretty sure that they used me not having the physical passport as an excuse to bait and switch the room. When I queried the need for a deposit, I was sent a screen shot of it being mentioned on their advert - but I defy anyone to find where it is, as it wasn't on the original ad and I have since looked again and I cannot see it. The new place was nearby, so not the end of the world from that respect. However it overlooked a very busy flyover, the room was hot, the TV controller didn't work, and it was not an ensuite, and it had a shared bathroom (although I think I was the only one staying in the house, I wasn't to know that at the time and so had the anxieties of sharing a bathroom, dashing across corridors in a towel, etc). Also, the whole check in process was a right pain. I was in London for an event, and really could have done without all the admin of sending documents - in total 22 Whatsapp msgs were exchanged, and multiple phone calls were made. I was assured my deposit would be returned within 3-5 working days, but I had to chase it up after this timeframe had expired. I received it back in full.

Won't book with these people again.

I liked the communication, it was the only good thing, and that they could fix their mess.

We got downgraded from this place to a smaller place because they failed to inform us until the day we was suppose to arrive that all of us had to be present at the apartment at check in, and we had to still pay the same price as for this. Didn't get partly refunded for the inconvenient either.

Comfortable, great service

Nice room, had all of the amenities that I'd like. Enjoyed the fact it felt like an apartment and not a hotel room. Shabz was also really helpful in getting everything sorted out both before and during my stay.

Great weekend accommodation

Spacious room , good value for money. Private bathroom. Spacious shower.

Cleaners should be more thorough although I spoke to the host who assured me he would address the issue.
