Perhaps I cannot find the right words to describe this wonderful accommodation at the top of the castle with this endless view taken out of a fairy tale.
It is a two-storey residence that belongs entirely to us with 5 balconies and plenty of space for everyone. everything is so charming here
The house was spotlessly clean and the breakfast provided by vegan plus the best we have ever tasted.
The bathroom with the 2 hydromassages is the largest we have come across and gives the otherwise classic design of the house an extra nota of modern luxury that you can hardly leave
Waking up and drinking your coffee on this huge balcony inside the castle with this wonderful view is priceless, if you find this space available, do not think too much about it, I guarantee you will enjoy it as we do.
Thank you for being wonderful hosts and for all the information you gave us. You made our stay really special we look forward to next time.

Location and design are great

Amazing location, beautiful property with multiple balconies and a very large terrace with amazing views
Mattress in the smaller bedroom could have been better, but this is very minor.

Great location with a wonderful view. It was spacious and we all enjoyed our time there. Special thanks to our host who was very understanding and helpful when we were stuck in another town and couldn’t make it back for 2 nights. It’s an amazing place and we hope to return one day.

Amazing location. Loads of of outdoor space Great for a couple or family. Super comfortable and very quiet. What a view!. New shower is awesome. Great communication from host. Konstantinos was incredibly hospitable and paid attention to every detail of this house. He even left us fresh oranges and breakfast foods. A charming place to stay in the Old Town,
Nothing.

Everything!
Absolutely amazing location overlooking Chania's beautiful harbour. Believe the photos as it is just like that!
Konstantinos, our host was great and had everything necessary for a great stay including a complimentary tray of fresh fruit, eggs, beer, juice and other goodies.
On our last day there were thunderstorms (I know, not expected in May!). Our flight was not till late at night and he kindly let us stay at the house hours after checking-out time as there had been a cancelation which meant we could stay dry and rest before our late flight. Thanks Konstantinos!
The house is spacious and historic (400 years old!) but has all mod cons inside. The best thing is the most amazing views and the large terrace for dining ans sunbathing as well as the different balconies to enjoy a morning or afternoon drink (wherever the sun is!). You can look out on the harbour and lighthouse, watch the sunset and are just a minute's walk from the harbour restaurants. The side street that the house entrance is on is in quiet and old Venentian architectured narrow streets - no cars. There are nice craft shops, a bakery and two mini markets and gift shops, wine bars and restaurants and cute cats!
If you like the look of this property, book fast! It is probably most suitable for a couple (honeymooners!) or a family with older children (6 upwards ...or a baby) but perhaps not a toddler due to balconies (although walls are quite high). There is a double bedroom off the kitchen/lounge area, a walk- in double shower room (brand new)/toilet downstairs. Upstairs is a very spacious bedroom with TV (Netflix/Amazon Prime) and huge bed plus ensuite toilet and basin). This leads to a mezzanine level with a single bed and a baby travel cot which there would be room for in bedroom.
Nothing. Well, maybe the rain on our last day.

Fantastic location, amazing terraces / views, great host. Lovely areas to get lost amongst the multitude of shops / restaurants / streets. Futher afield, check out Apostoli Beach and the view from the rock / chapel, the Botanical garden inland and Falasarna beach. Thank you :-)

It felt almost a privilege to stay in this historic building. We traveled with a family of four and found the property very spacious (in particular the magnificent terrace).
Nothing really. That said, we may have been lucky with the relative high temperatures during our winter stay (Dec/Jan). The AC and IR-heaters were just enough to keep us comfortably warm in the evenings.

Superb location in the Old Town with splendid views over the harbour from the main terrace. Interesting and spacious historic property. Great help and welcome from Konstantinos.
Very little to dislike

We travelled from Heraklion to Chania
To attend a wedding and stayed overnight at Revellino del porto!Wonderful house has a main Veranda of impressive dimensions with an amazing view of the old port’s lighthouse where we attended the sunrise. We slept in the master bedroom which has also spectacular sea views from all the windows and private balconies. We enjoyed our sleep on the comfortable mattress of a king-size bed. Also The kitchen was full equipped with new appliances and basic products were provided to make our breakfast. My wife was impressed by how clean the house was upon our arrival and also impressed from the perfect location.
Unfortunately we stayed to sort but we are glad we know where this gem is and I’m sure we will be back to enjoy it for longer. Thanks so much for the hospitality

The location is strategically placed in the entrance of the old town and actually the property is part of the fortification. The views are breathtaking but not only that, the property is fully equipped super clean and lots of comfortable beds. Costas who is handling the property is helpful and somehow always around if you need him.

Great location and amazing property! The owner was really helpful too. Answered all our questions regarding sightseeing, shopping and hotel. Personally came to meet us.
Right beside the property there is a bar/restaurant called Boatanist!...MUST MUST try his cocktails! haven't had such cocktails ever.

The apartment was amazing! Quiet with incredible views of Chania's Venetian port and harbor. Views in all directions from the 5 verandas that are yours! Kitchen well equipped. Space was much more than I anticipated. You could easily sleep 4 people in the partment.
Shower was small and not easy to use.

Amazing views of the harbour. Great location in the old town. You feel like a local.

Incredible views from the 5 terraces. The bigger ones have good furniture to relax, eat or work.
It was very relaxing to go to bed every night listening to the waves from the harbour.
Mosquito nets in all windows and doors.
The host was very kind and provided all the extra stuff we needed for our remote working, and in the same day.
The street was very quiet, even though you are one minute away from the Venetian harbour. The location is excellent.
The shower is small.
The house is a bit darker than in the pictures.
The furniture is in a worse condition than we thought when we looked at the pictures (nothing too bad).
There is no couch (there is a bench though)

Location and the Apartment Balcony was amazing! Its a historical apartment with Venetian walls huge balcony with a superb view of the lighthouse and the harbor. The main reason we enjoyed our stay so much in Chania was because of this Lovely Apartment. The Balcony just made our stay fantastic.
The host was really helpful, he had stocked up the fridge before our arrival with Lots of water, juices, fruits which was really sweet. He was available whenever we needed any help.
Washing machine was not working and this was our last stay in Greece so we really needed it! But the Host was really a good person, he offered us to take all our dirty clothes and clean them (though we did not gave him our dirty clothes but offering the help also means a lot!)
