A lovely apartment, furnished with modern style, in the main street of Ortigia. It equipped with all the comforts of home to make your holiday unique. L 'apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. You will also have the opportunity to access to the terrace with breathtaking views to admire the city of Syracuse from a unique perspective and original. The apartment can accommodate everyone, especially families with children, on request you can have everything you need to make the holiday enjoyable even for the little ones (stroller, carrycot, baby carrier, elastic and rigid baby carrier, bottle warmer, cradle from camping, portable changing table, footrest etc ...).
Located in the main street of the historic center of Ortigia, near the public and paid parking area, very close to the fish and fruit market, where you can buy freshly caught fish, and then cook it in the comfortable kitchen of the apartment.
About 200 meters from the solariums.
Just under the house there are 2 supermarkets, bars and shops of various kinds.

Perfect base to explore Ortygia

We (father and adult daughter) spent three nights at Il Mito, and I can't imagine a better place to stay in Ortygia, unless your taste runs to older style. This is a modernized, very nicely appointed apartment on a commercial street (300m or so of mostly fashion stores). Everything in Ortygia is within walking distance , so if you want to look at older, more charming exteriors you just have to wander east, south, or north. Via Cavour along the back side of the building is full of restaurants, but don't limit yourself, as there are fine places to eat all over the island. The exuberant outdoor market is just a few blocks away, and the kitchen is suitable for cooking the results of your market visits if you are so inclined. Daniela is a warm and gracious host. If you arrive by car early enough in the afternoon, she will direct you to park in front of the building to unload, but parking in the evenings on most of the island is restricted to residents, so plan on using the public lot (Eu15/day). Highly recommended for families or even for two couples.

This flat could not have been more central and is in an ideal location to explore all the sights. Daniella, the owner, made us feel very welcome and was flexible with the check in time. The flat was spotlessly clean, spacious and very well equipped. It was a joy to stay here.

This is a wonderful apartment on the main shopping street in Ortigia. It is well furnished and comfortable with high ceilings and small balconies in every room, additionally there was air conditioning in every room and automatic blinds that can be closed to dampen any street noise at night. The apartment is close to anything you might want to do in Ortigia. Daniela gave us a few suggestions for eating and sightseeing and we were enjoyed several of them. I highly recommend this apartment.

On the main street of Ortigia the apartment is ideally situated for exploring the town and Siracusa. It on the second floor of an up market block and has a lift though there are a few steps from the street. The rooms are nicely decorated and have high ceiling and balconies front and rear, apartment was very clean. Few minutes walk to the market for provisions with small supermarkets and restaurants close at hand. Daniella's check in and out was efficient and she called midway through our stay to collect the bins. Great host and would recommend staying here.

Appartamento centrale, finemente arredato ed equipaggiato dalla Signora Daniela, gentile e discreta. Tutti i locali sono dotati di aria condizionata. A due minuti dal "Tempio di Apollo" e dal tipico e colorato mercato mattutino e a dieci dal "Duomo". Negozio di alimentari sotto casa. Parcheggio gratuito, con un po' di fortuna e pazienza, a 200 m. in alternativa ad uno a pagamento. Ristoranti e quant'altro sotto casa. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo così per la pulizia. Consigliato da un gruppo di viaggiatori incallito. Noto e Marzamemi a mezz'ora di strada.

Daniela greeted it's upon our arrival. She showed us around he beautifully decorated apartment. She was a wonderful hostess! The apartment is very open and airy and clean. The multiple balconies have is plenty of opportunity to enjoy people watching while having a meal, playing a game or enjoying a glass of wine. In addition, the rooftop terrace provides amazing views of the sea and Syracuse. The location is central and it's a short walk to anywhere in the island. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay. Thank you Daniela!

Buongiorno. Zentraler kann man nicht wohnen, hier ist alles in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, alles sehr modern und funktional eingerichtet, für einen Städtetrip sehr gut geeignet. Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke, ein Kaffee für den morgendlichen Espresso nebenan und abends kochen muss man nun wirklich nicht, da man in Syrakus sehr gut essen gehen kann. Bis auf Weingläser war dennoch alles da. Die Dachterrasse ist der Hammer, wenn die Sonne scheint, hat man dort den ganzen Tag Sonne satt. Vielen Dank an die nette Vermieterin.

Wat een aangename verrassing was dit. Contact via Home Away, daarna contact met vriendelijke eigenaresse. die ons, bij aankomst vliegveld, via APP contact, de juiste tips gaf (op verzoek) Prima mooi totaal vernieuwd appartement. erg ruim en heerlijk fris. Alles functioneert perfect, rolluiken, insectenhorren, airco's misschien wat weinig keuken gereedschap. Maar met op elke hoek drie restaurantjes is dat geen probleem. Kleine supermarkt direct achter het appartement, en koffie tentje, bij buitenkomst 40m naar links, met heerlijk betaalbaar koffie terras. Alles is brandschoon, aan de voorkant 2 balkons met uitzicht in de hoofdstraat. achterkant balkon met uitzicht richting ander stadsdeel. Dakterras heeft geweldig uitzicht, helaas geen ligbedden op het terras (gedeeld terras met andere bewoners, maar niemand anders gezien). Douche en was ruimte fantastisch, schoon en nieuw, ook nog een separaat toilet. tv in de keuken. lift, etc etc. centraal op het schiereiland Ortiga, dus naar alle gelegenheden/atracties niet langer als ca 15 min lopen. kortom een diamantje, ook een erg vriendelijke eigenaresse, gereserveerd maar super behulpzaam !
