Nestled in the heart of St Ives' Downalong area, The Moorings offers the perfect escape for your family holiday.
Just minutes from Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches, the charming harbour, and the renowned Tate Gallery, The Moorings puts you at the centre of it all. Explore the vibrant town centre or pack a picnic for a day at the beach - the choice is yours! The Moorings also has the added bonus of off-site parking for one car.
The whole family will enjoy the light and airy open plan living area; lounge/diner and kitchen located on the first floor. Unwind in the luxurious lounge on the plush corner sofa after a day of exploring. Cosy up by the new log burner on cooler evenings, or gather everyone around the large Smart TV for a movie night.
The heart of the home is the stunning new kitchen, complete with top-of-the-range appliances including an electric oven with warming drawer, induction hob, Quooker tap, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Prepare feasts for the whole family with ease, then enjoy them together at the large dining table. There is also a Nespresso Magimix Citiz coffee machine and milk frother, the perfect way to start the day!
Upstairs, you'll find a luxurious master bedroom with a plush king-size bed, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The en-suite bathroom features a refreshing rainfall shower, hand wash basin and WC.
On the ground floor, the second bedroom provides versatility. A king-size bed can be easily reconfigured into two twin beds, ideal for couples or friends travelling together. Both configurations offer ample storage and a Smart TV for cozy nights in.
The third bedroom caters perfectly to families. This room boasts a king-size bed alongside bunk beds, comfortably accommodating parents and children. Just like the second bedroom, it features a Smart TV and plenty of storage for your belongings.
The family bathroom has recently been refurbished and offers a bath with rainfall shower over, illuminated mirror with Bluetooth capabilities, wash hand basin and WC.

A gem
This house is tucked away in a prime location! Beautifully decorated and very well provided, the beds were really comfy and all the linens and towels excellent. One is in the heart of the shops in no time and there it is in a very artistic neighbourhood.

Perfect location
The property is pretty much exactly what the photos show . Every care and consideration has been thought of in the property we didn’t want for anything. The location is perfect and you can be on the main shopping area in 2 minutes. All in all a fabulous stay

Super location, quality accommodation
We were 2 families of 1 adult 2kids and 2 adults 3 kids and there was plenty of room for us all ..... our feet didn't touch the floor mind as you can imagine keeping 5 kids busy ... there isn't anything that I could suggest this place needs to improve ... it's perfect and I would recommend it to anyone ...... my only gripe was coping with seagulls from 5am each day but a small price to pay for a coastal resort ..
