The only good thing was the location
Everything. Already from the beginning the communication was non existing. We have arrived around 1am and tried to contact the host to understand how to get in via many tentative calls without any success (I haven’t received any message from the host via the booking app).
Than, after calling directly to the customer service of booking, your employee has helped us to get in.
Immediately by getting in to the flat, we have noticed a mouldy/humidity smell and have noticed that there was a massive mould leak stain on the ceiling, the towels and bed sheets were smelling like they have stayed in the washing machine for way longer than needed. There were also stains on the bed sheets, the mattress was in no condition to sleep in. It was like the bed spring was already broken of so much use and the bed was uneven. The pillows were barely usable.
We have booked this flat for the first and last night of our stay in Malta, but given the conditions of the property, we are cancelling our booking and we already book another one

The location is great. Room is quiet.
Nowhere to place clothes, wardrobe or drawers missing. Shower room gets flooded after taking shower. The door lock gives troubles. No shampoo in the shower.

location
not enough toilet paper or blankets. we had to ask for
it. also smelled like humidity. moho in the toilet.

The location of the apartments is just perfect. Good hair dryer, quite a lot of space, fridge, kettle and air conditioning in the room, cozy terrace. The staff responded quickly to our messages.
Poor soundproofing, although this did not bother us personally, because we rested here in February, there were few neighbors. Disturbed by the smell, but the staff quickly responded to our complaint, thanks for that.
7.0
The ease, and ability to respond to issues. Go box.
Kettle n cups but no tea or coffee.
There is no chair on the balcony.
TV just about plugged in looked a lil risky
Prior warning about the hot water pressure heating mite of helped in the winter.

1. Security aspects of the room were good. Clear instructions were provided regarding the entry and exit. This is very good.
2. Water was right outside the door. Easily accessible.
1. WiFi connectivity is a big NO. We were very much frustrated with the signal strength. Within the room, it was 0% signal. We couldn't access WiFi for two complete nights. We never expected that WiFi could be a big failure. Mobile network is also a big failure. It was very poor. We have to come out of the room to access the mobile network. It goes down to 0% network coverage from the room.
2. Water heater for drinking was full of plastic. This is really unhealthy. The water heater should be at least a metal based one.
3. Shower gel was not available in the bathroom.
4. Mosquitoes was bit of a problem during the sleep.
5. For winter, quilt could have been little bit thicker.

Only the location was good and one of the staff was very nice guy.
Oh, I will be very honest. This is one of the most unclean places I ever stayed at, bulbs werent working, some handles broke, bathroom door had a break. But majorly, ground looked sooo unclean.

Nice location very close to the center, on very loud street, with old furniture, enough clean
Quite loud...bisu street below the window. Old furniture...

The location was good and the price was okay,
The bathroom, toilet area, you do not have a real door and if you are with another person, well they can hear everything.

After reading the comments about this accommodation, I was afraid of what I might have found. As it turns out, it is not as bad as the reviews say. It has a lot of room for improvement but for that price in Valletta it is well worth it.
AC is the best
No shampoo, soap and toilet paper in my bathroom. It is true that the sheets have strange stains that could be changed for new sheets.

The room was incredibly spacious and clean. The bed was big and comfortable. In the room, there was a hair dryer, iron board, kettle with mugs (but no tea or coffee) and a fridge. There were 2 aircon and a fan as well
The location was perfect, super close to central Valletta and to the port where you can get a boat to Sliema.
The hosts sent a lot of information about the flat, what to visit in Malta and where to go for food which I appreciated and it was super helpful.
Incredible value for money!
The wi-fi didn't work (my phone kept saying that it couldn't find an IP address for the router, which happens when there are too many people using it). The TV didn't pick up any channels (also couldn't connect to Wi-fi) and the fridge inside was a bit dirty

good location, clean, air con worked a dream, perfectly fine for 1 night
bathroom was very small and basic, the shower head wasn’t fixed to the wall so you had to hold it, a bit inconvenient but we only stayed 1 night.
no place to put any toiletries in the bathroom

The location was great, the property was secure, the air conditioning was good and there was also a fan in the room. The property was good value for money considering it was quite cheap.
The sliding bathroom door was a bit hard to open but once we figured out to push it from the top rather than the handle it was fine. The shower was a bit on the cold side for some of our stay but we didn’t look for it to be fixed so can’t really complain, just may be something people are concerned about. Some people may see the property as old/aged as in it could do with a fresh coat of paint etc but for the price you’re paying I was pretty happy with the condition the property was in. If you’re looking for somewhere luxurious don’t stay here but also don’t expect to get somewhere as cheap!

The Location is Excellent. The accomodation is an old traditional building, the staff answer straight away and were nice! Decent for its price and for two nights stay. There's water to get for free which i found very good!
The building is old which means that there are stuff that may feel broken or not clean so be prepared that it's not a refurbished building, but it has nice stairs !

they sent a good list of things to do in Valletta and easy guide on how to check in autonomously.
everything. this place was absolutely filthy! there was a huge mould stain on the ceiling, mould along the walls either side of the bed and mould in the wash room. the whole room was dirty, hairs on the duvet and spare bedding, the balcony was shared and covered in cigarette butts. my partner and I both woke up with itchy faces and she woke up with a rash on her wrists and hands from the mould and dirt. shower had ants and bugs in it and the curtain constantly falls down, the extraction fan in there was black with dirt it had been trying to filter for a long time! towels all had large brown stains on them! this place is the worst I’ve ever stayed in, just don’t waste your money and make the same mistake I did, couldn’t wait to get out of here in the morning. disgusting!
