About this farm stay rental
It is a farmhouse restored for residence. The owners had to move to the city for work, but is prepared to live comfortably in it. It has internet, heating and all the services expected of a house where one lives regularly: all appliances, laundry dryer, playground, TV, stereo, books, gardening, garden, swimming pool, etc. ..
The farm has 500 hectares. in which there is an agricultural and ranching. It also has an organic garden. A very interesting activity is the wait or waiting for animals near the ponds to see small game animals (rabbit, hare, partridge, ducks, etc. ..) or big game (wild boar).
There are also magnificent hiking trails both within the farm and in the surrounding area. It is a special protection area for birds so do Birdwatching addition, Merida is the capital of Extremadura and offers an important cultural variety throughout the year, including notably the Festival of Classical Theatre, Easter or carnivals.
The house is distributed around a central patio and several porches,
It consists of two buildings, a house complete with five bedrooms and 9 beds (four double bedrooms and one single) and another annex building with separate entrance composed of two bedrooms one with two beds and one with four beds (two bunk beds). Both buildings communicate through the north porch.
It has Internet, heating appliances of all kinds, television and DVD, many movies for all ages. In the outdoor areas there is a ping pong table. The pool is next to the house but protected by a perimeter wall.
The bedrooms are small but very comfortable. It is a private home, not a Hotel, that's why there are toys, books, etc ... and that is why we ask the guests to treat the house as if it were theirs.
The seven bedrooms are distributed as follows: a single bedroom with bathroom. Five double bedrooms with bathrooms each, and one bedroom with four beds (two bunk beds)

A pesar de que el tiempo no nos acompañara todo lo que quisimos, el fin de semana ha sido de 10. La casa es muy acogedora, no falta de nada, la cocina muy bien equipada, cada habitación con su baño todos reformados, el entorno precioso. La dueña muy agradable. Sin duda recomendaria esta estancia y sin duda volveremos en otra ocasión.
