The property is located in the Lucca countryside, in a strategic position to visit the most beautiful places in Tuscany in the close vicinity of the most famous historic villas of the Lucca area, 15 minutes from Lucca and 25 minutes from the city of Pisa, the sea and the mountains.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa, with remote-controlled entrance to the private parking and direct access to a large porch facing the pool and garden.
We offer a living room equipped with all the comforts and advanced technology for relaxation: air conditioning in every room, underfloor heating, satellite television, free internet connection via wi-fi.
The large bedroom is equipped with an extra large double bed, single bed and cot for children on request.
All openings to the outside are equipped with mosquito nets.
The second bedroom features a comfortable double sofa bed, a large sideboard with satellite TV, children's games, books and local guides in various languages, and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge + freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, moka, American coffee machine, toaster, complete dishes.
The bathroom includes a large and elegant glass shower, a multifunctional hydromassage tub, modern sanitary fixtures and a laundry area with washing machine and sink.
All bed linen and towels are included.

Italo, Etta, and Vera are the ultimate hosts; they provided great input to questions we had before arrival and during our stay. They shared their own wine and olives with us, provided fresh herbs from their garden for our dinner and welcomed us into their family. At the same time they provided privacy and let us enjoy the pool and house. A great place to stay and explore Tuscany.

Our stay at Italo and Etta's charming house was a delightful experience. The location served as an ideal base for exploring the beautiful northern region of Tuscany. The highlights were undoubtedly the inviting pool, providing a refreshing escape from the summer heat, and the lovely home cooked dinner that Etta prepared us. The hosts' warm hospitality extended to assisting us in finding a wonderful restaurant in Lucca, with room for us and our friends from home.
Contrary to some reviews, we personally did not encounter any significant noise disturbance from the nearby road, allowing us to relax and unwind without interruption.
Should fate allow us to revisit this part of Italy, we will definitely consider returning. If you're seeking a tranquil and memorable vacation in Tuscany, Italo and Etta's place comes highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It was our first time booking a house for our summer vacation. We came a really long way and I can tell that it was absolutely worth it. The house owners were very friendly, hospitable and respected our privacy. We spent the most fun and unforgettable time there and can only recommend you to go there, too. Clean, everything you need can be found, markets nearby... It was just top for us as a family of five.

We enjoyed very much our 2 weeks stay at Vera's holiday house. The house is very clean and well equipped and the pool is big. The owners are very friendly and helpful. As my husband wanted rent a bicycle, Vera's father escorted him from one bicycle shop to the other to find one. There's a huge supermarket in 5 minutes drive. There is also a little supermarket just in the corner too.

Wij hebben hier nachten in dit comfortabele appartement gelogeerd. Het Itolo, Emilia en Vera waren zeer gastvrij. Locatie was goed uitgangspunt voor zowel bezoek aan Lucca als kleine bergdorpjes.

Prachtig huis
Het is een schitterend huis, met een heerlijk zwembad. Het ontbreekt aan niets! De eigenaren zijn hele vriendelijke mensen en helpen je graag. Vanuit hier ben je zo in Lucca en ook een dagje naar Florence, Pisa, Volterra enz. is ideaal vanuit deze locatie. Wij hebben een top vakantie gehad!

Italo und Emilia sind sehr hilfsbereite und äußerst zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist in einem Top Zustand und der Pool der Highlight, in der näheren Umgebung gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, Cafe und Pizzeria. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, für uns hat alles gepasst .

Abbiamo passato una settimana molto piacevole e rilassante, nonchè di divertimento grazie alla fantastica piscina.
La casa possiede ogni confort necessario, è ben curata e pulita ed è situtata in una zona molto ben servita vicina a diverse mete turistiche.
Infine i due proprietari Italo ed Etta sono due persone molto carine e disponibili; ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra; addirittura Etta ci ha preparato la torta per il compleanno di nostro figlio. Grazie!! Speriamo di rivederci presto.

Handy fro Lucca
As described. Italo was helpful and left us some produce from his own garden during our stay. Air conditioning was bliss. Restaurant, bar and small supermarket within a couple of hundred yards. Other shops and restaurants not much further away but a fairly busy road so we didn't walk to them. You will need a car. The apartment is in a "suburb" of Lucca which was only about 10 -15 minutes drive away and several big supermarkets in the area. Convenient for Pisa, Florence, Cinque Terre and Northern Tuscany. If you don't mind a bit of driving much of Central and Southern Tuscany within reach on a day trip. Happy to recommend

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille chez Italo et Etta, qui sont des hôtes charmants, à la fois très accueillants et discrets, toujours prêts à aider en cas de besoin. La maison est très propre, confortable et très bien équipée pour une famille. La piscine fait le bonheur de tous!

Vi abbiamo soggiornato una settimana a inizio luglio 2018 e
la villa corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione inserita nel portale. È ben pulita e dotata di ogni confort, dall’aria condizionata sino ad un grande bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio.
Il pezzo forte è la piscina di ben 5 m per 10 m, totalmente ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti ideale per rilassarsi e rinfrescarsi. La posizione dell’abitazione consente di raggiungere facilmente le principali mete turistiche della zona. In un’oretta si arriva a Firenze e ancora in minore tempo a Pisa, Lucca e in Garfagnana. Una manciata di kilometri separa il litorale tirrenico e le sue spiagge dalla residenza.
I proprietari, Italo ed Etta, sono ospitali, simpatici, gentili, accoglienti e disponibili a dare diversi suggierimenti circa la zona. Pur risiedendo nella stessa abitazione, non sono per nulla invadenti e garantiscono agli ospiti la propria privacy.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr herzlichen Gastgebern
Die Unterkunft und das Außengelände waren sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Für uns als kleine Familie war die Größe der Wohnung vollkommend ausreichend.
Aufgrund der Lage der Ferienwohnung ist ein Auto unabdingbar. Lucca, Pisa und Florenz sind gut erreichbar. Aber auch Siena und der Chianti lassen sich mit dem Auto in ca. 1,5 Fahrstunden erreichen.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sie gaben uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants.

Schöne Wohnung mit sehr herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermietern
Sehr neue und hübsch eingerichtete Wohnung. Leider für 4 Leute etwas klein, da fehlt noch ein Zimmer. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge sehr gut, für ein Verweilen in der Wohnung aber nicht ideal, da nahe an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße. Für uns war das ok, weil wir eh jeden Tag unterwegs waren.
Die Vermieter, die auch in dem Haus wohnen, sind sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit und haben viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge auf Lager.
Insgesamt empfehlenswert für Leute die die Toskana entdecken wollen, weniger für diejenigen, die ein ruhiges Domizil zur Entspannung suchen. Für uns (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) war es etwas eng, für Pärchen ist die Größe ok.

Italo und Eta sind wunderbare Gastgeber, die bei allen Fragen hilfsbereit unterstützen und italienische Gastfreundschaft leben. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt, es gibt genügend Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten im Garten. Lucca und sonstige toskanische Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut erreichbar.
