Very nice, comfortable.

Location was great for our purpose. Staff was all very nice and polite. Facility was clean.

Walls are thin. Could hear people talking from other rooms and hall.

A good hotel for short stay travelers.

Hotel is modern, and the breakfast is good. There was no fruit, but many cereal options. Waffle and eggs. So I would say it was a good breakfast, it is in a nice quiet location. The elevator works fine and the staff is polite.

The night we arrived the bed sheets had hair all over it. Not sure if it was because they did not change the beddings (which I believe was the case) or because the machines didn’t wash it properly. Terri the night receptionist, was nice and understanding. She gave us clean sheets when we requested.

Terrible smell of urine

Location was the only good thing about this place

Where to start? The room has a smell of urine! We asked to be moved immediately and were told nothing was available. The parking lot was half empty! They sent in housekeeping the next day but the smell was not taken care of. There were patches in the carpet, dents in the door frames, and the very next room was under construction so we heard the workers banging and yelling a lot! How this place advertised as the highest rated hotel on Google is laughable. We were never followed up with about moving rooms and got stuck in the pee room for 3 days. We will never use this hotel again. Stay away at all costs!

Excellent Value For The Money!

Breakfast was ok, much better than most places. Only meat was sausage - no bacon or ham. Other than that, everything as good. with variety.

In regards to the room - nothing! Very spacious, with everything needed...even dishwasher, stove top, cookware and dinnerware, full size fridge.

Clean, spacious room.

We were there for four nights. After the first night the room was made but no toilet paper refill, I had to get it from an outside restroom. After the second night it was not made, but somebody had been in there because there were some new towels. The wastebin was overflowing, no beds made, no refill in bathroom. After the third night I requested it, beds were nicely made, but still no toilet paper, no kleenex refilln no towels for everybody. No cream cheese anymore (they were out, I mean it is not a fresh product you could not have in store. That alone is no reason to complain but it is one more detail in a number of many). We went there partly because of the gym. We had been driving for days and needed some exercise. Treadmill was out of order, bike was unusuable because the saddle was loose and needed tools to be fixed and much more apart from a crosstrainer we shared is not there. I do not complain easily but the hotel has a high ranking and I feel this was not earned during my stay apart from being clean and quite new. Oh, and the shower curtain is so short, the floor gets wet. But even on the day the room was made, we did not get a fresh floor mat the old one was soaked and taken away. We booked for four but never got towels for everybody. So housekeeping and gym could definitely improve.

The breakfast was the minimum of a hotel breakfast, but we didn’t need much since we left early to continue traveling.

The 3 bottles of milk left in the fridge were spoiled, maybe not kept cold enough. Everything else was more than acceptable.

It was extremely clean and the staff were nice!

Well I bring my personal towels because I don’t like using hotel towels! House keeping took my “colored”personal towels while I was away ! The ac in one of my rooms wasn’t working! The wifi wasn’t strong enough in one of my rooms! And at exactly 11am housekeeping knocked on the door and said check out at 11! Well damn not even a minute later! I’ve been staying at all kinds of hotels all of my life and I have never had this happen!!!

Did not get room I booked with no reparation.

Clean rooms and quiet.

Did not provide the type room booked. Staff continued to argue that I did not book what I told them I booked. Had confirmation which proved I did book what I said. Staff member apologized but offered no solution. Pretty much acted like you can take the room we have or good luck trying to find a room somewhere else. Did not offer to refund my money or to at least refund difference in price of room I booked and room I received. Manager happened to be there but also had same attitude and left without offering a solution or any reparation.

Very good

I was in town for a model horse show with my granddaughter. The staff was VERY fun, friendly and accommodating. Booking.com canceled my reservation without me knowing and the wonderful woman at the desk helped me to get a room. She even upgraded us to a suite.

I had to get up early (6 am) to attend my function in Westlake. I had very loud neighbors in the next room. Laughing, talking, shouting, had other people come and join in. This went on late into the night until I had to make a call to the front desk. They took care of it quickly. Thank you.

Great staff, good breakfast.

My room has a bad shower, only hot water came out, which turned into burning hot, no cold water. Went to check my brothers room, his was fine. Front desk, switched my room, she was great about it, just me burning my skin was not the greatest experience.
