Perfect location- close to several different underground stations. Small apartment for our family of 5 but we didn’t spend much time in the apartment so location was the most important factor for us. Helpful, very detailed binder with all apartment & neighborhood info.

Cozy apartment near lots of restaurants and theaters. For a relatively large group of parents and small kids, worked out well. Clothes washer and dryer was excellent.

David's place is so cool! Covent Garden is quite the hubbub, but the flat is far enough off to be very still at night. Quite walkable, close to everything on the West side -- I walked up to Camden Town one day, a couple miles but so pleasant: the great parks and architecture along the route. David's decor is certainly unique, and his library is omnivorous and thought-provoking. (He's clearly an interesting character)' The kitchen's as well-stocked as my home, and I entertain quite a lot. Also want to point out that we had a medical issue, and he responded quickly to a request -- even though he was in SF, a 9-hr difference. Overall, a perfect place to stay when you're in London.

This apartment is absolutely perfect for exploring central London: Lovely neighborhood with great restaurants, main sights and many theaters in walking distance. Apartment was clean and cosy, we will be happy to book it again for future stays.

Great flat in a fantastic part of London! Located on a quiet street yet steps away from Covent Garden and several Underground stations, this flat helped make our long weekend in London an amazing stay. We’ll be back to London before long and will certainly hope to stay again!!

I stayed here for a few days with my mother, sister, and son for a few days visit in London before we headed back to Houston. The location was absolutely perfect for us to get out and explore and there were food options galore.
Communication with David was easy and he quickly answered every question I had. He gave very detailed directions to his place and for check in which we very much appreciated. The apt itself was exactly as described and David has a wonderful guidebook filled with lots of good information. We didn't cook here, but if we had wanted to, everything we would have possibly needed was included.
The only thing that could have been improved was fluffier pillows, but everything else was truly great and I would definitely stay here again

Location is perfect. The property has everything we need, even interesting books. Many super nice restaurants are around. Owner provided very detailed instructions. The first night we didn’t figure out the way to heat up the floor, so it was a bit cold. We had to put multi blankets. But overall , it was a very nice stay.

Fabulous Location and Clean Flat
I recently stayed with my family in David’s flat for three nights and it was wonderful! The flat is located in one of the best and most lively areas of the city. If this is your first time in London- stay here! David is a wonderful host and sent along a guide to help navigate London and everything you need to know to stay in his flat. I highly recommend staying here and plan to stay again soon.

Great spot in the heart of SoHo
This place was perfect for a couple days in London. The place was clean, well kept and modern (love the bidet!) Communication with the manager/host was great and timely. I was able to coordinate a quick drop off of my luggage before check in, which was GREATLY appreciated. I'd def recommend staying here if you need space and a great locale.

Wonderful flat!
This quaint, clean, centrally located flat was perfect for my husband, my son and myself. The beds were comfy and the little extras like teas, basic cooking supplies were an added plus for a couple eat in meals. I would highly recommend this place for a stay in London to explore all the amazing things London has to offer. The guidebook was a great help for suggested pups, restaurants and attractions.

great 1bedroom apt in Covent Garden!
Owner was great during booking process sharing ample info about apt and area. We loved location as there’s so much close by and underground just a short walk. The cozy apt met our needs for family of 4 thought we mostly just slept and showered there! Would definitely stay again!

I stayed in Davids flat for four nights and could not have been happier. The flat has a great location and is easily accessible to Heathrow and major tourist attractions in London. It was spotlessly clean and had some great hidden features like heated towel racks in the bathroom. David is an amazing host and left a bevy and solid recommendations from a local perspective.

The apartment is very good for two people. Nice sized living room, with a good and spacious couch that turns into a bed (fitting two more people, we did not use it). Large counter to eat and organize our days. Plenty of sun light and lamps. The kitchen has more accessories than I have at my own home (lol). Fully equipped. David is very nice (although we never met). He left some food (just asking to try to replace if we used it), spices, sugar, salt, water, etc, etc, etc. A mini fridge and a mini freezer. Microwave, oven, washing/dryer machine and a exclusively drying machine.
There’s a binder with all information on the apartment plus (very thoughtful of him) information on touristic sites to visit, restaurants, markets, and so on.
The location is also great. The street is a bit dark and has no people at night, but we did not fell unsafe at all. Plus, it is a very quiet street. On the other hand, it is within walking distance to some of London’s greatest places (Leicester Square, Covent Garden, Piccadilly Circus, and much more). Subway nearby also.
The only suggestion we made is for him to exchange the carpet for a wood floor, people with allergies like me suffer with carpet dust…
Bottom line, would definitely stay there again!
Oh, and we are paper map people (lol). Leaving one or two free papers maps would be great!

fabulous location, perfect space
We could walk everywhere from this apartment -- very close to lots of great restaurants and pubs, as well as a fabulous comedy club. The owner was very accommodating of us and our request for early check-in, which made a huge difference after a long overseas flight. Convenient to the Tube, and perfectly appointed, this apartment was exactly as advertised -- we would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay. Outstanding location. Don't miss the noodle shop on the corner.
They were incredibly helpful with a special request and for gracefully handling a late night emergency call. Highly recommend

Location, location, location
The flat didn't quite live up to the image created by the photographs, but it was clean, comfortable and functional, and it provided a more than adequate base for our four days in London. Its greatest attribute is its location - 5 minutes walk to Foyle's, most of the theatres and Oxford Street, 10 minutes to Trafalgar Square and Piccadilly Circus and 15 minutes to the Thames, the Parliament Buildings and Westminster Abbey. So much of what makes London such a great city is right at your fingertips.

Very central for everything in London
This apartment is a bit smaller than we'd hoped as the picture of the bedroom makes it look very spacious. For two of us this was perfect but I wouldn't want to stay with more than three people... with the sofa bed made up there is very little living space and nowhere comfortable to sit, and no TV in the living area. The kitchen and bathroom are very nice though, good shower and nice fittings. The location is fantastic; it is so central to Covent Garden, Soho and the Theatres, it was really perfect for us in this respect.

Perfect place for a perfect trip!!!!
The apartment is located in a quiet street between Covent Garden and Soho, convenient to the Tube Station of Tottenham Court Road and Covent Garden. Small well-stocked with everything you need, clean and comfortable. We stayed 3 nights with a disabled person who easily had access to the apartment via the lift in this building. Easy key recovery both on arrival and departure as well as communication with the owners always available.
Recommended for those who want to enjoy a few days in this beautiful city and I hope to have the opportunity to go back there soon.

The flat was very well equipped, a great location in a quiet street but in the heart of Covent Garden and Soho. I would highly recommend and hope to stay again.

Neat and convenient
The apartment was as per the pictures posted and overall everything was spot on. It is less than 5 mins walk from Tottenham Courts Road station.
However, there is a hassle of obtaining the key from a convenient store quite a distance away from the propert and also not informing the apartment's password beforehand (if you were to use Three mobile operator then you may have to try very hard to find the signal, otherwise you simply walk out from the building). Also, I was a little baffled to find an unflushed toilet.

Perfect location
the flat was in a perfect location - close to Covent Garden - West End - etc. Quiet street and very secure as it is up a flight of stairs and hidden in the back. Very clean with good instructions on how to use everything in the flat - the light switches, the knobs on the tub, etc. They even had some tea bags and milk for us when we arrived!

The perfect flat in a great location
This flat was everything we hoped it would be. It was just the right size for three of us and had all the amenities listed. Sara kept us informed as the date approached. The materials she sent gave us more than enough information about the neighborhood. We arrived early and were told that we could drop our luggage early. We were delighted to find that the place was clean and ready shortly after we arrived. Great news after the red-eye from the US. The kitchen was well equipped and all sorts of dining was nearby when we didn't feel like cooking. Theater, shopping, and underground access are all a short walk away.
The only oddity I can recall is that you take the elevator to the third floor then walk down one floor to get to the flat.
I recommend this property for a group of 2-4 travelers wanting a place in a central walkable location.

Location, Location, Location
Somehow, it's both quiet and in the middle of everything. It's not big (sleeping more than four is a stretch), but the price is right, the building is clean, the street is safe, and you're provided with a great guide to the neighborhood and the city.

QUIET, COMFORTABLE, WELL THOUGHT OUT!
We really enjoyed our stay at the flat.
First answers to the questions I had before making my booking.
Is it in a safe location? YES
Will the flat be quiet? YES
Is this one of the best values of places to stay, flat wise? YES
Will this location be in the center of everything? YES
Will the flat have everything I need upon arrival to make the stay comfortable? Yes,except we had to buy a power converter (UK-US).
Will the flat be easy to get to from the tube (metro rail)? YES, although there is heavy construction currently out of Tottenham Court Station at the moment and we were turned around finding it the first time. Once you get past that its a 2 minute walk.
**One other note. The flat is on the third floor. You must go to the second floor either by elevator or the stairs and walk to the end of the hall, climb one flight of stairs and the flat is one of two located in the corner of the building. We felt like we were going the wrong way the first time finding it. But the location just makes it feel more secure.**
Are there instructions on how to use the flat and is everything well laid out?? YES, quite funny ones if you have the time to read through them, I suggest doing so.
YES, no wasted space whatsoever and very well thought out.
We felt lucky to be staying here. It was like having a back door right into the city center. As quiet as it can be where the flat is located and amongst some of the busiest parts of the city less than a 1min walk away. As a person who has had trouble sleeping his whole life the flat was an oasis of solitude, very much appreciated after a trip over the Atlantic. Much time and care has been put into creature comforts and amenities for those staying here. This felt like staying in a home that someone wasn't using instead of a flat setup for a rental. The bathroom and kitchen have heated floors and small things like a heater in the mirror in the bathroom make you feel pampered. There were even arrows for the sink in the bathroom showing hot and cold directions that when viewed via the mirror appeared correctly, meaning they had to be printed backwards. The more time you spend or look around the more of these things you will find. We would recommend staying here to anyone. It was only my wife and I and we were comfortable space wise and 4 people wouldn't be a stretch. But I can see if you had six people staying here, it would work space wise but you better know one another well. Hope this helps. Cheers
