Très cher pour ce que c'est !!!

L'emplacement était bien.

-pas d'intimité sur les terrasses -logement très bruyants, pas d'isolation entre les logements, manque de tampons sous les chaises en bois -manque d'équipement : Cafetière, économe, machine à laver, aspirateur, bols, lave vaisselle, bbc, passoire, -matelas tellement raide que j'avais mal partout au réveil jusqu'au coucher suivant -traitement des fourmis il y en avait partout -débouchage des évacuations des douches

Não gostei de nada!

As condições do quarto eram péssimas: cama desconfortável, almofada pequena, mobiliário do quarto envelhecido e frágil, televisor muito pequeno e com falhas de rede, piso do quarto gasto a soltar- se. Casa de banho com tamanho aceitável, mas água quente demorava a chegar, os varões para as tolhas soltavam- se da parede. Notámos marcas de infiltração nos tetos e a tinta descolava- se da paredes. Terraço sujo com material velho e inadequado.

NADA! MUITO MAU!

Fiquei muito decepcionado, as fotos são bastante enganadoras. O local está em péssimo estado de conservação, roupas de capas e almofadas indignas (manchas e muito velhas), remendos em tudo que é canto, equipamentos velhos, etc., etc. Já fiquei em outros espaços geridos pela UMBRAL, com relação preço/qualidade muito boa, mas este foi uma decepção. MUITO MAU!

I haven’t received my refund yet, booked 2 night than stayed only 1 because I needed to leave for personal reasons. Didn’t receive any answer.

I will probably book again, as the staff was very accommodating :)

The location was great and the facilities.

The acoustics. You can hear everything the neighbours upstairs were doing.

Perfect location, 5min walk to the beach. Spacious room with a big terrace with a sea view!

The facilities are a bit outdated and could be cleaner but it works.

Best budget room in the area

Excellent value for money, compact and comfortable place with tidy facilities and perfect for a few days on a budget, the staff were very understanding and helpful. We would return.

Rooms could do with a little updating but they still do the job!

Becarful witth the electric plugs!

its cheap and basic. Good water pressure in the shower

The place looks old and very run-down, the room had a strong mould smell and my friend was bitten during the night by something…. And the worse part was that something was wrong with the electrics plugs and we burned our 2 mobile chargers! I have been told that the chargers will be reimbursed…. Lets see.

Quiet neighbourhood

Room was quite spacious, with a terrace. Place is located in quiet neighbourhood.

The furnishings of the room were quite old, the terrace and the furniture along seemed a little bit dirty. The room needed airing. In rooms there was no wi-fi, only on the groundfloor at the reception desk (maybe it is good for staying off-line a little bit ;))

Liked the location, was quiet. We checked in right at rhe cutoff time, receptionist waited for us a few extra minutes, that was very considerate and very much appreciated

the location was good, and the balcony was quite nice.

the rooms were rather small and outdated. the bathroom wasn’t dirty but it looked very run down. also, the Wi-Fi did not work

My number 001.. NOT !

Nothing

We got room number 001 ! A number One it was... NOT ! Doors, cabinets and windows don't open or close. Terrible smell of moisture. TV didn't work and the replacement neither. Matras was itchy like a haystack. We couldn't handle even one night ! I want my money back !

Lovely view from the balcony. Comfortable beds.

No WiFi in the room! Considering it's a holiday stay it should at least have a mini bar fridge. After all, it's by the beach and there's nowhere to keep cold food and drink.

waste of money

it was clean

the rooms were so packed together that there was a lot of noise from adjoining rooms. balconies are not private with only a low wall between and rooms feel small, claustrophobic and old-fashioned

Nice place but awful mattress

Great location, close to the beach and the center of the town. Great Staff

The bed was sooo uncomfortable that we honestly barely slept. It felt like you could feel all the mattress springs spiking our body. Not too sure if it was an issue just with our bed or all of them. But wasn't pleasant at all.

Good value. Good room. Nice people

Nice friendly people and our second floor room had a nice view. Great for the price. One of the first hotels walkers will encounter if coming from porto Covo so a welcome stop.
