Three spacious bedrooms that each have a private toilet and vanity!

The house if located walking distance to downtown Baton Rouge, the River Center, the Casino's and LSU is just 2 miles away about 5 minutes by car. There are shuttle buses available from down town to LSU during football season.

This Beautiful Acadian style home that has a combination of the old and the new. There are hard floors, horizontal wood walls and a claw foot tub in the master bathroom. The exterior is beautifully landscaped with Crape Myrtles and Red Roses

The Kitchen is to die for with every spice and cooking utensils you can imagine.

A large front porch with ceiling fans and Bistro tables and chairs. The home has been completely renovated with new appliances, bathrooms, bedding and two 55" and two 40" smart TV sets. There is high speed internet, WiFi and a printer, fax, scanner and surface phone charger on site. There is off street parking for up to six vehicles. Complementary coffee, soft drinks, snacks and breakfast food is provided in the pantry and freezer!

All necessary toiletries are provided at no charge in the bathrooms.

Please Note:
Pets are welcome, however there is additional $100. non-refundable cleaning fee. That is paid to house keeping for extra time spent, removing, washing and replacing mattress covers, lint brushing all mattresses, couches, and chairs. The house is also treated for fleas. If you fail to include the pet fee at the time of your booking the $100. will deducted from your security deposit.

We stayed here for my husbands doctoral graduation. The space was perfect, quaint and located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Baton Rouge. All the comforts of home were provided. Host was very easy to communicate with and accommodating to our needs during this celebratory weekend.

This house is wonderful! Very well laid out with lots of room. The host has thought of everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient with easy access to the highway and the downtown area. We enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again.

From the first contact with Frank, we knew this was the start of an amazing experience... he is the best!! Attentive, responsive, caring, understanding, timely, professional, courteous, thoughtful, thorough and a great communicator, who didn't mind answering our many questions... The home...OMG!!! Pictures were spot on... the house is gorgeous... peaceful...HUGE... had everything we needed and more... our family didn't want to leave... we were thrilled to be able to come back "home" and rest before heading out into traffic or running errands or if we wanted to just stay in, this home provided those options due to it's location and being filled with drinks and snacks (THANK YOU!!!) Each room of the home was cleaned spotless and provided masks, gloves and additional cleaning supplies... the chef's kitchen is the centerpiece of extra perfection... the home also has a driveway which is something you don't always see in Baton Rouge... we loved it... I could go on and on... we usually stay in hotels when we visit, not anymore... we have found our new home away from home... THANK YOU FRANK!!!

This was by far the best house I’ve ever stayed at with VRBO or any other company. The house was amazing, plenty of bathrooms for everyone, and the snacks/breakfast/coffee/sodas/water that were all stocked for us were wonderful. This house set the bar - will definitely stay here anytime I’m in Baton Rouge.

It’s was the perfect house for a family of 5! The house was clean and organized and even kid friendly. Super thankful for this house. It was right down the street from LSU and downtown. Also, there’s 24 camera, surveillance, which made us feel even safer there! Over if I come back to Louisiana, this will be the house I’ll book.

Everything was perfect, including communication before, during and after our visit. The house is beautiful and very spacious. Also very clean. The master bedroom is removed from the other 2 and has a spacious bathroom. Kitchen is big. . We sat in the backyard at the table and enjoyed the gorgeous spring weather. As other people have noted, Frank went above and beyond and supplied us with snacks and cold water and soda. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Baton Rouge!

Long weekend mini family reunion, arriving Friday evening leaving Monday morning. Six adults stayed over in the three bedrooms. Beds and bathrooms were clean and very comfortable. Home was well stocked with linens, towels and just about any kitchen cooking and serving needs. The added and very welcomed variety of coffee pods and drinks in the refrigerator, as well as breakfast choices in the freezer was a generous benefit provided by Frank...had not experienced this in any other of my rentals stays. Sunday turned into a beautiful day when 20 family members came over and shared a simple buffet lunch set up in kitchen and we were able to spread out in the kitchen/dining area and outside on the patio to enjoy each others company. Conveniently located to downtown walking, restaurants and interstate to jump on to travel to family in Port Allen and Plaquemine. We had high expectations with the reviews and pictures and this truly exceeded them all. Hope to make it back for another memorable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay and if we go to the ball again next year this will be the first place I try to book! We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding weekend in Baton Rouge. This home is so pretty and has lots of space. I have never stayed in a rental where the refrigerator was stocked with all kinds of beverages and where so many yummy snacks were provided. We didn’t even have to go grocery shopping at all. This is an amazing space close to downtown, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

We were amazed about this fantastic house. The owner did an excellent job in renovating this house and managed to keep old structures of the house while adding new ones. The bedrooms are really nice and espacially the kitchen and the living room are so beautiful. A very special note was that there were goroceries in the fridge at our arrival. We can only recommand this house and the owner for families who are interessted in visiting Baton Rouge. Most of the points of interest are at walking distance.

We came up for a cheer competition and this house was a perfect fit. We shared with another family. We all had plenty of room and we’re so grateful for the snacks and drinks (especially for the four kids)! It was within walking distance to the Raising Canes River Center. Frank was very responsive and always so kind. Would definitely stay again!
