I have paid 5.5k for 3nights completely waste of cost. I won’t suggest/prefer this fab express.

Kettle provided - 24 hrs

1.No internet 2.standard BF (3nos idly 1 vada limited sambar chutney) 3.congested room 4.No shampoo, paste, soap, 5.Windows are covered with transparent curtains no privacy. 6.Not adequate lighting in rooms, dark rooms. 7.Around 1km No restaurants near room. 8.Room not clean. I have paid 5.5k for 3nights completely waste of cost. Not worth for the cost.

I don't like anything

Very bad customer service..the room was very congested and road was very poor..we reached at the location 5pm and we were searching for room till 6.30 pm at the hilly area with family and small kids..no response from hotel and staff side even if we call there so many times..For 2 rooms we paid 5300 rupees and the rooms are not worth for 1000 rupees..very bad and never ever i will prefer or book any rooms from fab hotels

First and foremost thing, the Hotel is not worth for families. It is not even a budget hotel, leave alone 3 Star. There was no complimentary breakfast at all. The Hotel was serving tea in broken cups. The Breakfast was brought from outside with packets and served to the guests in old plastic plates. The Bed was not even a queen size, forget King size. The linen was not at all washed, and it was torn too and it was smelling bad. The Curtains were in poor state. It was a pathetic stay and our family has decided not to go to Ooty at all because of the stay. Fab Express and Booking.com has cheated me, as if they had done anything to check whether the Hotel meets the requirements as stated for the customers. Further, if this kind of Hotels are recommended by Fabexpress and Booking.com, then they will be losing there business, as it will be very big bad dent on there brand building. Overall, the Customers have been cheated. I paid 14,000/- for 2 night stay for 2 rooms, which was not at all live-able for the family. The room was not even 100 feet and in the bathroom the taps where not functioning. The gyser had a problem. It was not properly ventilated. I would like to raise a query for return of my money as it did not meet my requirements which were shown on the site. Kindly take this as a complaint and do the needful.

Reception was pathetic. Rooms were very very small, in bathroom u can't stand comfortably. No bathroom facilities like paste and shampoo. No drinking water glasses provided. No plates and spoons available if u order food from outside. Morning breakfast u need to ask for the spoon and water glasses and wait for 15 mins to arrive. They bring breakfast from some nearby tiffin centre and provide. Totally pathetic service.

A bad experience as the hotel was different from the photographs shown to me.

I did not like the Room itself. I had to relocate to another hotel after cancelling the reservation and having pait 25%.

The Stay was very remote. The Rooms were very shanty and very different from the Photographs shown in the website.Not at all fit for a family stay. I had to change to another hotel after cancelling my booking. I expect the refund of my 25% which I paid. Further i tried to contact FAB hotel along with the hotel manager of Fab Express Grand Castle Hill resorts but unfortunately no reply. I have the proof that I stayed in another hotel at OOTY. Kindly refund my amount.

Everything single thing especially there hospitality

it was perfect i love the way you guys take extra efforts to keep the cleanliness, the entire stay was so peaceful and amazing i was there for a two days rejuvenating energy time as my profession demands me to be at a go.

The worst hotel every i have seen...it's mentioned Deluxe Room but you can even imagine that your rest will be big. Not worth for money. Really a bad experience Mentioned includes breakfast (don't even expect) they just throw 2 to 3 idli and wada with yummy yummy chutney color that's without tast.

Hotel is closed upon Arrival/Cancelled the booking on Checkin date

Worst experience from FAB hotels

Please do not chose this hotel, when we arrived at Ooty with family after 8hrs drive the hotel is closed and when I checked the mail, they have cancelled the booking on the checkin data. Such a bad experience from Fab and booking.com. I'm not sure why booking.com is even listing this property. We had tough time to find another hotel, and booking.com is not taking any responsibilities for the compensation. The risk is still on customer side is what I could understand after I called the customer care of booking.com.
