About this apartment rental

You will have a very nice and luxurious apartment (Delivered on 12/20/2015). Mountain spirit, located in the village of Montgenevre. Very spacious, for 6 to 8 people, south oriented. You can enjoy its terrace and its garden with view to the tracks of Prarial. Quiet, at only 300 m and 4 minutes from the ski lifts, ski return at the foot of the slope possible. 3 double rooms of which: - Master suite (with 160 x 200 bed) - bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed, - a mountain style area equipped with bunk beds, - a comfortable 140 x 190 sofa bed with memory shape mattress, two bathrooms - a bathroom equipped with a bath spa - a shower room (master suite) the vast living room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee-maker…) Garage in the basement, remote control, ski locker, a small garden with some equipment as playground for the children (Grill, sandwich griller, waffle maker, crepe maker, stone grill, + 10 board games). The accommodation is very well located at 250 m from the mini market. All amenities and shops of the Montgenevre station. Durancia is at less than 15 min. from the centre (swimming pool, spa, wellbeing...) Cleaning service at the end of the stay included. Other possibilities additional to the delivery of linen and laundry. For more information on the station go to our web site. Modern and bright apartment a short walk from the snow front. Easy walk down in the morning, but there is also a regular bus back up the hill for tired legs after a day of skiing. Wonderful views of the ski area from the lounge. Well equipped kitchen and easy to self cater. We were a family of 4 and appreciated the extra space and two bathrooms. Host was very quick to come back regarding any queries. Would not hesitate to stay again.

This is such a good resort and the apartment is amazing ! Really comfortable for a family of 4 , an excellent addition of a jacuzzi bath for your ski legs! . 10 min walk to the ski school Meeting point and lockers , 5 mins to sledge park and supermarkets, Bakery . The communication was really good , Francois was lovely when we got there ! All in all we had a fantastic trip and will be returning . Thank you for letting us stay

Great apartment well equipped and very central for access to the slopes and the bars and restaurants. The apartment worked really well - we were two families - two mums and 4 kids and the accommodation met our needs well. Only small suggestions would be an additional small sofa in the sitting room area to make it more comfortable for all to relax after skiing. Francoise the manager was super helpful. WE would recommend this apartment and would happily stay again. We used Snow Cabs to transfer from TUrin airport which was really efficient and we rented ski lockers in town at the intersport opposite the ski school meeting areas

Property was beautiful inside and out very spacious and everything you could want more The location couldn’t be better and everything is perfect will definitely be returning The host was also brilliant.

Fabulous apartment, clean, well equipped. Very communicative hosts and manager. Brilliant for our nephew as there were lots of games and cuddly toys to make it feel homely. The terrace is a wonderful sun trap. Would high recommend!

Very comfortable and well equipped apart from saucepans- only huge or small - no medium size and no lids! Have to accept increased cost during school mid term holiday. Always a problem!

Close to the slopes and shops. Very comfortable and Tojo is on hand to sort out any problems. Children loved it, all on one level so very child friendly 😁
