Santa Maria is a beautiful resort that is pristinely maintained and conveniently located near everything! The Gulf of Mexico, with seven miles of beautiful, white sandy beach is directly, across the street. Santa Maria is on Estero Blvd. and just minutes away from grocery, pharmacy and convenience stores, shops, restaurants, marinas, churches, movie theater, library, coffee shops, tikki bars and live entertainment. Take a Trolley ride to the north end of the island to Times Square, where there are quaint souvenir and t shirt shops, more restaurants and a pier for perfect photo opportunities. Venture south on the trolley to Lover's Key State Park where you can enjoy nature, walking trails and secluded beaches.

Bike rentals are available, just down the street from Santa Maria. Walk next door to Fish Tail Marina and rent a boat or kayaks to explore the intercostal waterway, firsthand. Charter a fishing trip for deep sea or inter-coastal adventure. The list of things to do is endless.

Upon arrival at Santa Maria, you will take the elevator up to the third floor and walk through an open atrium with tropical plants and palm trees. Unit 310 is a spacious yet cozy condo. It is clean, freshly painted and tiled throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens to a laundry area with a full sized washer and dryer. The dinning room joins with the living room with access to a half bath. This condo has a large master bedroom with a king size bed, walk in closet and private bathroom. A pull out couch in the living room can accommodate a third and fourth guest. There is a screened in lanai that can be accessed from the master bedroom or the living room. It boasts a beautiful view of the marina waterway and swimming pool. Watch for manatees and dolphins over morning coffee.

This condo is equipped with amenities for comfort and fun. Beach towels and chairs are available to take to the beach. Cabana rentals are also available, right on the beach, if that's your preference. There are flat screen televisions in the bedroom and living room. Bring your lap top and enjoy the use of Xfinity, high speed, internet, for your convenience.

Santa Maria has one of the largest, heated, in-ground pools on the island. It is surrounded by comfortable chaise lounges, picnic tables and bbq grills. The pool area also has a hot tub and bath house, complete with bathrooms and shower.

Come to Santa Maria and enjoy the quiet, peaceful, family environment, the restful serenity of the beach and the most beautiful sunsets or wind up for the endless activities that are right outside your door. You have the best of both worlds here at Fort Myers Beach.

My husband and I recently stayed at Darlene’s condo and we had an amazing time. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed (including beach items). The beach is a 3 minute walk across the street and the pool is large and private! We will definitely be back! PS. Darlene is a great host and was very easy to get ahold of with any inquiries!

This was our first visit to this area. We were extremely happy with the area and accommodations. The condo was very clean and spacious. The hostess was very helpful and responsive to messages. We would definitely recommend this condo and look forward to returning in the future.

It was raining the entire time we were there, so we tried to have food delivered ,and we couldn't find anybody that would deliver unless we used the door GrubHub or Uber eats, and that took about an hour and a half for them to get there so there isn't anything really close. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Everything was great for a short anniversary trip. Pool was truly best on the island! Short walk to the beach and it was beautiful. Trolley system a bonus, very convenient. No car needed. Darlene was a great host, responsive and extremely flexible. Highly recommend this rental!

Condo was as advertised, clan, and in good repair. If fact, it looked new or at least extensively remodeled. Owner was quick to answer any questions. We would stay here again.

My family and I traveled from Ohio for a beach getaway weekend. This condo was perfect for us 3! The .5 bath was very clutch. Perfect location from the busyness of Ft. Myers. We will definitely be back!

My daughters and I enjoyed our stay in Ft Myers very much! The pool was clean and refreshing and the condo was exactly what we needed. Our host was excellent at answering questions and even gave us a last minute late check out when it was needed. Will definitely book again!

Darlene and her property are perfect! The one bedroom is exactly what my husband and I need for our FMB vacay! The condo is clean and well maintained with nice updates! Has everything you could possibly need for your beach stay! Darlene is quick to respond to questions and very kind! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your little piece of paradise!!

Although Fort Myers is still pretty beat up, the Santa Maria was fine. We had no issues or problems during our stay. Had a great long weekend and would stay again. Everything was as advertised. Nice pool (although we didn't use it), walk to the beach, screened balcony - important things in FL. Just make sure you get the info for the lobby code, as we didn't have it - luckily, a resident was coming in as we arrived and gave it to us. People we met were friendly.

My husband and I went for a super-quick (2-night) stay to see a concert nearby. We were on the run constantly so some very minor inconveniences ended up causing some stress. After we arrived I had really poor cell-phone service so it took me 4-5 tries to open up the VRBO app so I could access the wi-fi password. Then we didn’t know how the lock on the door worked (as we had never used a key-code one before). My husband thought he locked the dead-bolt for the night when he actually made it stay UNLOCKED. So in the morning when we left it took us a bit to figure out why the door wouldn’t lock. It would have been so helpful to have some sort of welcome sheet saying where things (towels) were located in the apartment, how to use the TV, and how to get to the beach (especially because so much was fenced off due to hurricane damage.) And maybe if we had more VRBO experience we would have had an easier time of figuring things out. Something to note: There is a non-moveable screen in front of the balcony, which made it impossible to take pictures of the sunset and canal. The pool was covered in algae but it was the off-season so I suppose that's normal? The town still looks post-apocalyptic due to the hurricane with few food options but that's not the property owner's fault. Overall it was a great trip and a good value for the price! The owner was very accommodating of our crazy schedule and quick to respond to messages!

We really enjoyed our time here! Comfortable bed and condo had everything we needed. It was perfect for my husband and I. We have been coming down to FMB since the 90’s. Santa Maria never disappoints we love how quiet it is ❤️

Thank you for letting us use your property. We had a great time. The AC worked great. The bed was very comfortable, I Love the decor and proximity to the pool, which was also very nice. Really liked that the vanity was separate from the toilet and shower and the half bath was very convenient. We’d definitely stay here again. Darlene was very easy to communicate with. Answered all communication quickly. Unfortunately, Ft Myers Beach is still a mess from Hurricane Ian. Hoping everything gets rebuilt and reopens. Again, thanks for a great place!

My sister and I came down to give FMB some love as it heals after Ian. This place was perfect for our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable, the pool is great, it’s quiet and peaceful at night and very conveniently located. We loved the view of the canal and pool from the balcony! We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

The property was actually very nice. Easy access to the beach. Nice well maintained pool area. Condo was very clean. Problem was that the TV in living room did not work, which was very disappointing. Had to watch Tv in bedroom. Not as comfortable. Property manager was very helpful however.

The property was perfectly located at FMB. Short walking distance to the beach. Because the area is still recovering from the hurricane, it was very quiet. Darlene was awesome in answering all our questions and was quick to respond. The one bedroom condo had everything we needed for a relaxing week. Thanks for everything.

The condo was just as described. Everyone there was very friendly. Beach was just across the street and was beautiful ! The only thing we were disappointed in was the devastation still there from hurricane Ian. We will be back!

We enjoyed staying at this cozy place and spending some time at the beach. My husband and I and our adult daughter stayed here and the extra half bath and kitchen were greatly appreciated. Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. A short, eight minute walk across the street and down to the beach access and we could go for our morning and evening walk on the beach. Great sunsets! Had a nice view of the pool and waterways off of our balcony.

It would have been a great location, if the hurricane damage wasn't so bad. Once it's all rebuilt and taken care of then everything will be in walking distance. We still had a ton of fun. It was eye opening with how bad the damage was, to see in person. I'd definitely stay at this location again though. Not anything the host could control, her place was lovely.

We were eight minutes from there and we received a message saying that our hotel was canceled. Flew from Houston to get over there and not have a place to stay. That isn’t professional at all. If they weren’t going to allow us to stay there then they should not have allowed us to book it. No notice. If we would have canceled eight minutes before then we would have been charged. We couldn’t find anything close or at the same price. We ended up paying more then twice as much for a room in Naples. We never thought that a company that prides its self of customer service would have done this.

We had an a amazing time at the condo. The pool is big and the hot tub is nice. We also got to see manatee and even caught a cat fish off the dock. We were very close to Lovers Key State Park. Over all my family had a great time.
