Fantastic place for family vacation

The view of sunrise is breathtaking. The house is very inviting and comfortable.

One bedroom had a fold out couch . They're no where near as comfortable. It needs a real queen size bed

Thanksgiving Vacation

It was very spacious. It accommodated all of us without it being limited. The kids had room to run and play.

The indoor pools were cold. I thought they would be heated with it being winter.

A+ location, views, and resort amenities! B- linens, kitchen items, furniture/decor

Location, views from Pent House level, parking spot very close to elevators (and they always came quickly!), spacious floor plan, 3 full bathrooms, & the Caribe amenities. 3 of our 5 slept alright on the very firm beds...2 did not. Loved having a washer/dryer and broom/vacuum to keep sand tracked in under control.

Linens (pillows were very few and old, no blankets on beds, the top sheet on our king bed was queen size...annoying if two people are trying to share it) If you plan to cook in a lot, the kitchen is not well equipped like other units in the same price range (poor quality knives, pans, & cookware...teflon pans have many scratches & need to retire...those flakes aren't safe to eat!) The master bathroom has dark orange colored paint throughout and high lights which made for strong shadows & it's tough to judge true color when applying makeup. A full length mirror in the master bedroom near the window would be a super addition!

The condo was wonderful. My family of 11 were very comfortable.

I think the cafe should be expanded. Bushes are beautiful, but have lots of trash all over.

Exceptional

The keys were supposed to be left under the door mat and were not. I had trouble trying to call the right person to get keys. We had to wait about 45 minutes for someone to bring the keys.

Once we walked into the condo we noticed the room was never cleaned. The host apologized and had someone come over but they were there until 8:00 so it took a while before we could get settled in and enjoy our stay. The cleaners did do a great job of cleaning though. After that we had a great stay at Caribe!

Once we got keys the rest of the stay was pleasant

There were no keys for us to enter our room we were told to pick up keys at office but when we arrived there was told they were at unit. Drove 45 minutes to find that no key at unit. It took several hours for some one to find keys and bring them to us. It was a very stressful 2 hours as our son is in a wheelchair and we had no place to go and no one could tell us where the keys were. Someone did not do their job

I enjoyed my stay. Several on-site activities for the family.

Location is close to food and beaches. Location seemed well kept and felt safe.

Parking was fair, could be better.

Key hostess needs improvement Bathroom not clean Kitchen cabinet doors need cleaning Kitchen trash can very dirty inside and out, we washed it Toilet seat broken in guest room Batteries dead in some remotes
