Very good location, 5 min from the beach. Close to restaurants. Breakfast gesture with fresh bread each morning. Coffee machine and fridge in the room. Calm place with a small balcony.

No air conditioning. Strange smell in the bathroom and the closet.

Very good

Perfect calm location close to the beach. Mostly I appreciate the price/value ratio. The process of self check-in was really smooth, fast and clear. In front of the building there is a small cosy garden. During may there is enough parking space right on the street, but during business hours it is paid.

Villa des T Arcachon

Bikes stored under the stairs in courtyard. May want to take a cover in case of rain. Bike lock advisable as a precaution. Owners live off site and provided croissants and bread daily at 7.30 am. Facilities included microwave kettle and stocked fridge. Spacious bathroom.

Great location close to the beach and restaurants. comfortable bed and nice shower.

Difficult to communicate with the owner. We had to ask someone on the street to borrow their phone to call the owner who said they would meet us at the property.

Good value

Perfectly located, our hosts were nice and everything went great. Breakfast was good also.

The apartment could use a window, and it looked pretty antique, which wasn't a bad thing because everything worked fine, but for us it's a bit of a turn off.

Comfortable and characterful property very centrally positioned and with lots of little extras!

Full of character and very centrally located. Loved the balcony and the garden and the facilities in the bedroom coffee maker, kettle etc were an added plus.

Clearer signage is needed on the gate. it was quite misleading that the house in front of the property is nothing to do with the Villa des T !

Lovely setting. Nice if slightly weird room. Close to beach. Terrace was great, with a tortoise & loads of birds flitting around.

We had instructions to ring hosts when we arrived. We did & I assumed someone was coming to let us in. Stood around for 20 mins before other guests arrived & told us we needed a key safe code & sorted it out for us. While we got great instructions about parking, it would have been useful to have this info! Also breakfast was delivered via a santa sack which was rather strange! Would have been nice to actually meet our hosts! Also free parking about 10 mins from property.

sound proofing between rooms or suggesting guests in adjacent rooms are quieter. Clearer mention of parking restrictions for those coming by car.
