Location was good.
No designated parking. Deck was unusable, dirty and moldy. Modest accommodations.

The overall detailed style of the apartment feels quite warm and get us relaxed in the first minutes. The kitchen is full of all needed stuff, which is great. We could also imagine to stay much longer there and will come back.
Overall the Appartment is beautiful, small topics on our specific stay to optimize: Netflix/TV did not work (no response on my SMS as well; strange sounds within the night (probably from the A/C!?); the bed a bit small for 2 persons

Great location downtown to walk everywhere. Bright and comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms is great.
Parking is a bit challenging but free and no limit once you find a spot.
There was also a very persistent and disruptive noise in the evening/all night that woke us up multiple times. Hard to say where it was coming from outside the property.

The location is fantastic-- within walking distance of everything in Saugatuck. It was quiet in the evenings, and street parking was accessible. The place was spacious for a couple.
When we arrived, there were no sheets for the sofa bed, and an old stained comforter was not incredibly inviting. The sofa bed was broken and bent backward when you laid on it, so a metal bar hit your shoulder blades and your head arched backward when you laid down. It was untenable for an adult to sleep on, and not comfortable for my children. When we called for bedding, the property caretakers suggested that I go purchase sheets and a comforter at 9:00 at night (I have no idea where I would have found bedding in Saugatuck at 9:00 pm). I was traveling alone with my two children, so that wasn't an option. They slept on the mattress on the floor on top of a clean blanket and used my comforter. Needless to say, none of us slept well. The following day, they delivered a new comforter and clean sheets, but the bed was not fixed. Later, I read recent reviews complaining about the broken sofa bed, but it is clear that it was not addressed in time for our stay. It was frustrating to expect a comfortable space for an adult and two children, but the sofa bed was not an option for a comfortable night of sleep.
Another issue was the overall cleanliness of the home. While the rooms were clean, the property is a bit dated. The shower is full of rust and mildew, and needs a good scrubbing. I was disappointed because we paid about $500 a night for the property. While the location was great, it was not worth the price paid for each night. I was very frustrated when I spoke to someone on the phone on our first night, and while they were polite, they offered no solutions.
There were cute shops below the apartment. I did not mind the noise but be aware that music will play all day while the shops are open. It was not a hindrance to our stay, as the street was quiet at night.

The location was great!
While it was obviously clean, the place itself felt a bit run down. The vent in the upstairs bathroom didn’t work and was falling out of the ceiling. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the upstairs bathroom too. One of the blinds was broken in the bedroom. The place worked out well due to the location, but there are small changes that would level it up.

Fabulous location; private inside yet right on the street with shops and places to eat.
Maybe an ottoman for our feet while sitting on the couch.
