We were 7 girls (ages 21-22) and stayed for a week. The house and garden were literally perfect. The pool was beautiful and had a poolhouse next to it with an extra kitchen including everything you could need (a toaster, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer and dishes). The house was very spacious and clean. It’s about 40 minutes (with car) from Lisbon and a big supermarket was 3 minutes away. Uber and bolt were available for nights out and we rented two cars which was very nice. João was a good host. He was always available for questions. We very much enjoyed our holiday and would definitely recommend this for a chill holiday!

Amazing - Ideal for a family holiday. We had a lovely time at Joao’s house. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of 10 people. Supermarkets are close. We enjoyed relaxing together in the space and everyone (especially the children) loved the pool! Joao was great - communication with him was smooth and helpful and he really cared that we had a good time.

We had a great stay at this house. We were 9 people and there were plenty of space. We spent 10 days there. Really nice pool and area around the pool. Nice bathrooms. Very good communication with the owner before and during the stay. We would come again.

Joao was the perfect host. He was always available on WhatsApp. And any questions were answered promptly. The house has a charming, rustic feel but it’s the pool that and the pool takes all the headlines. It really does give you your own little bit or paradise. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Close enough to highway for traveling around and secluded for peace and quiet.

As it is in title, property is located in secluded place in small town with beautiful old castle but still close to all main highways connecting south, north and east of Portugal. The surround of house is all green trees and bush you expect in this climate and providing privacy when you take a sunbath or swim in the pool. The interior of the house is exceptional. We have spend there an unforgettable two weeks vacation in Portugal.

We’ve had a wonderful time with our family and kids. The big pool was amazing! The location is also very nice, close to everything as beaches, restaurants and nice little villages. João is also a very helpful and kind host.

Alles super. Auch sehr gut mit Kindern. Unsere Gruppe von 7 erwachsenen und zwei Kindern unter 2 Jahren war alles vorhanden. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Trockner und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Mikrowelle und einige Kühlschränke. Viele Sitzgelegenheiten und einen tollen Pool

Séjour vraiment agréable au calme, maison très grande accueillante on a manqué de rien. La cuisine extérieur et la piscine au top on a passé des moments fabuleux en famille. On a adoré le cadre entouré de vignes. Le propriétaire est avenant et fais tous pour que l'on s'y sente bien. Bravo continuez.

This holiday villa is really heaven on earth! The house and the rooms are very spacious and are provided with an airco system. We spent most of the time in the pool area, in the pool house is a large kitchen, wirh everything you need, outside is a barbecue and a pizzaoven, the only thing what's missing is hot water in the pool house. In the middle of our 2 week holiday came a cleaning lady, to change the sheets and towels, and clean the house, the poolboy came, and a company came to do the garden. This is a very nice house located in the center of nature, i would recomend this house to everybody who likes a nice and quiet holiday.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette ferme. Nous avons pu visiter une partie de Lisbonne. La propriété n'est pas très loin de la mer. Nous conseillons cette location pour les personnes désirant visiter le centre du Portugal. La piscine est très agréable avec son pool-house.

Très belle maison isolée entourée d'oliviers. Le coin piscine avec la cuisine d'été est vraiment très agréable. La maison est spacieuse, fraîche très bien équipée. Et bien située entre Lisbonne et des très belles plages. Nous y avons passé 15jours en famille et entre amis un vrai bonheur! Merci Famille Mendes

Bonjour João, Voici quelques mots pour définir les deux semaines que nous venons de passer dans ta belle villa : Maison magnifique, agréablement située au calme et proche en même temps de tous lesbesoins de la vie (commerces, hôpitaux, banques, autoroutes, etc etc ...) Elle est super bien équipée et ne manque de rien (la clim fait du bien dans un pays où il fait hyper chaud). La piscine et la dépendance en bas de la maison sont justes extrêmements bien disposées pour passer d'agréable vacances. La piscine est grande et est largement suffisante pour tout âge. Puis la dépendance est super bien agencée et équipée. Grâce à cette belle maison, se calme et proche également des grandes villes et plages nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances. Enfin, merci de ton accueil chaleureux et de ta présence lorsque nous avions besoin de toi. Tu as été hyper sympa. Bien-sûr nous reviendrons sans soucis. A très bientôt. Famille DA SILVA Rui

Maison richement dotée, bien équipée, bien entretenu et propre, le coin piscine et pull-house est très agréable. Je recommande cette location pour être au calme, à proximité des commerces et de la gare de Palmela, pour se rendre à Lisbonne c'est très facile en train et traversé du Tage en bâteau très agréable. A proximité Setubal ou il y a un marché dans les halles avec entre autre un très beau choix de poissons et autres produits de la mer idéal pour les soirées barbecue

We have stayed in Palmela for a week and were very pleased with this beautiful accomodation. The house is very spacious and the interior makes you feel at ease instantly, this is beacause the house is furnhed more like a living accomodation than a holiday accomodation. The house meets all the standards as descibed in the description. In the area we have enjoyed many restaurants and beautiful sites. We have had a wonderful week.

Wow ! This is a fantastic holiday villa. The villa is very spacious, clean, well equiped and comfortable. Plenty of fresh linen and towels. The swimming pool and the poolhouse are really fantastic. The owner, Joao, was so helpful. He made us feel like it was our own home. Good WIFI-connection. We loved the villa and Joao ! Thank you for an amazing holiday ! We were three adults and four teenagers from Belgium and stayed for one week.

With a family of 8 we had a great 10 day holiday. The house is spacious, comfortable and is located between the beautiful muscatel vineyards. Especially the pool house with fully fitted kitchen and terrace are a great area to relax. The beautiful coast, Setubal and Lisbon are all within a short distance from the location. The owner Joao is very friendly and helpful and provides a good customer service.
