It was a great stay and we would definitely recommend it.

The studio is very clean and has all the amenities needed. It is close to Bologna Centrale train station and about 15 min walk to the city center. The host was very responsive and helpful.

アパートの設備です。小さいけれどもフルに機能するキッチンを備えていました。立地は、新しくできたボローニャ駅の北口（写真を添付）から徒歩6分ー7分でした。大変に便利な距離でした。近くでパニーニなどを購入して、サラダをちょっと作るなどして快適に（倹約もできて）、大変に良いです。食卓もあり、椅子もちゃんと2脚揃っています。ごみの分別もわかりやすかったです。そして、エスプレッソ沸かし（直火）とエスプレッソ用のコーヒー粉が置いてあり、朝大変においしくいただけました。今回2泊だけだったのですが、この宿を拠点として色々な場所（例えばサンマリノとか）へ足を延ばすことが可能ですから、この宿＝アパートを選択するのは理にかなっています。

ベッドが柔らかすぎました。腰痛があるので、ちょっと辛かったです。へっこむ分を、置かれていたブランケットで補うなどをすればよかったです。シャワーの湯量が不足していました。他の部屋でも使っている、タイミングによる事もあったと思いますが、冬季であれば、ちょっと厳しいかと想像します。（投稿者は6月第1週の利用） Booking.comには洗濯機を備えている事は書かれていませんでしたが、洗濯機が置いてありました。残念だったのは、壊れていた事です。使えたらどんなに良かったかと思いました。今回は欧州の表現で4階の部屋（日本の表現で5階）なのですが、直前階までは（非常にゆっくりな）エレベータがありましたが、最後は1階分は階段です。荷物重量が大の場合には若干、頑張りが必要です。

Idealny pokoik na 2 doby dla pary

Świetna lokalizacja, czyściutko w pokoju, ciepło, wygodne łóżko, bardzo miła właścicielka, odpowiada na pytania bardzo szybko i jest bardzo pomocna. Zaproponowała nawet, żebyśmy nieodpłatnie zostawili bagaże na dzień, bo mieliśmy późno lot.

Słychać sąsiadów i marcujące koty, barwy w pokoju ciemne, trochę bym je rozjaśniła, odbiór kluczy po 20ej to koszt dodatkowy 20 EUR.

Bologna techos de arcilla

Pequeño pero con todo lo necesario para unos días. La calefacción es muy buna. La cercanía de la estación de trenes y la parada del bus a 80 m que te lleva centro histórico. Y la disposición de loretta es óptima

Nada importante. Subir del 3o al 4o pisos con las maletas ya que el ascensor sólo llega enllal 3o y es algo lento

Grazioso appartamento vicino sia alla stazione ferroviaria di Bologna centrale sia a parcheggi, anche custoditi. La proprietaria e la collaboratrice sono state gentili ed accoglienti. Da qui è possibile raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti a piedi. Pulizia eccellente.

I’m glad with my choice

The location is perfect for traveling to airport, with the buses from/to Firenze, Parma, Venice, with the trains. If you want to visit, this place is a perfect place to stay.

The apartment is a great position, close to train and bus station, shop to buy essential.

The only problem was the lift did not work until the day I left and the apartment was on the top floor and It’s incredibly hot. The curtains are very light net and a very loud ticking clock.

I would stay there again in a heartbeat it was a lovely little place.

clean and close to pretty much everything we needed to be near. the host was excellent and very helpful with getting around the city and also helped me get to Ferrari museums by train and taxi.

ideal location within easy walking distance of Bologna city

location to railway station, easy five minute walk. overall ambience of the apartment

the water pressure in the shower wasn’t very good, we saw a washing machine in the bookings photos but guests were not allowed to use it while staying there. also we would have liked an extra pillow

It had a well equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom with washing machine and heated towel rack, very comfortable bed, and fold out dining table and chairs. The property managers Loretta and Susy were both very helpful and kind as well, and were very hospitable -- I have never received such amazing service before.

The location is perfect, easy to reach. The little apartment is equipped with everything necessary, it is very clean and has a comfy bed. Communication with the owner went well.

Wonderful host, wonderful place, wonderful city!

Lauretta is a wonderful host - thoughtful, caring, available, and attentive. That was the best part of our stay knowing that we can count on her help if we needed guidance. The most important part for us is cleanliness of the place we choose and Soffitta was clean, orderly, and homey. The location is about 10-15 minute walk to the very center and a minute away from the bust stop to the airport and 5 minutes to the train station. This was very convenient. We highly recommend Soffitta and would stay there again when back in the wonderful Bologna.

It was a great stay. I absolutely loved it. Would definitely recommend it.

I was informed of how to collect the keys. Suzy was waiting for us at the hotel and she helped us settle in. She was so nice that even language wasn't a problem, also Suzy is quite tech savy that she was able to use Google translate to help us out.

Cozy apartment with perfect hosts in Bologna!

The hosts were spectacular! Very friendly and kind, and the small issue we had they sorted out immediately depsite the holiday. The room is very cute and comfortable, and perfect for a few days or even a week. Just across the train tracks from the old city, which made it a slightly cheaper and less touristy area, but still within easy walking distance to everything. I'd happily come back anytime!

Cozy little studio

Lovingly decorated, cozy and very convenient if you’re coming from the main train station. Nice little bar downstairs with free wifi, amazing patisserie round the corner. Kitchenette has everything you might need.

It gets a bit noisy at night/early morning, but it’s normal for the area and for a city like Bologna

Room was very nice and comfortable. The host is also very friendly and accommodating.

The only downside was a smell coming from the bathroom which was a bit off-putting.
