Excellent relaxing stay with good hearty breakfast

Excellent B&B comfortable and clean, staff are amazing and friendly,nothing too much trouble for them. Peaceful and quiet in beautiful farm location

Liked everything really, would like bath and bigger tv. My eyes not too good and difficult watching smaller tv.

Wanted a peaceful and beautiful place to stay for my wife's birthday and got just what we wanted.

Wonderful location. Very quiet and peaceful and a great area for walkers. Close enough for a 10min stroll into the village of Castleton via public footpaths. Great cooked breakfast/ cereal/ fruit etc. Most importantly great hosts.

Situated in a very peaceful location overlooking mam tor. The sheep were lambing, which made the stay even more interesting.0

Nothing to report concerning the accommodation.The public footpath into Castleton was very muddy, and the prices for drinks in the pubs were a bit steep.

Superb

A beautiful setting and friendly owners. The twin room was comfortable and large and the breakfast was delicious. A pleasant walk to the village across the fields to one of the many pubs.

Good accommodation in a fantastic location

Friendly staff and decent sized bedroom . Big private Bathroom across corridor but bath gowns provided and no issues… we saw no one else in the corridor!! Breakfast top quality (Full English - we stay away a lot and this was one of the best we’ve had in terms of quality!). Good location 20 mins walk to town/pubs… perfect to stretch legs and build appetite and walk off meals. Great for walks without needing to drive but also as a base for short drives to explore the area.

Breakfast was out of this world. They couldn't help you enough. Food was freshly cooked and hot. Tables where very clean and fresh. They didn't rush you to eat and go either. Would totally recommend staying here.

Nothing to complain about as they had gone above and beyond to get the place ready for your stay with them. Even if it is only for one night.

Dunscar Farm is a fantastic location for seeing the Hope Valley and Castleton area.

Dunscar Farm is a fantastic location for seeing the Hope Valley and Castleton area of the Peak District. Can't recommend it too highly! Quiet location at the end of a private paved farm road, views of Mam Tor and the Edge, friendly staff and nice facilities.

A lovely farmhouse in a beautiful location a fairly short walk from Castleton.

We loved the location, the views from our room windows were spectacular. We were made to feel very welcome and relaxed from our arrival.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Superb B&B, great location, friendly staff, would definitely stay there again.

Friendly owners, great for parking and access to the room from car. Fantastic setting, ideal for walkers, and just 10-15 mins walk from Castleton centre. Access to the fridge was convenient. Fantastic cooked breakfast and excellent friendly customer service.

Guests need to be prepared for a spooky and dark walk back across3 fields if they want a drink in the town. we couldn’t get an answer from the taxi firm.
