UNIT#305. Enjoy the beautiful ocean and bay views at our 2BR/2BA on the Lowest Living Level (3rd floor), one unit back from the ocean at The Quay in Ocean City, MD. Enjoy the porcelain tile in the great room, kitchen, hall, & bathrooms with vanities and accessories in bathrooms.
Oceanview Livingroom has 2 sofa (including 1 pullout sofa) and 2 chairs and has comfortable seating for 8 to watch DVD movie on a 52" Flatscreen television.
Dining Room has a table with 6 chairs and 5 bar stools at the counter.
Kitchen is fully equipped (even with a crockpot), has a FULL SIZE Stacked WASHER AND DRYER, and even has an oceanview from the kitchen.
Both bedrooms have oatmeal colored Berber carpet and has a King bed in the Master bedroom, and a Queen and Twin in the second bedroom- all with new mattresses and covers.
*** SPECIAL NOTE- BED SHEETS, BLANKETS & TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED, so PLEASE bring your own, Or Request to add the Linen Package for additional $150.00 (bed sheets, pillow cases and bath towels for 7 included).

In 2018, we completed a major renovation of this 1,131 sq ft condo. Weekly rentals only available in the summer season. Flexible 3 night Mini weeks available September to May.

Building amenities include HEATED outdoor and indoor pools, sauna, tennis court, ping pong tables and an arcade room, which include pool tables and a seasonal gift shop, breakfast and lunch sandwich & coffee shop onsite.
You could enjoy the Ocean View Sunrises right from your bedroom, living room, or balcony while you sip on your morning coffee or tea. Our unit is located on the 3rd floor, so getting to the beach and amenities can't get easier... All Indoor Amenities are located on the 2nd floor. Either take a quick elevator ride down or use the stairs to bypass all elevator users. The beach and sand is a 4 min partially air-conditioned walk from our unit. After taking the kids to the beach, stop by one of the heated pools and take a quick swim before dinner. If you opt to eat in, you'll be satisfied with our fully equipped kitchen. You'll be able to cook a wonderful meal and have enough space to eat with 6 seats at the dining room table and 5 stools at the counter. Our home is equipped with Free Wi-Fi and Premium Cable channels when you decide to take the night off from going to the boardwalk. All for your enjoyment. Enjoy a quick walk to the enjoyments of restaurants, bars, and ice cream stand walking distance from our home. We are 3 min drive, 1 mile walk to Northside Park but are able to watch the fireworks right from our balcony. We are a 1 minute walk to the Ocean City Fontaineblue Resort and a 10 minute drive (4 mi) to the Rowland E Powell Convention Center. There is a full-size washer, dryer, dishwasher, and central air. The bus stop is located right in front of our building and is only a 10 minute car ride (4.5 mi) (20-30 minute bus ride) to Jolly Roger's Amusements and the Beginning of the BOARDWALK.
There is a Non-Refundable $75 Resort Fee for any length stay, required to be paid, in addition to the reservation, to Security upon checking in (APRIL 4-NOVEMBER 7, 2025 ONLY), which includes 24-hour security and parking for 1 vehicle. A second car is available only on 1st come/1st serve basis and is $12/day $75/week, BUT IS NOT AVAILABLE MEMORIAL DAY, JULY 4TH, & LABOR DAY. Vehicles whose height is between 6ft 10 in and 7ft 1in will be granted alternate access to the parking garage and must notify security upon arrival/check-in.
There is a public parking lot 1 block away available for additional vehicles. Contact Town of Ocean City for their rates. Sorry, THERE IS a STRICT "NO PET" POLICY for guests at the QUAY.

We loved this condo at The Quay! Upon entering the condo, it was evident how clean and well taken care of it was. Royal was wonderful to work with. We had one small issue and he solved it immediately. He checked in with us to be sure everything was ok and was available if needed. We would definitely recommend and hope to return next year!

The house was just what we needed for a great family vacation. The condo is a short walk to the beach, and the pool is a great bonus. We enjoyed watching the fireworks from the balcony. We would definitely stay again!

This condo was amazing! The photos in the listing are 100% on point. The condo felt warm and inviting. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the unit, as well as the nice furniture, new mattresses, cookware and appliances. We had an infant with us and the sturdy crib was a plus and so easy to set up. Plenty of drawers and closet space for clothing. The washer/dryer was also convenient, especially traveling with an infant. The Quay property is kept extremely clean on the interior/exterior. The grounds are well maintained, the pool is clean and the common areas throughtout the building are kept spotless. Roy, the owner of the condo was quick to take our call when we had some challenges with checking in with one staff member at the security desk. Roy resolved the issue instantly and we accessed the condo. We highly recommend this condo and would absolutely stay there again!

Very nicely remodeled. Lots of room and a great view of the ocean. My grandson and I went to the arcade just once ( thank goodness). My daughter had been getting accustomed to a new job so these four days were wonderful for them to spend time together and take advantage of the many activities in OC.

This is the embodiment of the beach condo. Extremely comfortable, nice living room with comfortable furniture. Although only on the third floor, there is a nice view to the ocean. The beds were extremely comfortable.

This property is clean, renovated and was just what our family of four needed. Love the big stand up shower in the master. The owner is super nice and available, not that we needed anything. Great location. Loved that we were on the 3rd floor and didn’t need to wait for elevators except for moving luggage on arrival and departure. Parking is ample and close. Direct beach access with outdoor shower station. Very convenient. Had a great time with lots of good memories to take home!

The condo itself was very nice…well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and tastefully decorated. We had no issues that required contacting the owner but he was kind enough to reach out via text message upon arrival to provide his contact info and let us know to reach out if we need anything. The walk to the beach was super quick and easy!
While we had no complaints regarding the unit itself, the condo building wasn’t our favorite. The condo is on the third floor which is a huge plus because there are only 3 elevators for the entire 25 floor building so we often had to wait a long time for an elevator. We didn’t mind taking the stairs but could not access the stairs from outside the building. Check in and check out was absolutely chaotic…in fact no one was at the security desk when we were trying to check out (returning building key fobs) and multiple families were waiting. The building is in need of updating. The outdoor pool has no outdoor restrooms and the gate closest to the building remains locked…it was not easy taking a toddler to the restroom. Also, we had no idea that the pool has “adult swim” from 9-10 am and I was asked to leave with my 4 year old. All in all these are not huge issues but helpful to know in advance. This is definitely a good unit to choose to rent in this particular building because it’s on the 3rd floor and it’s very nice!

We just finished a wonderful week at OC. The condo is beautifully updated, spacious, and comfortable. We enjoyed the arcade/gameroom, and the pool is fantastic. The location, a bit north of the boardwalk, is great, with lots to do all around. We would definitely stay here again.

My sister and I took our kids for quick beach trip! Parking and check in was super easy- the pool and beach were super convenient. It was easy to get the car in and out and we had plenty of space for two adults and four kiddos!

Roy was responsive and informative. The condo was super cute and well appointed. The beds comfortable and the bathrooms very functional for 2 single moms and 2 kids to share without being on top of one another. It was so convenient to have the indoor pool for the rainy day, and an outdoor pool and beach access right there. The kids enjoyed the game room and the smells coming from the little store/cafe on the second floor were delicious. Parking was convenient and I very much appreciated having the large bins available to help transport all our stuff to and from the room at check in and out, this allowed for me to do it in one trip each. My only surprise was that comforters/blankets were not provided. I have always had to bring my own linens in condo rentals, but the comforters/blankets were always provided, this was not the cases here. Made for a few cold nights sleeping but we survived wearing our brand new Ocean City hoodies. Roy did provide some suggestions for cheap local places to buy blankets should we decided we needed them. We found 3 restaurants within a 5 minute drive with playgrounds so the parents could eat while the kids played, the boardwalk was only 15 minutes drive and there was ample shopping and grocery access within minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, very clean and spacious, amazing property and owner. Owner was very helpful, easy to get a hold of and gracious enough to let us check in an hour early and check out an hour late.
My only negatives would be linens and towels not included and no package to be able to rent...we were flying in so had to pack towels and linens in our suitcases. I was told by the owner they are working to be able to offer this service this summer!
Only other would be the check in process was a bit odd (at no fault of the owner) and the entire lobby, entryway is under construction, which didn't affect our stay but could be surprising to renters who aren't aware.

Just stayed here for an extended weekend to celebrate St. Patrick’s weekend. Roy reached out ahead of check in and easy to get in touch with for additional questions. Condo location is very convenient and in walking distance of several restaurants. Views were nice, condo was clean and great space. Would definitely recommend and come back!

This was our first time renting a condo in Ocean City. The online process was very easy. Upon arrival check in was fast and easy. The condo is absolutely beautiful, well taken care of and comfortable. The view of the ocean was amazing!! The condo owner even called when we checked in to make sure everything was is order. My family stayed here for five nights in October. Very nice updated condo with an indoor and outdoor pool. Can’t beat the one minute walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again. The owner was great with any questions and responded right away with any questions I had

We had no issues with the unit; however the coffee maker had moldy coffee grounds in the filter. Do he had to clean it out before he could use it. Also we had a hard time figuring out how to use the single serve k cup. But everything else was as advertised. Was not use to the place not having blankets, but we made due with what we had. Over all a beautiful place to stay.

The condo and location of condo was a great getaway for my small family. It was right on the beach, away from the busy boardwalk, and had an indoor and outdoor pool for our use if we desired. Would definitely recommend to anyone for a great vacation.
