Dissapointed with cleaness and a guy who woke us up at 8 am for no reason. Rude messages from owner.

Location is very good, close to a port from which you can take a ferry to portofino. Close to a public beach and restaurants. The owner offered us a parking place in relatively good price of 10 eur/day, but the parking place is 5 mins of walk away from the apartment.

The apartment was not clean... there were disgusting accumulations of dust in every corner, floor was also not properly cleaned, our socks became dark after a few minutes.. Disgusting mold in the bathroom and some corners (see photos). Some essentials were missing like dish soap. No pepper and teabags as well. Someone knocked our apartment doors and tried to enter at 8 am and wake us up.... it turned out this was someone from washing company who should only another, laundry room but tried to enter our apartament for unknown reason... Very unpleasant and weird. To my taste this could be even an attempt of theft, because the guy was not able to explain me why did he try to open the doors. The apartment is quite modern and nice, but there is only one window which makes it also dark and not cozy to stay during the day. EDITED on the 11.06.2023: And after seeing this review, the owner wrote to me rude private messages. Did not say sorry even once for what he screwed up. I absolutely do not recommend this guy and the apartment. Complete unprofessionalism. Just see photos, where will you sleep if you rent it. Not worth the price and nerves. I changed my overall rating from 4 (disappointing) to 1 (bad) for this after-stay experience.

Great location. Nice cafes and restaurants around. 8-10 min walk to a nice beach. Close to the bus station so you can be in Portofino in 20 mins. Staff was helpful and easy to reach by text and phone. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Check-in instructions were not clear and you cannot leave your bags in a safe place in case of early arrival. Some basic kitchen items would be really nice. There was not even a kettle or any glasses/cutlery in our room.

Location was very good.

In the photos, it shows that there are two different rooms inside 1 house. But actually there are 2 different rooms separate. I thought that I will have 1 bedroom and 1 common area. This was disappointing.

Perfect location in Santa Margherita. You won't find any better

The location is clean, modern, super comfortable and has everything you might needed. The host is also very kind and helpful. Check in smooth and easy. Best spot in Santa Margherita for a studio rental.

Decent stay to enjoy the area

La Corallina is very well located to enjoy Santa Margherita (2 mins walk to the waterfront) and Portofino nearby (via doable long walk, short bus/cab ride or short ferry ride). The neighborhood is safe and nice. It's easy in/out since the apartment is on the ground level, but it's quiet and peaceful. Valerio is helpful and responsive. The area is expensive in accommodations. So for this lower price point, Corallina is decent for budget accommodations -- clean, comfortable, adequately equipped (our unit for family of 4).

Very minor issues (Some things were broken, like lights, cash payment).

Great staff and amazing place

The staff was amazing, which made our checkin and checkout experiences pretty amazing. The room and bathroom were very clean. Also, the kitchen was amazing. It had everything we needed. The breakfast was very good with nice coffee and cake. The location is perfect - near to the city center and the train station. Great value for the money.
