The room was spotless, and cleaning during our week's stay was every other day. Room is located 50 metres away from the old Town, and location was in any ways perfect. Our wonderful host, Andrea showed us around, when we arrived in there. She had a lot of leaflets of restaurants in the area and what you can do in Split etc. She also let us know that if any information or help is needed, just contact her.

There was a lot of steps to go to the room, so don't recommend to those with limited mobility.

- The room was absolutely spotless and on arrival the owner greeted us and helped us get settled in. She explained everything we needed to know about split and provided us with a map so that we could get around easily. - Location was perfect, 10 minute walk to the beach and very close to lots of restaurants, shops and the palace. - Wi-Fi was super fast, couldn’t fault it. - The room was cleaned regularly and to a very high standard, with fresh towels and toiletries provided. - The air con is really good and can cool the room down (can get very cold which was lovely on an evening) and can also heat the room up so that you’re not freezing getting out of the shower😂 - The bed is super spacious and really comfy. Honestly couldn’t recommend this place more, the room is absolutely gorgeous and it made our stay in split very special :)

The service was great, room fantastic and the city is stunning. Loved our stay ❤ Would recommend this room for its luxury facilities, comfortable bed and the couple who looked after us. Great experience and would get the same room if ever in split again for sure.

The lovely hosts came and met us despite the very late arrival and offered to help with luggage. The room was extremely clean with good air-con and included personal touches such as toiletries. The location was great as was less that a minute walk to Diocletian's Palace and 15 minute walk to the beach.

Fantastic location within walking distance of coach/bus station and just yards from Diocletian's Palace. The room is new(ish?), modern and very comfortable. The hosts are fantastic - welcoming, very helpful and generous in their hospitality.

The building has protected status and is a little under loved from the outside, but 51 steps take you to a lovely room.

It is not a hotel but a guest house, 2 floors climb, no breakfast or food served which is ok as it is near to many great eating places.
