Aaangenaam verblijf maar de bedden die mogen wel eens vervangen worden

Prachtige locatie, zeer dicht bij het strand, eigen parkeerplekken op het terrein, veel verschillende plekken in huis en op het terrein om te zitten of te liggen. Lekker zwembad en een hottub op het dak.

De bedden zijn echt wel aan vervanging toe! Ook in de rest van het huis mag wel het nodige aan onderhoud gedaan worden. Badkamers zijn verouderd en ook de binnen en de buitenkeuken kunnen wel wat gemoderniseerd worden.

Bella casa ma con urgente bisogno di ristrutturazione.

Posizione assolutamente fantastica, casa spaziosa e pulita. Spaziale il terrazzo sopraelevato con la Jacuzzi. Molto bene anche la spiaggia (di sabbia nera) sottostante, pulita e ben attrezzata. Bar e supermercato a un minuto dalla casa. Siamo stati accolti da Fran, molto gentile e disponibile.

Purtroppo la piscina riscaldata non funzionava, dopo 2 giorni anche la lavastoviglie ha smesso di funzionare. Il piano cottura della cucina non ha abbastanza potenza (15 minuti per far bollire l'acqua) e il barbecue esterno non supera i 150°C. Il televisore non funzionava del tutto, problema risolto dall'host Fran che ha gentilmente fornito un Chromecast. Considerati questi problemi e avendo pagato quasi 10K per 6 giorni ci sembrava giusto chiedere un rimborso (anche solo simbolico) alla proprietà, che però non ha nemmeno risposto. Pensiamo che quando si soggiorna in una Luxury Villa debba essere tutto perfetto, e questo purtroppo non è il caso di Los Gigantes.

great location for a family holiday

Superb

Lovely old Spanish style house, very interesting and comfortable, large, beautiful. Spacious grounds by the house, lots of plants. There is a nice but not very large swimming pool. The jacuzzi is located on a small platform upstairs with a stunning view of the mountains and ocean. The beach is located near the house, there is access directly to the beach. There is everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Great helpful staff. Quick response to any questions. A small disadvantage is that the house needs renovation, but all in all it does not really affect the overall experience.

Had a fabulous stay at this villa. Fond memories for years to come!

Location is just perfect! You have the privacy of a gated villa along with direct access to the beach. Once you go out the front gate, you have restaurants, bars, supermarket, promenade. Beautiful views from the terraces. Two of the bedrooms are away from the 'main house' which worked well for our group to allow alone time for ourselves, however something others may want to be aware of when booking if not to their preference. Our host, Fran, was brilliant. Never a delay in responding to a message and anything we asked him for or requested was provided and done without issue.

Some shower holders weren't working and had to trip the fuse box every time we needed to use the dishwasher. Little annoyances but easily fixed really, no major issues with the villa itself. Towels and bed linen could do with an upgrade to match the feel of the villa.

Lovey & Relaxing

Location Superb lovely part of Tenerife. Villa views breathtaking, lovely areas to relax and mingle and ouside area was beautiful. A beautiful and clean beach on your doorstep wow. Local amenities brilliant and not only welcoming but lovely too - particularly liked the live music every evening, it did not intrude or disturb and it was really good adding to the holiday vibe. Did not lack on plates, glasses and kitchen well supplied should you wish to cook which we did a few nights. Our whole group were smitten and loved this holiday especially after over 2 years of not having an overseas vacation. Would go back again.

A little outdated for 'my taste' but it is lovely so dont let this put you off. Some areas do need updating aka pillows in bedrooms, outside seat cushions, bar area - suggest a large outside dinning table (eating/chats/games in the evening) and more loungers would make this Villa perfect.

Excellent stay!

We spent a lovely week at the villa. The location is fantastic, you have direct access to the (in my opinion one of the best!) beach and shops and restaurants nearby. If we had some minor problems, the host immediately reacted and fixed it. Nice support and kind host. The villa is really weel suited, a bit old fashioned but not bad at all. The garden is well equiped and maintained, everything was clean and in good shape. We hope to return!

We had to prepay with own risk of cancellation. Altough it is also understandable in this times, but 50-50% or at least some 2 weeks cancellation would be more friendly. To be fair the host offered in case of covid cause cancellation to postpone the booking.

Great place and nice people.

Incredible location, right on the Playa de la Arena, with direct access. An old fashion property but equipped with all you could need for an unforgettable stay in Tenerife. The spacious garden has a nice and relaxing pool and barbeque facilities, enough space for parking 3 (even 4) cars. A special place is the roof terrace, partially closed, with a large jacuzzi, offering splendid views of the ocean and of the beach - a perfect place to relax during the day, sunset or night. And last but not least, the hosts Alexander and Igor were extremely helpful, prompt, friendly and professional. Another useful aspect - the hosts can offer airport transfers and car rental. Great place and nice people !

As I mentioned above, the house is a little old fashioned, but this is also it's charm.

Loved the accommodation and right next to shops and restaurants and beach.

Was just a bit too far from bigger towns and bus route took ages to get anywhere. Very hilly.
