This idyl was built in 1947 in the Black Forest style with shingled façade and has been comprehensively and lovingly renovated and specialized in the last two years. It is located in a very quiet location on the stream and the edge of the forest and yet central. Enjoy the sun and the peace on the beautiful terrace and let yourself be inspired by the Black Forest.

You enter the house via a loggia and enter the entrance area - you recognize the same - old trift on modern! The light gray of the tiles in the hall fits perfectly into the building's style, as does the kitchen-cum-living room. In the living and dining room is an oak parquet floor laid, the extravagant tiled stove (connected to central heating) brings comfort in the cold season.

Upstairs you have two bedrooms and a children's room, and a large but designed bathroom, with sink, toilet, bath and walk-in shower.

Whether a relaxing spa or an adventurous vacation, in St. Blasien is offered both. An existing infrastructure is characterized by numerous stylish shops and maintained retaurants.
Neighboring municipalities include: the Feldberg, Schluchsee and Bernau.

St. Blasien has about 2700 inhabitants and has several recreation Kolink. St. Blasien has doctors in the size of a small town. The cities of Freiburg, Zurich and Basel are just over an hour's drive away.
