Fomos muito bem recebidos, tendo como problemas o barulho externo e o grande número moradores de rua

O apartamento estava limpo, muito bem localizado com um ótimo restaurante em frente e mercados bem próximos. É muito fácil se locomover, com ponto de ônibus em frente e estação de metrô.

O local possui vários moradores de rua, o que torna inseguro caminhadas principalmente noturnas. O barulho da rua é praticamente 24h,. Houve-se pessoas conversando e bebendo a noite toda, além do grande trânsito ambulâncias que passam em frente ao apartamento dia e noite.

Boa localização e bons apartamentos.

Gostamos da localização e a forma com que o anfitrião disponibilizou as chaves para check-in e checkout. O apartamento era confortável e melhor que nas fotos.

Muito desconforto na véspera de Natal com a tentativa de trocar quartos por um erro cometido pelo locador. Realizamos a troca na última noite da estadia, que gerou desconforto para fazer todas as malas e receber um apartamento com colchão de casal que não era tão confortável como o primeiro apartamento.

senza infamia e senza lode

ottima posizione , molto vicino al centro, quartiere multietnico. soggiorno e zona cucina (open space) belle e luminose. ottima dotazione nella cucina, una bottiglia di vino offerta dall'host.

bagno e camere molto piccole, le stanze sono separate solo da una parete scorrevole. bagno piccolissimo, molta puzza di fogna dallo scarico. rubinetti che perdono, compreso il "doccino" del WC che bagnava tutto il pavimento. Rispetto alle foto di booking l'appartamento, pur avendo due stanze, era diverso da quello pubblicato sul sito.

The stay was sufficient for our purposes for a single night. Wouldn't go again.

The place was cute.

There was actually no wall separating the single bedroom from the living room. The kitchen was very poorly supplied. The unit is on the 1st floor above a noisy main street in a not great area. instructions were unclear, No parking nearby. Neighbourhood didn't feel very safe to walk around in. Lots of amublances / sirens passed in the single day we were there - maybe as many as a dozen. The second room is a pull out couch in the same room as the dining table, and it goes all the way to the TV unit so you have to climb over the bed to get out of the room. There was no access to the balcony even though it had one.

Great break flat

Met by the welcoming host who helped us settle. Had all the facilities we needed for a good break in Lisbon. A short walk to Metro, tram and bus stops. Easily reached from the main station or airport by metro or taxi. Comfortable beds, very clean throughout. Accessible on foot or by public transport to the centre. Bus ride to River area quite convenient. 5 floors up but served by 2 lifts. Several restaurants of all types and budgets within easy reach.

The only reason I booked this listing was for the airport shuttle and patio. I was declined for the airport shuttle both times, and the patio is locked and not to be used by guests. Not sure why they advertise it. Host was barely responsive. When my flight was delayed until later, I changed the check in time on my non refundable booking and got DECLINED. So to my understanding, I was flying into a new city with no transportation service and no place to stay despite having already paid for a place with transportation service. Had I not just continuously dialed the phone number for check in, I wouldn't have had a place to stay after flying all day. Dish sponge was dirty. Doors banging very loudly very often and at all times. A lot of important details are not included in booking info.

Spacious, comfortable apartment for a group of four

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, ideal for our group. The location was good, it was easy to get to the sights we wanted to see. Finding the apartment was easy, and checking in went smoothly. It was well-equipped, and the complemntary bottle of wine was welcome.

The apartment overlooks a busy road with lots of car traffic which did not seem to stop at night, so those sleeping in the bedroom on that side needed earplugs at night.

We love that the property is located in the center where everything is easily accessible especially the metro. Most sightseeing places are reachable by walking. The host is very friendly and nice. The property itself is very cozy. Overall my friends and I loved the place.

Pleasant wellcome with a gift bottle of wine. Helpful, kind and gentle host. Location. Very close to metro station. Close to City center.Cleanless. Enough home appliances, including washing machine.

Stink in bath room..If you are privacy freak, it is not for you. Noise from metro and main street.

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and the host who greeted us upon arrival was helpful and friendly.

The area surrounding the apartment felt very uncomfortable and intimidating for a group of young girls. Groups of men gathered around the streets and we were harassed and made to feel scared. This was during the evening and not so bad during the day. After the first evening we got taxis directly from and to the apartment due to this.

There was a strong sewage smell in the apartment, shower head was leaking and very limited hot water, bedrooms had no doors, only sliding partitions that only closed halfway. Stairs were almost completely blocked by laundry bags. Underwhelming and disappointing

Cosy apartment but noisy and questionable neighborhood

-well equipped kitchen -spacious with nice balconies -comfortable beds and sofa -overall a cosy apartment

-Noise: you can hear people in the corridors, the elevator and neighbours. You can also feel and hear trains pass due to the proximity to the metro station. There were often siren sounds from emergency vehicles on the road. I wore earplugs to help me sleep. -Neighborhood: the area did not feel safe mainly at night, there are some dodgy people walking around the neighborhood

Small vacation in Lisbon

- very nice host - it was a greeting bottle of wine and some snacks - close to the metro station - very comfortable bed

- location. It doesn’t look safe especially in the evening. - you can hear when people go down or up the stairs because the door is shaking with noise - a bit cold in the bathroom (the floor)

Nothing special, pretty old, close to Metro

There was a coffee machine in the apartment and some free capsules. I also got a bottle of wine, crackers, and tuna pate as gift. Small things, but nice. The water in the shower is warm right away, you don't have to wait long for heating up. Good internet. Walking distance to the subway is a couple of minutes.

Both outside and inside are very noisy. Right under the windows is a loud road, where every half hour the police or ambulance pass by. When the subway train rides, the apartment shakes. When someone enters the house, the door to the apartment wobbles with a loud crack. I couldn't find a cutting board in the kitchen. The TV is ancient, there is no SmartTV or apps. It was quite cold in January, and the air conditioning didn't help because it only warmed up part of the room. With the dishwasher on, it started to smell strongly from the drain.

Convenient location, nice apartment, everything is nice, recommended for anyone to visit Alan, the person who handed the key, very friendly. Love the herb/tea sense of the hand soap and body shampoo. Has a bidet

I didnt see any slippers but I also didnt ask the supporter, so it's on me. The temperature of shower takes a bit time to "hot up", it works fine, no worries Can sometimes hear noise from the neighbors and the ambulances/ garbage truck outside but it doesn't last long so no big deal to worry. the building door is kinda blended in with the surrounding, so we sometimes walked past it before realizing it
