Property offers great views, excellent location near the beach and shops, and comfortable amenities. Families with children aged 5 and up would enjoy the space, except for those who struggle with stairs.

Great views of the beach . Location was awesome , with bottle shop and all so mixed business you can pickup Milk , bread ect in walking distance . Also next door and lovely Italian restaurant . The place is perfect for family with children age 5 up , as there was a lot of stairs and my parents were with us and dad really struggled with the stairs up to apartment and stairs to bedroom and bathrooms all upstairs . I would stay again but not with my elderly parents ! For young adults with friends perfect spot across from beach a 5 min drive to main center and clean and quiet .

We were very happy with our accommodation and will definitely stay again. We had a 2 year old, there were stairs going up to the bedrooms, these felt unsafe with large gapes in the side railings and a large gap upstairs. It did smell of smoke which was a shame. But apart from that we were very comfortable and look forward to going back.

Great location opposite Flynn’s Beach
Top location. Unit on top floor so great view. 6 short flights of stairs. Beds were really hard.
And looked really old. I think new mattresses would be a good investment. Everything was supplied in the kitchen which was good. However I think an investment in some new saucepans , frypans, crockery and cutlery would be good. Everything was pretty old and could only use one small frypan as the others had damaged Teflon surfaces. My negative comments wouldn’t stop me from staying there again but it’s just a suggestion to update their kitchen utensils. As I said they are all pretty old and some plates and mugs were chipped. I did mention this to the managing agents as we didn’t want to be held responsible for this.
Upstairs there were ceiling fans in the bedrooms ( the bunk beds room was really small and very hot). However downstairs there is no cross breeze and it was really hot. So fan/s would be good here. The lounge downstairs was really comfy. Outdoor furniture pretty old but adequate. Overall the unit is great. The owners had clearly recently updated the fridge, oven and microwave so that’s good. Updating the other items would just make things nicer. Thank you

Short escape
The property is very clean , all towels , kitchen very well equipped , washing machine, dryer, detergent provided ,closed to the beach .
We really enjoyed our stay .
Nice view but it a bit noisy because the traffic noise from the road at the front of the property .
Nice neighborhood , convenient shop close by
The stair leading to the unit is ok but it hard to carry your belonging up 3 ,4 levels .
Besides the two little issue ,traffic noises and the stairs the appartment is good ,clean , well presented .

Disappointed with cigarette smoke
The property had everything we needed, except the strong cigarette smell!
Very comfortable lounge seats and well stocked kitchen with all the essential you need. Mattresses too firm, but fine for the stay.
Advertised as ‘non smoking’ however the place smelt very strongly of cigarette. On the first day we thought it may be the neighbours smoke blowing in so didn’t think much of it. However we then realised it was in the curtains, carpet and linen.
Upon leaving we saw the cleaners making the beds through the windows and it looked as though they left all our linen on and just made the beds. All our pyjamas stunk, which makes us doubt we had clean linen for our stay?
I left the property with an asthma flare up and am quite unwell now. Sad to think we all breathed it in through the pillows.
I’m quite sad about the experience and haven’t heard back from the property manager. Hope it helps other families with kids.
My review would have been very positive if not spoilt by the strong smell.

Wonderful Stay!
We stayed at this property for a week, and as a group of colleagues we were worried it would be small, but the property was great and plenty of space! Kitchen was large and well stocked with kitchen gear. Beautiful views from the balcony and the property had bird seed for the rosellas! Beach just across the road.

Enjoyable experience
Great place to stay.
A few minor faults.
1. Screen door in lounge room tended to stick
2. Shower in bathroom a little weak due to the tap not fully shutting down
3. Broken lock in second bedroom window
Otherwise a wonderful stay. My daughters really enjoyed proximity to beaches and some wonderful restaurants
