should have stayed in a motel.

it was clean

staff was incredibly rude and our shower didn’t even work. no hot water at all.

Worked very well for us. Just a bit pricey for my pay scale.

Breakfast was pretty good. Our room was very spacious, clean with excellent tv and cable.

Bed pillows were not that comfy.

It was a pleasant experience with check-in and check-out very smooth. Wish there had been a fridge.

The breakfast was very good. Wish butter was not frozen.

Elevators were out.

Very comfortable and enjoyable

The room was clean and organized well. Additional items like iron and ironing, refrigerator, coffee etc. The bed was so comfortable.

Hotel staff sucked.

The air was clean

Had to wait til 8 am for the waffle batter.the day before there was none. The kitchen wait staff had to serve the Office people before the could help the hotel customer. Hotel staff was very lazy.

Value was ok for the money

Room had not been completely serviced. No bath mat. Ice bucket wet with no liner. Previous guest’s used, complimentary toiletries were still in the shower. No attendant to kee p breakfast stocked 45 minutes before the closing time. Had to go behind the desk to find someone to check out. It was a holiday weekend

Room was great, too many things out of order.

The room was great. It had a blackout curtain on the window which was really nice.

The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. The pancake machine was out of order and there was no biscuit or toast to go along with the sausage even though there was a toaster. The ice machine was out of order on the first floor with a sign to go to the second floor. It didn't work either so I went to the third floor where I found a sign indicating it was also out of order and directing me back to the second floor. This is not typical of La Quinta.

Breakfast was good, very nice room.

The person checking us in was not well trained and did not know what she was doing. The elevator was out and we selected a king size room. the room we had was on the third floor. we could not haul our stuff up three floors. she tried to put us in a doulbe queen on the first floor. after 20 minutes she finally called the manager who told her it was ok to give us the king suite since the elevator was our. that took another 10 minutes to figure that out. everything else about the place was great.

Friendly, clean, free breakfast

Our window had no curtain, but did have a blind, however it would not close all the way so it was a good foot from closing, thankfully we where on the third floor or it could have been very uncomfertable.
