The Redwood Cottage had everything we needed and more. Thank you to the host Jessie for making sure the house was stocked with coffee and snacks! We ate most of our meals at the house and the kitchen had everything. And an extra bonus for coffee lovers - a Breville espresso machine!

The house and yard were very nice and comfortable. The espresso maker was a hit, as well as the nice treats that were provided. The only problem was their was no kindling and no hatchet to make it. A very fun visit!

We had a great stay at the garden cottage. Great location for many things including Mount Shasta, the headwaters spring, downtown and short walk to the peace garden meditation area. Our boys enjoyed the yard, outdoor games and puzzles. It was also great to have a full kitchen with everything we needed. Thank you and hope to visit again !

Jessie is responsive and told me about the farmer's market and the yummy spring rolls. Thank you, Jessie, for providing such a fantastic space. We will definitely be back.

Welcoming warm arrival with lights and heater on. Clean. Kitchen had all necessary items. Comfortable amount of space. Comfy beds. Good yard for the kids. Someone came by to shovel the snow in the walkway. Everything worked. Water backed up while taking a shower in the bathtub/ shower combo which was icky. Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, heaters , and fans. Some nice snacks were thoughtfully left out which the kids loved. Awesomely full binder of hiking travels and nature activities.

We had an excellent stay at Redwood Cottage for our week long vacation in Mt. Shasta. The cottage is very spacious with ample and comfy seating area, a large kitchen and dining area, and nice bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with coffee items, cookware, spices, glassware - everything needed to cook meals. The appliances are in great condition and easy to use a with dishwasher. The outdoor deck is delightful for the joy of relaxing in the evening with wine and the barbecue grill worked perfectly. The location is ideal - very close to town (not really walkable) and also close to the mountain and also easy and close access to the freeway. It is easy access to all of the areas sites to explore. The neighborhood is quiet and just a short walk up the street you get a fabulous view of Mt Shasta - which we enjoyed a nightly short walk for exercise and view. Jessie - the property manager - was very responsive and check in/checkout was very easy. We didn’t have any issues or problems and loved it! We will be back and also highly recommend it!

We have stayed at Redwood House multiple times and will always come back. The house is well-stocked, comfortable, clean and there is good energy. The back yard is a delight, especially sitting outside in the warmer months. Jessie, the manager, is a dream communicator. Thanks for everything!

Well loved house in a great location.
This is a well loved vacation house in great setting. Although it has no mountain views and is a bit dark inside, it is also cool, which is a real plus in hot weather. There is an efficient fireplace and plenty of wood for when it turns cold. The back garden space is lovely and the deck off the living room is a wonderful place to eat and hangout. There is also a good expresso machine and a well stocked ample sized kitchen. Although the house is well worn in, it has a relaxed vibe and would be a good place for a family or a small group to relax. Jess is responsive and thoughtful about her guests and easy to work with. You'll enjoy your stay!

Wondful location and house for our small children and ourselves to relax.
The house was very clean and had all of the amenities we could think of asking for. They even had some drinks and snacks waiting. Very thoughtful! Property is a very quiet neighborhood. It was nice to listen to the birds and wind in the trees while our 2 year took a nap. It was so nice to be close to Bunny Flat so the kids could play in the snow during the day and make it home for lunch. We had a wonderful relaxing spring break.
