Vue fantastique, idéalement située pour rejoindre le centre ville à pieds, beaucoup de charme même si un rafraîchissement serait le bienvenu. Mais rien de tout cela ne vaut l'accueil d'Edwige, et ses sympathiques attentions tout au long du séjour.

Appartement très agréable, lumineux, confortable, à deux pas des commerces,... bénéficiant d'une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer, le littoral jusqu'à l'Espagne, les Pyrénées,... bref, l'atout majeur de cet appartement !!! Quant à l'accueil d'Edwina, il est à la hauteur de la vue.

This property overlooks the surfing beach from the lounge and bedrooms, and even the bathroom and kitchen have a wonderful view the other side. The apartment is equipped with beautiful furniture. The garage has direct access to the apartment, and has room for bikes and a car.

Très bel appartement avec une exceptionnelle vue panoramique sur l'océan . Equipement très complet et absolument conforme au descriptif. Par ailleurs un garage fermé avec portail électrique apporte un plus incontestable:aucun problème de stationnement. Accueil très chaleureux de Madame Cazenave très sympathique qui de plus pendant notre séjour nous a téléphoné a 2 reprises pour prendre de nos nouvelles : "Tout se passe bien? C'est a souligner car de plus en plus rare.Je recommande vivement cette location !!!!! Quant à nous,nous reviendrons!!!! Gil et Irene

L'appartement est parfaitement situé dans Biarritz et possède un garage ce qui est un point fort. La communication avec la propriétaire et ses collègues "gérantes" est super. La vue est juste magnifique. Salle d'eau en bas ce qui permet de se nettoyer les pleins quand on revient de la plage. Accès rapide à la plage de la côte des basques (les enfants y ont pris des cours de surf et on les voyait de l'appartement) et la petite plage à gauche de la Vierge. Petit lave vaisselle très pratique. Grandes chambres. Bref, je pourrais en dire tellement... Magique, c'est le mot qui résume notre séjour. Je recommande vivement. Je reviendrai à cette adresse...

Lovely place!

We had a fantastic time in this apartment. Having the view of the sea and a surf beach on one side and the city with the lighthouse on the other, it’s just magic. The apartment is bright and the different rooms have perfect sizes and are nicely furnished. The location with walking distance to La Côte des Basques, restaurants and shops was great. A huge benefit is the garage to avoid having parking problems (an issue even in October) and for us the downstairs bathroom was also great to shower off sandy surfers and wet suits. Very professional and warm contact with both Anne Marie and Edwina. We will definitely come back to this lovely place!

The perfect location for town, beaches, bars and restaurants!

We stayed in Biarritz for a week and chose this apartment for its location and the view. We were not disappointed! A short taxi from the airport and that was the end of cars for the week. Everything else is accessible on foot or by cheap buses / trains if you want to go further afield. Within 5 mins walk you have a wide selection of restaurants, boulangerie, a super market (Carrefour City), Les Halles (the central market) and lots of bars too. You also have three beaches less than a 10 min walk away too. The nearest beach is the one in the view and is the main location for surf rentals and lessons. If you want to cook, there is everything you need in the kitchen, which also has a great view! The apartment has a garage and bathroom / shower downstairs that acts as an excellent 'wet room' to decontaminate after the beach ensuring the apparent remains sand free! The stairs down to the garage cannot be blocked of with a child gate and this, combined with quite an open balcony, mean the apartment is probably not suitable for children under 5. Anne Marie and Edwina were excellent hosts and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks again!

Perfekt läge, nära till allt. Charmig och rymlig lägenhet med nytt kök. Dock väldigt trafikerad väg nedanför balkongen, vilket gjorde att man helst håller balkongdörren stängd, samt att balkongen är väldigt smal, mao man kan inte sitta på balkongen.
