Only 350 steps from our front door you’ll find Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, with a beautiful mangrove canopy opening to a wide white sandy beach. To the south it’s just a short walk to the La Playa, Turtle Club and the Ritz Carlton.

Great condo with everything you would need for your stay. Wonderful location with just a few minute walk to the beach. Sitting on the lanai was very relaxing and we would often see dolphin playing around. Very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Great place to stay!

Chose this property for being in a quiet area of a busy beachfront community and it was great. Large comfortable balcony, pool area well kept and not crowded in April (got full sun from about 10:30 until nearly sunset), overall nicely furnished and a good layout/use of space within the condo. We were able to sleep most nights with the sliding doors open thanks to the many useful fans provided! Beach is a short walk to the public entrance next to Delnor-Wiggins.

HAD A GREAT STAY AT CONDO. THE UNIT HAD WONDERFUL VIEWS AND WAS EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED. JOHN THE PROPERTY OWNER WAS GREAT!! SAW DOLPHINS EVERY DAY. VERY QUIET AND CLOSE TO BEACH AND MANY NICE RESTAURANTS. WILL STAY HERE AGAIN IN FUTURE.

The condo is exactly as described and extremely well stocked. It was clean and so roomy for our family of 4. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach. The owner (John) is responsive and communicates very well. It's the nicest VRBO condo we've stayed in so far. I highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at your condo! The location was AWESOME - had the water view of the back bay and only a few steps away from the beach & state park. The condo was surprisingly bigger than the pictures made it look and John the owner has the place stocked up for vacationers - it was wonderful, would definatly recommend - and we will be staying here again in the future!

I can't say enough about my stay at this condo. My morning and evening peaceful time was on the lanai with a view of the channel leading to the gulf as I watched boats, canoes, kayaks, dolphins and manatees. A quick four minute walk to the beach for beautiful sunsets. Location was close to restaurants, shopping and boating activities. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will do it again.

This was a lovely spot facing the bay. We enjoyed watching kayakers, boats and an occasional dolphin. There is a short walk to the beach with a state park adjacent to the beach path. Security codes are required to enter the property. People were very friendly

Spotlessly clean, comfortably appointed, beautiful view to the north from a large lanai, and trash goes down a chute next to the elevator :-). Yes, it really only takes three minutes to walk to the beach!

This is our 2nd time staying at this 5-star condo! We could not be happier with this beautiful condo. It is extremely clean, up to date and has everything you need for your time away from home. The owners are very attentive and ensured our needs were met while staying in their home. The views are amazing and the close proximity to the beach is a huge plus. We stayed there 8/14-8/20. We are spoiled travelers who enjoy fine accommodations and this condo did not disappoint! Beautifully decorated, high end everything, breathtaking canal views from large, screened in 4th floor balcony and right across the street from a wonderful beach! Owner was fantastic and contacted me directly to make sure we were enjoying the unit. If I were to buy a beach condo, I would first check to see if this unit is on the market!
