This property is just lovely with all the comforts of home. There is also a wonderful balcony to enjoy. It is in easy walking distance to town and the castle. I would definitely stay there again!

Clean appartment, friendly host showing care. However, the description on the site did not reveal we had to share the appartment with our host.

We had a room in the apartment. Everything was very clean and Sebastien was very helpful. Location is great, close to anything you would want to visit in fontainebleau.

Sebastien went above and beyond for us to make our stay enjoyable. Our time with him, though brief, was a highlight of our trip. His home is a delight and clean as they come!

I see why Sebastien is a Super Host. He takes care that you have what you need and goes above and beyond. The flat was spotlessly clean, the refrigerator was stocked BEYOND compare. He puts in an amazing amount of effort to see that your stay is comfortable and relaxed. We think he is part Concierge, part Host. Bravo Sebastien! And thank you for everyrhing!

We had a change of plans and had to cancel our room. It was not necessary for him to refund our money, however, he did!
Thank you

We (with my wife and our 21 years old son) made a short stop at Fontainebleau for two nights during our holiday in France this year – we have enjoyed every bit of it. The flat, and the city, lived up to our expectation exactly.
We didn’t use public transport at all, so not sure how easy to get to the city/flat. However, it was pretty easy to find the place - actually, a very good drive from CDG and really pleasant journey for most of the way back north to Versailles after. We simply parked the car for the entire stay in Fontainebleau - everything was within walking distance..! Parking in the street was easy and safe – Sebastien offered his own parking space in the basement but wasn’t needed.
Neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet, the building is clean and secure, and the flat is nice indeed – it has everything (if not more) you need on a holiday. Quality of the beds/mattresses was pretty good and we all had good night sleep (despite the very hot weather..!) Also, you could easily forget that you are actually in a town while having a cup of coffee on the balcony early morning – was very enjoyable. There were several options for eating out – a good range of restaurants and bars – all within 15 min walk.
Sebastien is a very friendly guy and he genuinely does his very best to please his customers – it was enough just to mention that our son has food allergies for him to take full responsibility for providing safe breakfast. He seems to be offering the “single room” for students as a lodger during the academic year, and when he is letting the entire flat he leaves you in peace with fully equipped kitchen (and full fridge!) – though we didn’t manage to figure out the secret behind storing lots and lots of yogurt.. 😊
I have only one suggestion to Sebastian – it would be good to prepare a couple of “short emails” with sufficient practical information (e.g. driving direction, public transport, details about process on arrival/departure, etc.). Just something ready to share with customers AFTER the confirmation of booking.
