Perfect :)

The location was excellent and the breakfast was the best in town. They serve it on their terrace which has an excellent view of the sea. Every morning you have borek on your table along with delicious turkish breakfast pieces. I miss it already.

地址好找，在穿过镇中心的海边步道上，从汽车站过去步行十几分钟，适合背包客。老板娘一看就是个精明能干的人，很热情，推荐在酒店的天台餐厅用晚餐，主动帮我们预订最好的景观位。事实证明，酒店的天台餐厅确实是整个土耳其之行风景最美、味道最好、性价比最高的海景餐厅。房间很干净，有一个阳台可以看海景，坐在阳台上喝茶吹晚风，十分惬意。

Понравилось всё: балкон с видом на шикарный залив и остров Кастеллоризо, шикарная терраса - ресторан, где подавались завтраки. Сами завтраки были очень вкусными и разнообразными. Утром ходили искупаться на маленький пляжик, который находится совсем рядом. Старый город и главная площадь в метрах ста от отеля. Порт и набережная с парком - так же. В день приезда заказали ужин в честь именинницы в ресторане отеля - он был чудесный! Персонал отеля - супер!

Great location in Kas

Perfectly located in a quiet place in Kas. The breakfast was really good and the terrace where the restaurant is located has a beautiful view of the sea. The staff was helpful and friendly. The restaurant is one of the best in Kas and we got a discount for staying in the hotel.

The bathroom is very old and it needed some maintenance. The shower had a leak and it splashed water to the ceiling which had some mold already. Cleaning of the room is only every two days.

The things that stuff told about AC commands cannot be overwritten. The room could be in better condition. No place to dry towels.

Location was amazing and the staff was extemely nice and helpful with booking all the activities (it was less expensive directly booking with the hotel vs tripadvisor). The breakfast was also very good. Pretty good for the price we paid for in that area. Parking available on premises.

The only downside was the rooms. They were always clean but the room itself is a bit old and outdated. Also a bit small. We had a little smell issue the first night and they changed our room right away.

Great central location; sea view from the balcony; tasty breakfast with good coffee; clean, simple rooms; very good value for money.

Might be a con for some - pretty steep stairs and no elevator.

Wonderful roof terrace

Roof terrace where breakfast is served.

Some service issues at breakfast: waited a long time for bread to be served to the table, and coffee kept running out. That being said, we came off season, which could explain why they might have been a little unstaffed. On the plus side, the quality of the breakfast was very good. Very steep steps inside the property with no elevator, but this wasn’t a problem for us.

Disappointing as had to go out and find breakfast every day and pay extra for breakfast .

Booked Bed & Breakfast after booking and paying told BREAKFAST not included . Would not have booked if breakfast not included.

100% Recommended I thought I had to do a trade off between location and view but with this hotel no. View. I love it, just in front of the ocean. The best view for sunset. Location. Perfect. 5 min walking from the main square, taxis, public transportation, restaurants, etc. Beach clubs also near from here. Staff. Very friendly and helpful , I had a miss understanding with the room, but the solve properly and fast. They are very kind so I felt comfortable and happy in the hotel. Installations. Great, the rooms are spacious, new, clean and comfortable. After one month traveling around Türkiye I had a good rest in here! Also they have a terrace and restaurant! Nice to relax a moment here. Extras. The internet was good. I could work without problems.

Great location on the Kas seafront

The property is dated. we stayed in a so-called suit, which was sub-standard in every conceivable way. it felt like a cage with very low ceilings. the windows were not soundproof and it felt like sleeping on the street. windows were dirty. finally, the breakfast was of low quality. there are many hotels in Kaş, which are in much better shape, more welcoming and much cheaper.

The room was not perfectly clean. The breakfast was under our expectations. AC in the room was old. Some lamps in the room had cold white bulbs so the room did not feel cozy at all.

We absolutely loved it here!

Absolutely loved our time here. Kas was our highlight for the whole trip. The hotel is really clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is incredible - right in front of Little Pebble Beach, and a number of beach clubs nearby and to town for restaurants & bars. The breakfast on the rooftop of the hotel was great, with an amazing view of the ocean while you dine.

Exceptional

This is nice hotel with good location. Unfortunately our room was without sea view, but it was exactly what we booked. Hotel has awesome view on the sea from terrace at entrance and on restaurant floor where breakfasts were served. Kas is small town, so, hotel is close to everything. Breakfast was typical Turkish style. They do cleaning every 2 days, it was ok for us. Hot water available all the time, that is huge plus, it’s not common in Turkey. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. If I would be at Kas again I would like to stay here. Recommend.
