The condo sleeps 8 comfortably. This upscale partial AIR CONDITIONING condo has all the amenities you would expect at home The resort has a heated outdoor swimming pool, 3 hot tubs, fitness center, children's play area and secure underground parking. Partake in activities such as golfing, walking, biking, hiking, sking, or just enjoy the outdoors and the breath taking beauty of the mountains surrounding this lovely town. Visit the Town of Banff 15 minutes away or the breath taking beauty of Lake Louise 45 minutes away. Enjoy the heated outdoor swimming pool all year round and the hot tubs are a treat after skiing at nearby world class ski resorts sunshine and Nakiska. There is so much to do in the Canadian Rockies you will want to come back again and again and what better place to stay than in a condo you will come to call your second home.
Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due 28 days prior to arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 500 CAD

Pet Policy, Deposit and Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.
NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure
One-time fee of 150.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Guest is expected to remove the garbage and recycling on departure.
Guest is asked to start the dishwasher and first load of laundry.
Guest is asked to leave soiled linens and towels in the bathtub or shower.
The guest is expected to clean the BBQ. Extra charges could apply.
If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.

A beautiful and spacious unit which is close and convenient to everything. We did enjoy staying at this unit but with a few concerns.First, we walked in to the smell of wet dirty mop.Secondly , we found out about the squeaky beds our very first night , which I think is important for getting a good night’s rest. All the pillows will have to go, they are all lumpy and have seen better days. It served our needs those three nights. This review is not meant to put you down , but I hope it will encourage you to make little changes for everyone’s comfort and your gain in the future .

Sunil's condo was the perfect place for us to stay. The condo was in a great location, an easy beautiful walk to downtown and was very comfortable and spacious. The view from the balcony is great and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. Would recommend a stay here for sure.

Unfortunately we stayed for three nights due to trouble flying into Calgary from the crowdstrike glitch. The condo was pleasant and suited our family nwell.

Nicely equipped condo with easy access to everything you need. We loved having access to three hot tubs after long hikes and we cooked in the condo several times. I would stay again.

This property was just what we needed for our stay in Canmore. The unit had a lot of space, and the hot tub was a nice bonus. Very walkable to downtown Canmore. We would definitely book here again. :)

The property worked perfectly for our family weekend. Each adult couple had their own private bedroom, and the common area worked well for food and board games.

Perfect location, great property. Check in was super simple. Whoever was there before us did not clean the barbecue, and the floor was sticky and dirty. But that is a housekeeping/cleaner issue and has nothing to do with the property. We are definitely putting it on our “to return to” list!!

We loved our stay! The place was clean and fully stocked - more than enough space for us and our three kids (plus additional family after the wedding). The owner was available for questions (especially after the power went out from a storm) and made sure we were well taken care of. If we come back, we’d love to stay here again. Close town and great walks in this beautiful place!

Very nice place ! We were super happy to have the AC for the hot days! The location was perfect! The number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked for us. However, the household left something to be desired. The floors were super dirty. The children had super black legs and hands. Also when we entered in the apartment it was super hot! The fireplace was on and the thermostat open in one of the rooms. I tried to contact the owner, no response from him!

The place was good. Plenty of room for 6, nicely furnished kitchen, pleasant community The place looks much better than the pictures - it's newer than I expected. It wasn't particularly clean - the floors were pretty dirty, and the shower curtains needed a scrub - but the kitchen was tidy and the rooms were good. There was a bit of a Goldilocks vibe in the bedrooms - one bed was too soft, one was too hard, and one was fine but really squeaky. We never reached out to the host, and we never heard from him either after the initial booking confirmation. I'm listing some minor concerns, but the place overall was absolutely fine.

We had a lovely stay at the property! It was clean and had everything that we needed. There was some confusion at the beginning as the front desk didn’t know about the reservation, however owner was responsive and situation resolved quickly.

Clean and laid out well to accommodate our group of five adults without feeling crowded. Spacious kitchen and baths, comfy beds. Easy access to Banff at a reasonable price. Enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Property had everything we needed for four adults and 4 children between 11- 15 years of age. Grateful for the washer and dryer. There was no laundry detergent but I am sure if I had contacted the manager some would have been brought.

Great location, close to shopping market, bike paths and main avenue into town. We loved the pool & hot tub. The kitchen very well equipped. The place looks better in person than in the photos.

There was a previous comment that notes the photos don’t do the place justice, I agree, it’s a lot nicer than the photos. Comfortable beds, great view of the mountains, the pool was fabulous. My kids loved the tv in their room, but had no time to watch because we were out enjoying the Rockies.
