We were happy with our stay. Comfortable. Well equipped venue. There was a lot of construction in the area which was challenging until we got familiar with driving in the area. Construction and road improvements are a good thing. Not complaining.

Clean and comfortable apartment in a great location which is very walkable to many attractions. Our communication with the owner was excellent with clear instructions making our stay very enjoyable.

Spacious and bright two-story suite in Osborne Village. The facility was well supplied with everything one might need for a short or longer stay. The place was quiet and comfortable with good security. The underground parking was a bit tight so might be awkward for a large vehicle. A short walk to Osborne street with its shops. Grocery store, drug store, liquor store just two blocks away. Two blocks the other ways is the Buvette café, excellent for breakfast or lunch.

We stayed at this VRBO in March 2024 and had a fantastic experience. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to a grocery store, Starbucks, and local shops. The garage parking made it hassle-free to come and go, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The amenities were just as we expected, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

A nice, newer, unit close to downtown Winnipeg. The condo is well appointed, and had everything we needed. The furniture was quite comfortable.
The bedrooms are on the second level-which is not clearly indicated in the listing. This was not a problem for us, but it would be an issue for those with mobility challenges.
It is also on a busy street, which I hadn’t realized, but it was fairly quiet after rush hour.
Overall, a comfortable space for an extended stay. Thank you, Egilio!

We were impressed by the dedication to details. Great instructions and even a personal phone call from our congenial host to welcome us. The home (that's what it felt like) was clean, well stocked and tastefully decorated. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet and well secured.We would definitely stay there again.

Well appointed condo, just as photos show. Clean, nice, close to downtown and the Forks area. Ejilio is thorough at the check-in process and easy to contact if you have questions. Greatly appreciated underground private garage parking space. Loved the Free Wi-Fi and Netflix. Etc. No drawbacks unless you have elderly folks who have trouble with stairs. We would stay here again without question!

My best friend and I stayed for 5 nights and were delighted with this unit! It had everything we needed, it’s close to so many attractions and museums and the neighborhood is very walkable. Egilio the host was fantastic…really great communication and so friendly! We’d absolutely recommend this lovely unit!

Very nice condo. It had everything we needed. Loved that it had 3 bathrooms.
Kitchen was fully stocked. Underground parking. Owner was excellent to deal with and provided all the information we needed. We will definitely be back as we found this way more quiet and relaxing then a motel room.

This place is top notch, exactly as you see if not better. Extremely clean, comfortable bed AND couch. The location can’t be beat, 2-3 blocks to all you need. The host was in contact with us and very friendly and helpful. Not sure why anyone would want to stay anywhere else.

The property is fully as described. An excellent urban get-away. Clean, well appointed apartment rental. This property has a high walkability score with nearby grocery, pharmacy, liquor store and variety of dining. En suite acess to bedrooms and full bath requires use of stairs. Those with mobility issues should take this into account.

The property was clean, well-equipped and in a great location. Had a great night's sleep in a comfy bed. Everything you need is within walking distance- groceries, liquor mart, restaurants and window shopping. Love the fact that there was underground parking, so don't have to worry about the weather or finding a spot. The host gave it a personal touch by reaching out to us by phone prior to our arrival. A must-stay in Winnipeg!!!

The host was awesome and gave us excellent directions and information. The accommodation was very comfortable, tastefully decorated with a great view. We loved the walkable neighbourhood with easy access to great restaurants. If the opportunity would arise, we would certainly book this accommodation again.

We spent a month at Egilio’s condo in Osborne Village and were very happy with our stay. Everything we needed for making meals could be found in the fully stocked kitchen. The two bedrooms two bathrooms upstairs worked great for our family and the king mattress was super comfy!! Also nice having a half bath on the main floor. We loved the huge windows in the living room and our dog spent many many hours people watching from there. We chatted with a few different residents in the building and everyone was very nice! Egilio was great to deal with and just a text away if we needed anything at all.
I would recommend Egilio’s place to anyone looking for a well equipped condo close to downtown!

Great stay!
Property was as described, great location, wonderful communication with owner and we had everything we needed for a great stay! My only comment to share would be (as another reviewer noted) the parking garage is a tight fit. It worked well with our vehicle (Acadia), but had we driven our full size truck it would have been pretty tight. It was nice having the garage and it was extremely convenient. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very pleased with the apartment
Me and boyfriend with other two friends stayed at this property. We were so happy to see this beautiful place. It’s clean and have lots of space/privacy. We loved there was washroom in each room and both floors. Very well maintained, host was very good response very quick, the apartment has everything you need for the stay.

Super Super Host
Egilio is attentive and goes above and beyond. Location is perfect for access to restaurants, stores, theatre and general downtown district. The unit's amenities are top notch and it's great to have indoor parking too. As a former Winnipeg resident, this spot is a welcome homecoming.

Nice 2 bedroom condo close to downtown
We -- my wife and I, my brother and his wife --stayed at the condo for a week and enjoyed our stay. The place is spacious and comfortable, and was a nice place to relax and catch up. The place is easy to find and directions provided made it easy to get into the unit.
The one drawback was parking. We had a Ford Expedition SUV, and getting in and out of the parking structure was a little tricky (we did it, but it required a lot of caution). Part of the problem is that the entrance to the parking structure was from an unplowed back lane, where about a foot of snow and ice narrowed the entry so that we only cleared it by about an inch. It's not prohibitive, but you should be aware of this if you have a large vehicle before you rent the unit.

Better than the hotels (has stairs)
The unit was very spacious and came with many useful amenities, including a sizable kitchen and large bed, making it far better than any of the local hotels and at a much better price. I didn’t see a mention in the description, but the unit has two levels (kitchen/living room on the first, bedrooms and baths on the second) separated by stairs, or accessible by the building’s main elevator via the common hall. Egilio was very available for questions and offered to be very helpful. The location is also really close to grocery stores, pharmacy, bus stops, and good restaurants.

So much better than staying in a hotel room!
Amazing condo. I’ll never stay in a hotel again! Egilio is a very attentive and friendly host. He texted me a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. If there was such a thing as a 25 star rating this condo and host would get it!
