Jennifer was more than accommodating and answered any questions we had very quickly! The house was super clean and even better than described. We had everything we needed and the amenities were the best part. Taking the kayaks out on the river and seeing the manatees daily right off the dock in the back yard was amazing. Coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night on the back porch was so relaxing at Pirates Cove. We highly recommend and can’t wait to book again next year!

Excellent accommodations. Enjoyed swimming right off the dock right outside the back door. The owner had it ready a little early for us. We thank you for that! Short drive to Weeki Wachee Springs, groceries, restaurants. We definitely will be back for another wonderful stay! Again, we thank you for everything!

Peaceful, loved watching the manatees. Perfect weather not to many bugs. We enjoyed kayaking.We hope to return soon. I also told my friends. Expect more business from us.

This property was well-appointed with anything you need for the kitchen (including some spices) or for enjoying time on the water. We kayaked, fished, had several meals and hung out. Saw lots of manatees including a mother and calf right off the dock. Good location and house was very clean. Thanks for the added touches like shampoo in the bathrooms and laundry soap/dryer sheets. Recycling bin would be nice (not sure if that's available in the area though) along with bar soap and maybe a few fishing poles? Would stay here again! Thanks!

We really enjoyed our rental and the surrounding area. It was so peaceful sitting on the enclosed porch and enjoying the night sounds. There were kayaks available but physical limitations kept us off the water but the manatees came up to the raft. Jennifer responded quickly to any questions. The unit had anything we needed. We enjoyed talking with neighbors who were out walking. We also enjoyed the restaurants in the area.

We were fortunate to stay at Pirates Cove for the month of February and could not have enjoyed it more! This home was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities you might want for a wonderful vacation. Jennifer was extremely responsive and pleasant to deal with. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, kayaks, canoe and bikes that were provided. Of course, we loved seeing the manatees! We can't wait to return to Pirates Cove!

My husband and I stayed at Pirates Cove Feb & March 2022. It was very clean and nicely decorated We enjoyed kayaking biking and the many beaches and restaurants nearby. We saw manatees and had a daily heron visitor Our host Jennifer and her husband Wes are very personable and friendly people. Jennifer was quick to respond to anything needed. I would highly recommend the pirates cove and would like to go there again sometime. Thank you Jennifer for sharing your lovely home with us! You are a wonderful host 💕🏠

Location is good for outdoor enthusiasts. In January, be sure to pack for both warm and cold conditions though, as weather in Florida is unpredictable then. An upside is that there are fewer tourists/less crowding at popular venues and parks.

Owner was very responsive. Very clean and necessary supplies were plentiful. Disappointed that one dock was in a state of disrepair. It was half underwater and looked like garbage. Totally spoiled the way e review and definitely was not represented in any promotional photos. Neighbor said it had been that way for months. Cannot recommend property due to this . No one wants to look at a sinking broken dock for 3 days.

Wish we could have spent ten days here; quiet and friendly neighborhood, great kayaking right off the dock, jumping fish and manatees galore, and a clean, well stocked, place with all necessities covered and great communication by owner, made for a really nice stay! Just really nice, and will definitely return!

We checked in late Wednesday night, The owner had given me all the checkin stuff a couple days prior making it so easy to check in. When we woke up in the morning we were so amazed by the property! A couple of double kayaks, single kayaks and a canoe! There was a pad that were able to tie to the docks and made it so much fun! Everything you can need , saw so many manatees! The location isn’t to far from upper deck restaurant, and roger park. Which was a great place to hang out during the day. This isn’t our first time to the spring but our first time at this rental and we had a great time! Thanks again for sharing your little piece of joy with us! And thanks for keeping in contact with us the whole time! ❤️

We had so much fun staying here. Swimming, kayaking and bike riding, the Pirate's Cove had all the equipment for having a great time. We particularly loved sitting on the screened porch in the evening. We ate all our meals here and it would have been helpful to have a 9 x 13 and 8 x 8 pan available. Everything else was provided.

The house was adequate ...the location and the screen porch was wonderful and relaxing. The view of the water from the living room was very enjoyable. Saw a manatee and her baby the first day! A sweet little kitty that just wanted to be petted added to the enjoyment...i would recommend this home!
