Very nice, clean and comfortable unit. Location was good a short walk to the lake/park. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool.

4th floor condo, pool area is nice I would not recommend if you have children. Elvator is slow and if kids are older there is no clear view to keep an eye out from patio.
I would have appreciated with price we paid to not feel limited on toiletries, there was none.
Prepare to make trips to store for basic needs, in bathroom, kitchen, laundry. Furniture is older in condo but doable.
Won’t be back unfortunately.

Check in and check out was extremely easy. The staff was very responsive, but did not follow through with the concerns that were addressed during our stay. The house was definitely a nice location and property for a family, but the condo was not as deep cleaned for babies crawling around. There were a few concerns with the broken toilet seat in one of the bathrooms, trouble with the AC, and no working coffee maker. Would be a great vacation for a party of 4 adults! Would have like a deeper clean for the children. Great views of the lake and had all the basic necessities needed for our stay!

We did a list minute family trip and got to enjoy the beach and all the Chelan has to offer. There is a great winery that is very family friendly (even has kids menu) - Sigillo Cellars - pretty much walking distance down the street. Cozy bed. Indoor pool with big sliding doors to allow for cross breeze on a warm day. Even BBQ's. We were able to hang all weekend with only going out for meals twice.

Condo was fine - clean and nicely appointed but terrible experience at this location. Communication was bad and Vacasa and building management were no help. Garage door to parking was broken, elevator was broken, stairs were locked and no information on how to access the building or the condo. Building was under construction and had to walk through construction zone to get to room. Offered to provide partial refund but have ghosted us for a week. Vacasa is full of empty promises and no response from building manager. Not a good experience.

I wish I could say everything was great during our stay, but unfortunately Mother Nature’s temperature affected a majority of our trip. It was too cold outside and the condo’s heating system couldn’t keep up. When we arrived our condo was 66 degrees and when we went to bed it was 68. The next day we left the gas fireplace on all day and the condo made it up to 71 but it was still cold in the bedrooms, especially the master with the view window. The thermostat was set at 74 but it never reached that temp. The kitchen water didn’t work the entirety of our stay, neither did the dishwasher. It was a huge inconvenience! Also, you get one parking spot per condo, not per bedroom as it states online, so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with friends and commuting from different areas. The hot tub was more of a warm tub, again probably because of the weather. 😩I would like to say we would’ve enjoyed our stay more if we would’ve had working water in the kitchen and heat in the condo. we would’ve enjoyed our stay much more than we did.

Not a good stay. We were given the wrong code for garage and room. After taking care of that problem the elevator was not working. The worst thing was the air conditioning. It's fixed at 73°. The room never cooled down. It was way too warm to sleep.Would not stay there again in hot weather.

We loved our stay! The condo is very spacious, well stocked, and has the most amazing views! Our kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. We love the location as it is close to everything you could need in Chelan. Lots of warm, comfy bedding, extra blankets, and games. The beds are very comfortable. There is a perfect sledding hill in the park right next toy the condo. We look forward to returning!

The security code boxes to enter the building and parking garage are 15 yrs old and are rarely working. Leaving guest very frustrated, upset, unable to get into the building and having to park a block away at a park & ride. My parents are in their mid 80's and needed the garage parking & elevator. Then to top it off on the day of check out the elevator stopped working. We were on the fourth floor and had to hall our luggage down the stairs. They expect a 10 am check-out which most rentals are 11am. Because of dealing with the elevator phone calls we were given a 10:30 checkout. At 10:31 we were rudely confronted with the housekeeper as we were loading out of the condo. There was a traffic jam at the loading area in front of the building from guest trying to checkout. We will never be back to this very badly managed condo! Too bad since the condo has a beautiful view!

Enjoyed this unit; nice amenities like luggage rack and board games. Mattresses comfy; nicely furnished; very clean. Downsides: Vacasa 10 AM checkout or pay for even an extra hr. Below industry norms. However, would stay here again.

Perfect getaway
We had such an amazing time at this beautiful condo. The views were spectacular! The beds were amazing. We were within walking distance to some amazing wineries. We will definitely be back! The owners were super helpful and always checking in with us and making sure we were taken care of. I strongly recommend this place!

I stayed here for two nights with my children. Was very nice, close to everything and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful! I will say that some of the areas were dusty and the blankets just didn’t seem fresh. I thought with Covid in place that everything would’ve been extra tidy.

If I could give zero star to Vacasa. Door and garage codes they gave us, didn’t work on our arrival. I called them, they said I am 6 mins early.REALLY 6 MINS early ?? Still I was okay with that and ready to wait for 6 mins. But after that codes again didn’t work. I called them again. They said they will call me back. They didn’t .I kept calling them. It went on for 40 mins. Finally one representative was able to give me a code which worked. I asked them if they can provide me a late check out to compensate on the time. They said they cannot. Poor service not using them again ever. Unit itself is fine - beds are uncomfortable and one bedroom is facing the street so little noisy.

Management Problems
This place uses electronic keypad units that don't work. After sending me the wrong code two different times, after an hour, I was able to get into the condo. Then they sent me the wrong code for entry to the pool. For two days in a row, after calling the off site management, I still could not get into the pool. If you get locked out of your condo with a bad entry number, you are up the creek because no one is on site.
Until they remove the keypad system, I wouldn't stay here.

This place was very well appointed down to even having folding chairs to use on the close to walk to beach. Security of the guest was considered as well with access limited to actual guests with current codes. The area is wonderful and there is so much to do!

Great location- top floor. Beautiful view with one building and a parking lot between you and the beach. This unit is one of the nicer units in the building that we have stayed in. The king sleep number bed was nice. These units are managed by a large Property Management service so there are no personal touches like you might find on VRBO and dealing with an owner one to one. It’s a comfortable stay for two couples although there are only two patio chairs on the deck- it’s a tiny deck so understandable. The ground floor units have much better patio space but you loose the view and look at a parking lot. The unit was very minimally stocked so if you plan to cook in bring your own spices, zip locks and foil as none of that is provided. They do give you six k cups for coffee and hotel bottles of shampoo, conditioner and a bath of soap. The best part of staying in this unit was being a block from the public park, Great Lake views(although not unobstructed) and the couch and living room chairs were comfortable. One of us did have to sit on a ding room chair because the living space only allows for one couch and one side chair- it’s very small. Since we spent most of our time golfing and wine tasting it worked fine for us. Everything worked in the unit and it was clean and comfortable for a short stay. We did finally nice some beach chairs in the closet and a beach ball. There was no parking pass that we could find. Overall we would go back for a short stay.
