Who St. He knows Peter-Ording, you can't live better than here on Friesenstrasse! Our very spacious new luxury apartment is located in an absolutely preferred and quiet residential area in the front area of this low-traffic side street of the popular district of Ording.
Here you can smell the sea! The apparently infinite Ordinger Strand - the only real bathing beach in SPO, also called the 'largest sandpit' in Germany - can be easily reached on foot via the beach path in a few minutes. The center of St. Peter-Bad with all tourist infrastructure incl. Restaurant Gosch, the promenade, wellness dune thermal baths, pier and stilt houses are only a short walk away. Restaurant, bakery, bike rental, bus, playground in 2 minutes. The location couldn't be better - everything on foot ...!

Exclusively equipped, the apartment is characterized by very bright rooms with a lot of daylight. The light-flooded living and dining area (with a fireplace and multimedia area) is followed by a top-modern open brand kitchen, which convinces with the highest quality appliances and equipment. On the main floor there is also one of the two daylight bathrooms with underfloor heating, the double bedroom and the small child / single room 'bunk'. Furthermore, the valuable utility / storage room, as well as the large hall / cloakroom with underfloor heating. The roof studio delights as a closed additional large living / sleeping area with 2. Bath.
Outside you can expect the spacious and sunny balcony with dining area, high-quality garden furniture, beach chair and garden area. The property (1,600 m2 in total) is well maintained and offers a private parking space and lockable bike shed.
Our luxury domicile is also particularly child-friendly. It is a holiday property with special suitability for travelers with children of all ages, v. a. due to the correspondingly extensive and high-quality, child-friendly equipment.
For the very little guests there is a travel cot, high chair, step stool and other baby / toddler equipment such as changing facilities, baby bath, night light, bottle warmer etc.
The separate roof studio with generous multimedia equipment is particularly suitable for young people.

Sehr schöne Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.
Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und einem kleinen Kind (1 Jahr alt). Die Größe der Wohnung war völlig ausreichend. Die Lage ist super. Ruhig und trotzdem nicht weit von einer Bushaltestelle und anderen Geschäften entfernt
Allerdings ist ein Auto (Parkplatz dafür ist direkt vor dem Haus) oder Fahrräder von Vorteil. Das Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis ist gut. Wir würde die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Alles hat super geklappt - von der minutengenauen Übergabe des Objektes durch die Hausverwaltung bis zur Abreise .
Der Service der Hausverwaltung ( wir brauchten noch ein extra Bettzeug dass umgehend vorbeigebracht wurde) war erstklassig ! Die Wohnung an Ausstattung Komfort , Lage und Sauberkeit nicht zu überbieten ! 100% Weiterempfehlungsquote :-) Besten Dank !

Tolle und große Wohnung für Familien bis 6 Pers.
Ich kann mich den lobenden Worten nur anschließen. Als 5-köpfige Familie haben wir hier eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Die Wohnung ist außerordentlich gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, sogar Spültabs, Waschmittel, Spülmittel, Seife, div. Folien etc. waren vorhanden (vermutlich von vorherigen Mietern; was "alle" war, haben wir wieder besorgt, so handhabten wir dies auch schon in anderen Wohnungen). Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über 2 Stockwerke, Eingang ist im ersten Stock. Hier befindet sich neben einer großen Wohn- und Essküche ein Elternschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein sehr kleines, aber feines Einzelzimmer und ein großes Badezimmer mit Dusche, oben in der Dachspitze ist ein großes 3-Bett-Zimmer, mit Wii-Konsole und eigenem Bad (Dusch-Sitzbadewanne). Regenwetter ist hier kein Problem, man kann gut einen Tag auch mal im Haus verbringen (wir hatten großes Glück mit dem Wetter, hatten nur einen richtigen Regentag), ohne sich gegenseitig auf den Zeiger zu gehen. Es gibt auch einen Fahrradschuppen, ein Abteil für jede Wohneinheit. Den Garten haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir viel unterwegs waren.
"zu Fuß zum Strand" muss man in SPO relativ betrachten, hier ist alles sehr weitläufig. Ich denke, bis ans Meeresufer ist es schon gut ein Kilometer, für Erwachsene kein Problem, aber mit den Kleinen und Sack und Pack..... Wir hatten Fahrräder, dann ging es ganz problemlos. Vor Allem erwartet einen der schönste Bade-Strand von SPO. Alles in Allem ein gelungener Urlaub in einem tollem Domizil, das wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Wohlfühlurlaub in einer Fewo der Spitzenklasse
Den vorangegangenen Bewertungen ist eigentlich nichts hinzuzufügen.
Wir haben unseren Herbsturlaub total genossen. Die Wohnung ist beinahe schöner als Zuhause, jedenfalls wenn man den Kriterien unserer 8-jährigen Tochter nachgeht. Für sie war es der Himmel auf Erden in ihrer eigenen kleinen Wohnung unter dem Dach mit eigenem Fernseher und Spielekonsole. Der Wohnbereich mit dem Ofen ist absolut gemütlich, so dass man dort auch gemütliche Stunden bei nicht so gutem Wetter verbringen kann. Wir hatten unsere Spiele-Ausrüstung vergessen. Kein Problem, es ist alles vor Ort für einen lustigen Spieleabend.
St. Peter-Ording selbst ist ein Traum für Nordseefans. Es war nicht unser erster Urlaub dort, aber so schön gewohnt haben wir definitiv noch nie. Wir werden auf jeden Fall zurückkehren. Jetzt haben wir eine tolle neue Urlaubsadresse.

Tolle Wohnung, sehr zu empfehlen
Wir verbringen gerade unseren Urlaub in dieser wirklich sehr schönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Wir fühlen uns ganz wie zuhause. Wir sind gemeinsam mit Oma und Opa hier, was in dieser Wohnung gut machbar ist, da die Wohnung groß genug ist, dass man sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen kann. Zu Fuß zum Strand? Naja, mal nicht mit kleinen Kindern im Schlepptau aber mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in einer ruhigen Einfamilienhaussiedlung in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber mit dem Fahrrad ist alles innerhalb kürzester Zeit problemlos erreichbar. Wenn jetzt noch das Wetter besser wird, dann sind wir rundum zufrieden.

Alles war wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos abgebildet und sehr sauber. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr freundlich und problemlos. Danke auch nochmals für das Entgegenkommen bei der Abreise ;-). Der nächste Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Wohnung ist schon gebucht.

Wir hatten eine unvergesslich schöne Zeit in SPO - besonders, weil wir uns so wohl fühlten. Es fehlte an gar nichts. Super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben uns mit unseren 3 Kindern (12 - 14) total wohlgefühlt. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die 2 Badezimmer sind eine prima Sache. Der separate Fahrradschuppen für bis zu 6 Fahrräder ist sehr praktisch. Die Angaben waren alle genau zutreffend im Online-Inserat. Wir sind vom Vermieter sehr gut vorbereitet und betreut worden. Wir können die Ferienwohnung absolut weiterempfehlen!

Urlaub zum Wohlfühlen
Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden,was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt, z.B. lässt die Küchenausstattung keine Wünsche offen !
Super, dass es Insektenschutz in nahezu allen Räumen, die belüftet werden sollten, gibt - die Nachtruhe war somit ohne lästige Mückenjagd gewährleistet.
Die Wohnung ist komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr gut aufgeteilt, das Dachgeschoss spitze ausgebaut.
Im Vorlauf unseres Urlaubes wurden wir von den Vermietern immer wieder per Mail ganz aktuell auf bestimmte Umstände hingewiesen, so z.B. über den Verlauf des Abrisses eines Nachbarhauses - Klasse Kommunikation und vielen Dank für diesen tollen Service.
Was wir uns wünschen ? Wir hoffen, dass diese Wohnung - auch in den Sommerferien - etwas flexibler zu buchen ist, d.h. nicht nur in vollen Wochen.
Eine Variante, die wir sehr begrüßen würden (unsere Arbeitgeber lassen uns meistens leider keine andere Wahl :)) !

Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen
Sehr schöne und großzügige Ferienwohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Auch für unsere Kinder (2 und 4 Jahre) war von Spielecke (super für Tage mit schlechtem Wetter) über Rausfallschutz bis zum WC-Sitz alles vorhanden. Insgesamt ist die Einrichtung und Ausstattung sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig.
Auch die Vermieter und die Hausverwaltung vor Ort waren sehr nett und entgegenkommend - danke.

Super schöne grosse Ferienwohnung
Wir haben die Grösse der Wohnung und die Raumaufteilung sehr geschätzt (wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen + 1 Kind Ferien gemacht). Die Lage ist perfekt, Strand und Restaurants sind prima zu Fuss erreichbar, das Auto haben wir selten benutzt.
In Bezug auf die Ausstattung war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Sehr geschätzt haben wir den eigenen Haushaltsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, alles ist sauber und gepflegt.
Kurzum: alle unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung in SPO
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal. Der Name "Zu-Fuß-zum-Strand" ist Programm: Strand, aber auch Restaurants und Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung ist hell und freundlich und geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Noch nie haben wir eine Ferienwohnung gesehen (und wir sind oft weltweit auf Reisen), die so gut ausgestattet war.
Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in dieser perfekten Ferienwohnung.

TRAUM WOHNUNG am Traumort SPO
Hallo, HAMMER HAMMER HAMMER... Ich kann mich nur anschließen... Eine traumhaft schöne Wohnung.. Die Ausstattung sehr hochwertig und alles sehr gepflegt und sauber... Es hätte nicht besser sein können. Auch die Nähe zum Strand oder Ort sagenhaft. Wir haben 2 Wochen kein Auto benutzt alles mit dem Rad gefahren....
Unsere Kids 6 Jahre fanden es auch super klasse..
Am Strand mit dem Rad in 5 Min. ein Traum......
Wir kommen mit absoluter Sicherheit wieder... Es war bisher der schönste Urlaub in SPO und wir kommen seit 6 Jahren, jedes Jahr..

Wohnung mit Charme und viel Komfort
Eine HAMMER- Wohnung ! Alles da, was man braucht....- sehr nett eingerichtet, farblich abgestimmt, tolle Deko, super Ausstattung!! Hätte ich gleich im Ganzen mit nach Hause nehmen können.... Wir hatten super Wetter, so daß wir die Wohnung gar nicht genug genutzt haben, und da wir nur zu zweit waren, brauchten wir die obere Etage sowieso nicht.( Für 6 Personen ist aber auch wirklich genug Platz, und wer länger bleibt kann sogar Wäsche waschen und trocknen.Toll auch der Kindertisch in der oberen Etage und die altersgerechten DVDs.) Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf dem Balkon von 14- 20 Uhr Sonne. Genial !
Zentral finde ich die Wohnung vielleicht nicht ( 15 schnelle Fußminuten nach St.Peter- Bad ), und dem Wasser muß man an der Nordsee bekanntlich etwas länger hinterher laufen, aber mit Rad ist es optimal, dafür steht sogar ein abschließbarer Fahrradschuppen zur Verfügung. Bäcker in der Nähe, gutes Restaurant 2 min zu Fuß....Die Wohnung können wir auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!!!!!
