This beautiful Frisian house is located in a wonderfully quiet and direct canal location with private boat dock.
It is added and assembled with another Friesenhaus am Eck.
The house is fenced. You have the option to fishing, boating, swimming and much more.
This comfortable house is furnished with attention to detail. It features the ground floor 2 bedrooms.
Upstairs is another bedroom with double bed and a loft with sofa bed.
2 bathrooms with shower / WC (1 each on the ground u. OG), and a washer and dryer are available.
The cozy living room has a fireplace (Heating water return - no wood), TV and CD player. The beautiful large garden with terrace is immediately adjacent to the channel. The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, coffee maker and an espresso machine.

- Gas: according to consumption (mandatory).
- Final cleaning: once per object costs in the amount of 60 EUR (compulsory).
