This is a quite location, with access to a beach, three on-site and free mini-golf courses, and either a nice long walk or short drive to the needles or into Yarmouth. Sunny view has everything you need and the hosts are both welcoming and very good communicators!

We loved it!

Hosts have been excellent - warm welcome that included some complementary cookies and drinks. Children really appreciated the complementary sweats! A small gesture that makes a huge difference.

Super location in a lovely well kept holiday chalet

Amazing location, just by the beach, with a sea view for when you are eating breakfast/dinner. The accommodation was really well kept - all modern appliances and very well equipped kitchen if you are looking to cook some meals at home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunny View, a home from home.

the property was very clean and well equipped, a home from home. Had a great welcome from owners every little detail has been thought of. Its in a great location with beach and play area for children.

We came to explore the isle of Wight a little, and had a good time doing that.

The room with the double bed was rather cramped. The fire alarm was rather sensitive. The first day it went off when one of us had a shower. A lot of complicated devices but it was all clearly explained in the information pack.

excellent property, location and property management

The property was as advertised, set it a small holiday park with clear views across the Solent to Hurst Castle. Every evening the sunsets were stunning. We were met at the property by Brian and Carol who explained where to park and let us into the property. They asked us to check it over before they headed off, a really nice touch in case we spotted something amiss. They had completed a cleaning checklist and left it on display so we knew the level of dedication to the property. We had a few staple items and a few treats given to us on arrival too!

Nothing to fault with the property or location! The Isle of Wight bus services are good but wish the Island Coaster route would run in the other direction in the other half of the day. And the network insists on running through Newport without sufficient options away from there. Jersey buses much better. I did love the commentary on the Needles Breezer though!

Wonderful location and a great place to stay

The hosts Brian and Carol are very friendly and very helpful as well. We stayed for a week just after Christmas and had a lovely time. The holiday home has everything you need and is well maintained.

Absolutely fabulous accommodation

The owners went above and beyond. The chalet was fully equipped and spotless. We had everything and more we could have possible needed. Great communication from the owners and were very helpful. Great seaview and the private beach is just a 3 min walk. Great value for money We would highly recommend this place to friends and family. 5 star

fabulous darling

We arrived half an hour early at chalet and was surprise Brian and Carol was waiting for us, everything we need in chalet and more, very clean and home from home, very quiet location with lovely views and 2 mins away from beach and coastal path with we used and plenty of signage , thank you very much for sharing this special place and very thoughtful with the welcome goodies which we all enjoyed, Brian and Carol very friendly, pleasant and helpful, on checking out we were met on time to hand over the keys,

Location great nice chalet modern feel Owners very caring and personal touch they met us when we reached and left nice goodies

I think the red blinds are too red and cast glare when it's sunny 🌞otherwise everything was good.
