In Sunriver, the weather is perfect for spring play! During the day it is usually cool and crisp, often blue skies and refreshingly brisk at night. It is the perfect place for whatever you need to recharge. Come visit 27 White Elm. You will find everything you could ask for-fun at the SHARC, quiet relaxation on the deck, cool evening skies shining brightly while you soak in the private hot tub, bike riding, games, and a ton of other great Sunriver activities. Our spring weekday calendar is pretty open. We are eager for you to come and visit. We have almost everything you could be wishing for. Sunriver is also the perfect spot for movies, long walks, fun family games and so much more! 'Memories are made at this time of year!

27 White Elm is right in the middle of all the action. This Sunriver rental home is centrally located off of Circle 4 near the tennis courts, cycling paths, near Fort Rock Park and the swimming and sledding center. 1.3 miles from the SHARC. Comfortable, split level home including 2 on-suites. A wide open 1890 sq ft, 3 BR-1 king , 1 queen, 2 full and 1 twin bed and 3 BA.

Living room is comfortably decorated with modern couches and chairs, a beautiful lodge style lava rock wood burning fireplace, and a HD flat screen TV with Blue-Ray DVD Player.

The kitchen is fully stocked with useful small and large appliances, all new kitchenware. The main level has an open concept which includes a kitchen, dining room, living area. There is also king bedroom suite on the main level. The deck off of the main level includes a private hot tub area, gas BBQ, and a great view of the high desert ponderosa pines with deer sauntering through.

Downstairs includes a washer/dryer, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and entry into the 2 car garage where you will find a fleet of various sizes of bikes, a trailer, a follow-along and sleds.

Kid friendly with 8 SHARC passes, a high chair, a child cart to hook on to adult bike, play n pak and gating for the stairs, 4 flat screen TVs with DVD players.

The house was amazing and had everything that we needed to have the absolute best time in Sunriver. our family enjoyed BBQing, riding bikes, and swimming at SHARC. We didn’t need to bring or buy much as everything was included with the home. The owner was very responsive and helpful if anything came up. We would love to come back another summer.

We had a great 3 night stay here for a quick February ski trip. Owner super responsive leading up to the visit, everything worked great and the house had everything we needed so never had to contact them during the stay. Loved walking around on all the pathways and there is one just steps away from the house...walk to the river and back is great. Would definitely rent again if in the area!

We had a good time and really enjoined the house. It is a cozy place with a real firewood which we enjoined on cold snowy days. There was a plenty space for our family. The owner is really responsible to any questions.Defiantly will stay next time there.

This home is large and well equipped. The owner is terrific too. The kitchen is well stocked for family meals between outings. There is a lot of room for guests to enjoy the home without getting in each other's way. The three restrooms makes it even better. What a beautiful home and great location!

We have stayed at this house countless times and it never disappoints! It has everything you need kitchen wise and the furniture and beds are comfortable. It is very spacious! Shirley is very responsive if you ever need anything. We will be back again next year.

For the first family trip to Sunriver, this place didn’t disappoint. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids with the master upstairs. We also enjoyed a dip in the hot-tub each night. The house was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, Sharc passes, towels, even Disney+! A couple bikes needed some repair, but I think that’s on their to-do list next! The location was just down from the park and an easy bike ride or drive to the village and rec center. Easy and friendly check in and conversation from host. Would stay here again for sure!

If you’re looking for a quiet, safe, secure setting to host your Sunriver memories look no further. The host is amazing. If there is anything that comes up, know you will be more than taken care of. We keep coming back to this house because of the memories! It truly feels like home away from home. Close to SHARC, fort rock park, trails, tennis courts, and a short bike ride to the village. The home’s layout is ideal, comfortable couches, recently updated mattresses, and the hot tub can’t be beat. We will be back next year that’s for sure!

My two children, along with their little families, stayed at this property this past weekend! They really, really enjoyed their time. The hot tub was a hit with everyone! The house was the perfect size for their stay. They said that it is very well equipped, and the kitchen had everything you'd need or want. Working with Shirley went without a hitch. The home is spacious, offering plenty of room for people to spread out. It was just our family of four, so we definitely enjoyed the space (we normally do this trip with another family of four). Thr bedrooms were spacious, it was great to have two of the rooms with attached baths. The kitchen had all the dishes and pots and pans that we needed. The hot tub was great to soak in after a day skiing and the fireplace was nice to relax in for a movie night. Shirley was responsive and friendly and we had great communication with her if we had a question. The home is in a great location near The Village, the main park for kids and the highway. Because we were here in winter and it snowed, we didn't use the bikes, but there was a good amount of them available. We hope to return next year!

We enjoyed staying at this house. While cabinets are still old, and some other things are not very up to date, we enjoyed the house very much! It was homey. Hot tub was great, new microwave and dishwasher were pleasant to use. Rooms are large, two of them w/bathrooms - which was very convenient. We loved the set up on the main floor, the open area and vaulted ceiling. Also we liked the location of the house. The owner was very accommodating, and easy, and pleasant to communicate with! :)

We had a wonderful time in this property! It is the most well equipped we've rented, with crock pots, air fryer, fondue pot, etc etc - plenty of cookware and was great for our chosen family holiday from Dec 26-Jan 2. The garage is accessible for use as a "mudroom" post snow adventure and has room to park one car (there are lots of bikes on one side, but you could move them if needed). Having 3 bathrooms was a large part of why we rented the home, but found there were many other great features, plenty of seating, reverse floorplan gives a wonderful view of the trees and snow, open great room concept with beautiful ceilings, and the array of Christmas decor in each room was a hit! We would definitely stay here again! I highly recommend this property, so long as you are not mobility impaired as the exterior and interior stairs are all quite steep. There are baby gates to protect the littles if you need to block off any areas however!

The house is so comfortable and makes us feel right at home. Clean, well provisioned, very comfortable beds, but best of all - it's decorated for Christmas! Add the snow and it's a winter wonderland - so magical. Over the past two years we've stayed twice and hope to return in 2023! (The host is kind, helpful and easy to contact.)

This house is MUCH larger than we expected! It is beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with thoughtful touches like coffee filters, ziplocks, and hot cocoa mix in the kitchen. The hot tub was lovely, and we loved just hanging out in the spacious family room. We also enjoyed the stock of puzzles and games. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at 27 white elm! The house has a great layout and air conditioning!! We ate most of our meals on the deck and enjoyed the games and puzzles at the house. The location was fantastic and was only a short bike ride to the SHARC and Sunriver Village.
